New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Notification Regarding the Upcoming Elections"

Everyone is aware that America and her allies are fleeing after having failed in occupying Afghanistan through a direct invasion due to sacrifices of the Mujahid nation and the help of Almighty Allah therefore it is now trying to prolong it through an indirect method. Indirect invasion means that America will roll up its presence from many areas and hide in fox holes however it will install a head of state who appears to be an Afghan but will have American mentality, vision, deeds, creed and ideals while openly being in conflict with the clear teachings of the sacred religion of Islam. By giving prestige and power to its stooges, America wants to enslave the valiant Afghan nation to its desires  which it could not through intimidation, bombings, torture, raids, barbarity and countless other tactics.
Just as Allah (SWT) has made it an obligation upon us to establish an Islamic government, He has similarly enjoined Jihad upon us in order to put an end to the open and hidden occupation of Kufr (infidelity) of our Islamic soil. Therefore it is the religious obligation of every Afghan to fulfill their duty by foiling the latest plot of the invaders that is guised in the garb of elections.
We strongly urge all the esteemed Ulama (religious scholars), spiritual leaders, elders, famous personalities as well as the teachers and well educated people of the Madaris (religious seminaries), schools and universities to inform the entire nation about such filthy enemy plots and make it known to each and every person of this society that their casting ballots and participation is considered assistance of the Kuffar (infidels) and their stooges against Islam and against this nation which guarantees our loss in this world and the hereafter.  Allah (SWT) says in verse 113 of Surah Hud: (And incline not toward those who do wrong, lest the Fire should touch you, and you have no protectors other than Allah, nor you would then be helped.)
In this regard the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan encourages all its countrymen to avoid becoming victims of the enemy conspiracies in the upcoming elections process; reject it wholly and do not put yourselves in danger. Everyone should also realize that casting votes will not yield an outcome as the actual election has already taken place in the offices of CIA and Pentagon and their favorite candidate has already won.
The Islamic Emirate shall never allow the enemy to be successful in achieving its goals through this fake theatrical charade. In this regard we have given orders to all our Mujahideen to use all force at its disposal to disrupt these upcoming sham elections; target all its workers, activists, callers, security apparatus and offices and the nation must also stop the process of elections from taking place in mosques, clinics, schools, madaris and other public places.
We once again call on all of our countrymen to keep away from electoral offices, voting booths, rallies and campaigns so that may Allah forbid, their lives are not put into danger. If anyone still persists on participating then they are solely responsible of any loss in the future.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's Qārī' Yusef Aḥmadī: "Remarks Regarding the Killing of Turkmenistan Border Guards"

Some media outlets published a report two days earlier asserting that 3 border guards from neighboring country of Turkmenistan were killed in the border region by unknown gunmen that apparently crossed over from our country. Regretfully some officials of the stooge Kabul regime in Badghis province blamed the incident on the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate to achieve their malicious objective.
The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns this harmful incident and categorically rejects its involvement in such detrimental and irresponsible actions while it also extends its condolences to Turkmenistan and the family members of the said police officers.
It must be mentioned that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants cordial relations in the framework of mutual respect with its neighboring and regional countries as well as the international community. It does not interfere with the affairs of others and neither does it accept interference by others in its own affairs. The Islamic Emirate had good relations with its neighboring countries during the time of its rule and is still committed to the principles of good neighborly relations and mutual respect.
We must say that Turkmenistan has respected the principles of good neighborly relations with our beloved homeland in the past and has not interfered with the affairs of our country. We respect and encourage this sound policy of the said neighboring country and hope for its continuation in the future.
