 نفى مصدر إعلامي بأنصار الشريعة اليوم الأحد أن يكون لديهم أية حسابات رسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي سوى صفحة وكالة مدد الإخبارية. لا سيما الصفحة التي ظهرت مؤخراً على الفيس بوك باسم (أنصار الشريعة في جزيرة العرب). وأوضح أن الصفحات الأخرى التي تدعي انتماءها للمجاهدين في جزيرة العرب ليست لها أي صفة رسمية أو علاقة تنظيمية أو غير تنظيمية بأنصار الشريعة من قريب أو بعيد، داعيا كل من يهمه الأمر من المتابعين للنشاط الإعلامي لأنصار الشريعة من أفراد ومؤسسات أن يقتصر في ذلك على صفحة وكالة مدد الإخبارية على فيس بوك والبيانات التي تصدر عن مركز الفجر للإعلام ويتم نشرها في المنتديات الجهادية المعتمدة رسميا من قبل المجاهدين. المصدر
