Yesterday the media were given a report by the supposed National Directorate of Security of Kabul claiming that the Islamic Emirate was behind the explosion that took place inside Kandahar governor’s office, killing several diplomats of the United Arab Emirates.
The report was fabricated very boldly and shamelessly. A person, introduced as the chef of governor office, claims that this attack was carried out by the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate and utters words which are put into his mouth by an intelligence agency. Similarly fictitious phone conversations have been released with which it seeks to pin the blame on the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate.
We once again strongly reject any involvement of the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in this incident. The enemy wants to avert attention from their internal disputes and rivalries and create propaganda material against the Mujahideen.
Everyone understands that such a complex attack inside such a sensitive site is the inside work of powerful enemy circles carried out for the elimination of particular individuals.
