Mogadishu, Somalia (12/12/2011) – In response to requests from some families in Burundi, Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen has decided to publish the details of some of the Burundian soldiers killed during the heavy battles in the Somali capital, Mogadishu.
With lack of verification from the Burundian Army, family members of the slain soldiers have contacted Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen in an appeal to confirm the fate of their missing soldiers. Responding to the pleas of ten families in Burundi, attached here are the identity cards and a supplementary table detailing the full names, ranks, specialities, dates of birth, town, province, vital statistics, badge numbers, blood groups, and religious beliefs of the soldiers.
Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen also opens the doors of communication to all families in Burundi who suspect that their sons have been killed in Somalia and those willing to discover the fate of their missing soldiers. Families can file for a Missing Soldier Verification Request by forwarding the full name of the missing soldier to the War Statistics Office (WSO), quoting reference number BR/4539, no later than the 20^th of December 2011. Contact details are listed below.

Mogadishu (09/12/2011) – The visit by the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon to Mogadishu at this critical time in Somalia’s political situation is a futile attempt aimed at boosting the drained morale of the African Union soldiers in Somalia as well as their Kenyan counterparts whose forces have recently been bled dry militarily as well as economically by the Mujahideen.
And with the Kenyan invasion staggering to achieve its objectives, a declining public support, at home as well here as in Somalia, and an acute shortage of finances to maintain the military operation have led the Kenya Defence Force to pursue an alternative course of action; a marriage of convenience under AMISOM flag.
The decision taken by the Kenyan forces to operate under the African Union in Somalia stands as a true testament to the failure of the so-called Operation Linda Nchi whose real aim was to invade Somalia.
Having failed to receive the promised military and financial support, the Kenyan government opted to join the AU after an endorsement by the parliament, revealing their willingness to pursue every available avenue in their invasion and proving that the operation was not embarked on in response to the kidnapping of aid workers and tourists from Kenyan territory, as alleged, but rather to subjugate the people of Somalia in the regional scramble for the East African Horn.
The United Nations has also confirmed its full commitment to supporting the Kenyan invasion of Somalia and by funding Kenyan operations now under AMISOM, the UN has clearly demonstrated its contentment with the continuous air raids that target innocent civilians in Somalia; the latest being Thursday’s bombardment of Baardheere, Gedo reigion.
Harakat Al Shabaab Al Mujahideen pledges to multiply its effort in order to counter the UN-sponsored terrorism that threatens the lives of millions of Somalis living in south and central Somalia and defend the sovereignty of our nation from the aggressive invasion of the allied foreign forces at all cost.
We hereby clarify that we do not recognize the United Nations, or any of its institutions and affiliates, as legitimate authorities to regulate or govern the affairs of our nation and we will not accept any compromise when it comes to our religion.

Martyrdom Operation on the Headquarters of the Military Leadership For the Apostates:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
استقبلت الكتيبة الإستشهادية التابعة لحركة الشباب المجاهدين العام الهجري الجديد بعملية نوعية على أكبر مقر عسكري للمرتدين المعروف بـ (فيلا بيدوا)، ففي يوم الأربعاء الموافق 5/1/1433 تمكن أحد أبطال كتيبة الإستشهاديين من تنفيذ عملية إستشهادية في قلب (فيلا بيدوا) وقد أدت العملية إلى مقتل كثير من ضباط وجنود الردة وجرح آخرين ولا يوجد حصيلة مؤكدة لخسائر العملية، وقد تحدث الشيخ عبد العزير أبو مصعب المتحدث العسكري لحركة الشباب المجاهدين عن العملية ودعى الله أن يتقبل شهادة الأخ منفذ العملية، كما جدد الشيخ تحذيره للمسلمين من الإقتراب من مراكز القوات الصليبيين وميلشيات الحكومة المرتدة مؤكدا أن المجاهدين يقومون بهذه العمليات دفاعا عن أراضي المسلمين وأعراضهم وأموالهم.

Burning of Rotten Food That Were Confiscated From The ICRC:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيمالحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
عقد الشيخ سلطان محمد آل محمد مؤتمرا صحفيا بأحد ميادين مديرية (نمبر 50) التابعة لولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية حيث تم إحراق مواد غذائية فاسدة جاءت بها هيئة ICRC لتوزيعها على المحتاجين والمتضررين من الجفاف، إلا أنه بفضل الله سبحانه وتعالى ثم بفضل المراقبة والمتابعة التي يقوم بها مكتب متابعة الهيئات بالتعاون مع مكتب الصحة التابعين لحركة الشباب المجاهدين تم إكتشاف المواد الفاسدة، وقد كان الطعام الفاسد مخصص لـ 170 ألف عائلة وهو طعام لا يصلح حتى للمواشي ناهيك عن أن يتم توزيعه على المستضعفين من بني البشر، وقد حذر الشيخ سلطان الهيئات من استغلال الأزمة الإنسانية للقضاء على المستضعفين الذين تزعم الهيئات أنها تريد مساعدتهم، وقال في حديثه “على العالم أن يعرف لماذا نمنع الهيئات من العمل في الصومال وإننا رغم أننا فتحنا المجال لكل من يريد مساعدة المتضررين فإن أعيننا يقظة بإذن الله”.
وقد حضر مسؤول الهيئة (نور سعيد عبد الله) في مكان المؤتمر وأعترف بمسؤولية الهيئة عن هذه المواد وشارك بنفسه في عملية حرق المواد.صور للأطعمة الفاسدة

