New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “Regarding the Claims of the Prime Minister of Pakistan”

Regarding the recent claims of the interim prime minister of Pakistan, we must say that just as the Islamic Emirate wants peace and stability in Afghanistan, it also wants peace in Pakistan.
The Islamic emirate does not allow anyone to use the territory of Afghanistan against Pakistan.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is not responsible for maintaining peace in Pakistan, they should solve their internal problems by themselves and not blame Afghanistan for their
failures.
Since insecurity has increased in Pakistan after the victory of the Islamic emirate, It does not mean that we are behind the insecurity in Pakistan.
Weapons are safe in Afghanistan, they are not stolen, arms smuggling is prohibited and all illegal activities are prevented.

As a brother and neighboring country, Afghanistan wants good relations with Pakistan, the Pakistani side should also understand the intention of the Islamic Emirate and have no doubt about it, IEA does not want to interfere in the affairs of other countries and take measures against them.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “Declaration On Afghan Refugees In Pakistan and Other Countries”

For the past 45 years, Afghans have been facing many problems and migrations due to invasions and war in different countries, this situation has been imposed on Afghans and our nation has been forced to do so.

Now, that Afghan refugees are facing various problems and forced deportation; the followings are important and need to be considered:

1-First of all, we would like to thank all the countries that have given Afghans a place in their homeland in the last 40 years, now, once again, we call on them not to forcefully deport Afghans without preparation; rather, give them enough time and countries should use tolerance in terms of good neighborhood, Islamic brotherhood and human affection.

2-Afghans have not created problems for the security of the countries in which they live, nor are they involved in instability.

3-We want the neighboring countries to treat Afghan refugees well, keeping in mind the principles of Islamic brotherhood.

4-From the countries that Afghans return to their homeland as a result of forced deportation, the goods, money and other assets that they are carrying out with them are their personal property and right, no one has the right to turn them away or impose unfair and unjust conditions on them.

5-Those Afghans who are forcibly deported from other countries due to recent difficulties; in order for them to come home, All Afghans, including investors and business owners should remain in close contact with the High Commission for Addressing the Problems of Migrants and extend their support in refugee’s transition, accommodation, shelter, medical treatment and other possible and potential areas.

6-As the Islamic Emirate is in place and the government has ensured security across the country and maintained the atmosphere of brotherhood among Afghans, the officials of the Islamic Emirate have been instructed to help the returnees with full sincerity and accuracy as well as utilize every possible mean to serve them in a proper way.

7-The Ministry of Commerce and Industry and other related entities should provide necessary facilities to the returning businessmen, investors and industrialists.

8-Those Afghans who have left the country due to political concerns, we assure them to return and live peacefully in their country.

May Allah grant both the Islamic Emirate officials and the public the opportunity to provide facilities and services for the Afghan returnees.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan
