The title of this release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 30:4-5. Here it is in full: “Within three to nine years. To God belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice. In the victory of God. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.”

سوف نلاحق مجرمي الحرب ونطلبهم من الدول التي فروا إليها حتى ينالوا جزاءهم العادل.

سنعلن عن قائمة رقم 1 تتضمن أسماء كبار المتورطين في تعذيب الشعب السوري. سنقدم مكافآت لمن يدلي بمعلومات عن كبار ضباط الجيش والأمن المتورطين في جرائم حرب.

أكدنا التزامنا بالتسامح مع من لم تتلطخ أيديهم بدماء الشعب السوري، ومنحنا العفو لمن كان ضمن الخدمة الإلزامية.