Killed More Than 80 apostate and Took The Spoils of 8 Military Cars in a Battle in the State of Jūbā:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيمالحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد: شنت كتائب المجاهدين بولاية جوبا الإسلامية هجوما على معسكر للمرتدين في قرية (حيو) الواقعة بين مدينة (قوقاني) ومدينة (أفمذو)، وقد بدأ الهجوم في تمام الساعة السادسة صباحا واستمرت المعركة لعدة ساعات انتهت بسيطر المجاهدين على القرية سيطرة تامة ومقتل أكثر من 80 مرتدا أحصى المجاهدون جثثهم في الميدان، كما غنم المجاهدون 11 سيارة عسكرية نوع ” لاند كروزر” مزودة بأسلحة الدوشكا وشاحنة عسكرية تحمل إمدادات وذخيرة، و40 سلاح كلاشنكوف و5 بيكا إم، و 3 مدافع هاون.
وقد كانت العملية تهدف إلى القضاء على الدفاعات التي تحول بين المجاهدين وبين القوات الكينية، حيث قامت القوات الكينية بتوزيع ميليشيات الردة في كل الإتجاهات حتى لا يتمكن المجاهدون من الوصول إليهم.
وعلى الفور ردت القوات الكينية على العملية بقصف على قرية (عيل عدي) بولاية قيذو الإسلامية، واستهدف القصف عدة أماكن في المدينة كان أشدها على مخيم للنازحين، وبدأ القصف في تمام الساعة 02:20 ظهرا عندما دخلت طائرتان حربيتان نوع “ميج” قادمتان من داخل الأراضي الكينية والقت الطائرات 40 صاروخا، وتفيد الأنباء حتى الآن عن سقوط 4 قتلى على الفور و6 جرحى والعدد في إزدياد، وتقوم ولاية قيذو الإسلامية بإسعاف الجرحى والمصابين ونقلهم إلى المستشفيات المتفرقة بالولاية.

In the Name of Allah the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
After a meticulous year-long review and investigation into the operations of the organisations currently working in Somalia, a fact-finding committee assigned by the Office for Supervising the Affairs of Foreign Agencies (OSAFA) has documented a fully comprehensive report, through highly credible internal as well as external sources, detailing the illicit activities and misconducts of some of the organisations.
In response to the findings of the committee, OSAFA has decided to permanently revoke the permissions of the following organisations to operate inside Somalia.
1. Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
2. World Health Organisation (WHO)
3. United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
4. United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)
5. United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)
6. Food Security and Nutrition Analysis Unit (FSNAU)
7. Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)
8. Danish Refugee Council (DRC)
9. Concern
10. Norwegian Church Aid (NCA)
11. Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI)
12. Swedish African Welfare Alliance (SAWA)
13. German Agency For Technical Cooperation (GTZ)
14. Action Contre la Faim (ACF)
15. Solidarity
16. Saacid
Apart from the collective misappropriation of funds and public trust in their operations, the following organisations were found to be:
1- Generating and collecting data through dubious programme under the guise of demographic surveys, vaccinations reports, demining surveys, nutrition analyses and population censuses.
2- Using field data and analyses for dishonest policies and programmes other than poverty reduction, humanitarian aid, provision of life opportunities and development of sustainable living conditions.
3- Working with international bodies to foster secularism, immorality and the degrading values of democracy in an Islamic country.
4- Some organisations were found to be collaborating with trans-national ecumenical churches and acting as platforms for proselytizing young, susceptible and often impoverished Muslim children.
5- Conveying communications and disseminating information regarding the activities of the Muslims and particularly the Mujahideen.
6- Financing, aiding and abetting subversive groups seeking to destroy the basic tenets of Islamic penal system.
7- Persistently galvanizing the local population against the full establishment of Islamic Shari’ah system.
8- Lacking complete political detachment and neutrality with regard to the conflicting parties in Somalia, thereby intensifying the instability and insecurity gripping the nation as a whole.
9- Undermining the livelihoods and cultural values of the population through the pervasive practice of corruption and bribery as means of operation.
10- Working vigorously in partnership with several organisations in order to exploit the country of its natural resources.
11- Acting as an impediment to the people’s ability to reach long term sustainability through the preservation and management of their natural resources in a self-determined manner.
12- Amplifying the refugee crisis in the country and failing to implement durable solutions that satisfactorily resolve the suffering of internally displaced refugees.
13- Promoting the fragmentation of the local population through the pursuance of tribal associations in their social interactions and partnerships.
In the light of these findings, OSAFA shall henceforth continue to dispatch a yearly fact-finding committee to evaluate and appraise the performance of all the organisations operating inside Somalia. Any organisation found to be supporting or actively engaged in activities deemed detrimental to the attainment of an Islamic State or performing duties other than that which it formally proclaims will be banned immediately without prior warning.

al-Katāi'b Media presents a new statement from Ḥarakat al-Shabāb al-Mujāhidīn: "A Call for Unity Against Occupation of Somalia by The Crusaders"

Mogadishu (26/11/2011) – The meeting held by the so-called Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in Addis Ababa on Friday 25^th November underlines the malicious intent of the neighbouring countries to destroy Somalia and colonise its people.
IGAD’s unanimous decision to deploy thousands of Ethiopian troops to Somalia comes after the Kenyan army, a non-combat-tested yet highly bumptious force who’ve entered Somalia more than a month ago, failed in their attempts to invade regions of Somalia as a result of the fierce resistance from the Mujahideen forces and local population. The concentration and build-up of Ethiopian troops along the border and some regions of Somalia at this particular phase in the conflict, not only demonstrates the vindictive nature of the Ethiopian army and their aspirations for military reprisals against the Somali population but also clearly illustrates the widespread impotence surrounding the thousands of Kenyan, Burundian and Ugandan forces already waging a brutal war against the people of Somalia.
Ethiopia, an arch-enemy, has been fighting a long and vicious battle to destabilise Somalia for decades. In December 2006, the Ethiopian army invaded Somalia under enormous media publicity in an attempt to control the country and subjugate its people. In their counteroffensive, however, the Somali population responded with quick and intensive surgical strikes as well as a concentrated guerrilla campaign that soon drained the invaders’ ability and defeated the Ethiopian army. Since their defeat in early 2009, the Ethiopian troops have been conducting a series of vengeful attacks against the people of Somalia, before engaging in the conscription and training of local militia to advance the Ethiopian agenda in the destabilisation of the country.
Somalia is going through a historic moment in time and it is the combination of the efforts of its people that will determine the outcome of its future. We therefore urge the Muslims of Somalia to set their differences aside and unite against their common enemy as they have done in the past in order to defend their country as well as their religion from the aggressive invasion of the allied African crusaders. You are facing a barbaric enemy that has no appreciation for the sanctity of human life; be firm and steadfast against them and fight them with all your might.
We also warn the invading Ethiopian forces that you have struggled long and hard to settle in Somalia during your brief occupation in 2006. Know that you are entering Somalia while the corpses of your comrades are still fresh in their graves; and the path that you tread upon today is reminiscent of the path trodden upon by your fellow soldiers yesterday. It is a path that lures you to taste nothing but the bitter depredations of war; for in front of you lies the agony of death, the torment of captivity, the deprivation of comforts, the departure of loved ones and the piercing bullets of strong-willed men with a determination of steel and uncompromising belief. The very men who’ve subjected the might of your army to the ignominious defeat of yesterday are today grinding their swords once again. The people of Somalia shall never accept or live under the humiliation of occupation and the spirit of resistance shall not fade as long as a single invader remains alive on Somali soil.

Mogadishu (20/11/2011) – Divisions from Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen’s Naval Forces stormed and burned military ships patrolling the waters along the Somali Coast , marking the first encounter between the Mujahideen and the invading Kenyan forces at sea.
Using high-powered speed boats and operating stealthily under the cover of darkness, two divisions from the Naval Forces launched a carefully calculated attack on two Kenyan navy ships travelling between the islands of Kudhaa and Madhawo, near Kismayo, at around 0300 hours Sunday morning. In the exchange of gunfire, one of the ships was set ablaze when hit by rocket-propelled grenades, while the other ship escaped unhurt.
The Kenyan ships were reported to have been patrolling the waters for weeks and persistently prohibiting local fishermen from fishing near the islands. In a series of recorded incidents, the Kenyan forces have previously sank at least 1 Somali-owned merchant ship and killed nearly 20 fishermen, thus prompting the Mujahideen Naval Forces to act with fierce force to stop the perpetrators.
On land, a dispatch of the Mujahideen military forces has successfully ambushed a convoy of 6 vehicles transporting Kenyan troops between the towns of Taabta and Dhoobley this morning. Two of the vehicles, including a white Toyota Land-cruiser carrying senior army officials, were burned down in the fire fight that lasted approximately 1 hour, before the Kenyan army fled the scene of the battle. 8 Kenyan soldiers were also killed in the ambush.
With the increased manoeuvres of the invading forces, Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen pledges to defend the Muslim people of Somalia from all forms of invasion, ideological as well as physical, which intends to subjugate the population, occupy their territory, plunder their resources and infect the teachings of Islam with the degrading values of democracy.
