الحمد لله مصرّف الأمور كيف يشاء، الحكيم الخبير، له الحكم وإليه المآب؛ حكم فعدل، ملك فقهر، سبحانه من رب رؤوف بالعباد، متفضل بالنعم والرحمة؛ القائل في كتابه العزيز: {إِنَّ اللّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُم بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُواْ بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُم بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ * التَّائِبُونَ الْعَابِدُونَ الْحَامِدُونَ السَّائِحُونَ الرَّاكِعُونَ السَّاجِدونَ الآمِرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّاهُونَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَالْحَافِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ اللّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} [سورة التوبة : 111، 112]
والصلاة والسلام على النبي المجاهد، محمد ابن عبدالله القائل: “وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي أَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَأُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أَغْزُو فَأُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أَغْزُو فَأُقْتَلُ“، وعلى الآل والصحب ومن تأسى بهم وسار على النهج القويم؛ و بعد:
فدتك الأرواح والمهج يا مجدد الزمان!
وما احد يخلّد في البرايا ……….. بل الدّنيا تؤول الى زوال
اطاب النّفس انّك متّ موتا ……… تمنّته البواقي والخوالي
وزلت ولم ترى يوما كريها ……….. تسرّ الرّوح فيه بالزّوال
في حادثة اختلط فيه الحزن بالفرح، تلقينا نبأ ترجل الفارس الزاهد أبا عبدالله أسامة ابن لادن بعد قتال علياء وشرف؛ بعد أكثر من عقدين من الزمن قدّم من خلالها من التضحيات ما قل لها نظير؛ بعد أكثر من عقدين من الزمن عاش من خلالها مجاهدا صنديدا وكمدا وغما على أفئدة أعداء الملة إلى أن أراد الله أن يختم له بالشهادة التي من أجلها هاجر وجاهد-وقد فاز ورب الكعبة فوزا عظيما، فالسعيد من اتخذه الله شهيدا!
فهنيئا للمجاهدين وللشهيد وهنيئا لنا وللأمة المسلمة جمعاء!
ونحن إذ نهنئ المجاهدين والأمة المسلمة باستشهاد بطلها المقدام وابنها البار الذي اغتم لشأنها وبذل في سبيل استعادة مجدها حتى قدر له أن يضحي بأغلى ما يملكه لتطوى صحف حياته بمصير الرجال، ويسطر بالدماء نهاية تاريخ رجل عاش عزيزا ومرعبا لأعداء الله حتى في مماته … إذ نهنئها بهذا الأمر لا نستطيع أن نكتم الحزن الذي ينتابنا بفقدان قائد عظيم عاش بالجهاد وللجهاد إلى أن جثت الشيوعية على ركبتيها ذليلة صاغرة محطمة وغزا رأس الكفر في عقر داره وهشم هبل العصر على رؤوس الأشهاد حتى أيقن بذالك أعداء الله أن لدماء الأمة وأعراضها أسودا يذودون عنها.
رثيت قبلك آسادا أمجدهم ……….. إلا مصابك في قلبي كزلزال
أما ونقول لها لا تهني ولا تحزني ولا تبكي على فراق الإمام، عاش ليموت ومات ليحيى وما عند الله خير وأبقى، ولطالما كانت الشهادة أمنية الشيخ ولطالما طاردها وتقدّم من أجلها وسلك أوعر الدروب لنيلها؛ فبشراك أيها الشهيد! فقد آن الأوان لتلتحق بمن سبقك من إخوانك من قادة الجهاد وأمراءهم الشرفاء، فنعم الصحبة وحسن أولئك رفيقا.
في الناس للناس أنداد وليس لهم …… فيهم شبيه ولا عدل ولا ندد
إني لمرتحل بالفجر ينصبني ……….. حتى يفرج عني هم ما أجد
أو كان يخلد أقوام بمجدهم ……… أو ما تقدم من أيامهم خلدوا
أو كان يقعد فوق الشمس من كرم … قوم بأولهم أو مجدهم قعدوا
قوم أبوهم سنان حين تنسبهم …. طابوا وطاب من الأولاد ما ولدوا
إنس إذا أمنوا جن إذا غضبوا ……….. مرزؤون بهاليل إذا جهدوا
لو يوزنون عيارا أو مكايلة …… .. مالوا برضوى ولم يعدلهم أحد
جزى الله الشيخ عنا خير الجزاء، جاهد في الله حقّ جهاده، لم يداهن ولم يتراجع لحظة، صدوق القول والعمل، مضى بطلا مقداما وإماماً عابدا زاهداً، هاجر وجاهد في سبيل الله مستيقناً على طريق الحقّ لم تأخذ في الله لومة لائم … ونشهد له أنه بر ونصح وثبت حتى أتاه اليقين من رب الأرض والسماء.
وفي الختام لا يسعنا أن نقول إلا ما يرضي الرب جل في علاه؛ رحمك الله يا شيخنا أبا عبد الله أسامة وأكرم نزلك ووسع مدخلك ورفع درجتك وألحقك بالصالحين في الفردوس الأعلى وأعظم الله أجر ذويك والمجاهدين وأحسن عزاهم.
كما أننا نود أن نجدد العهد للشيخ ونؤكد أننا ماضون على الطريق حتى يقضي الله بين الحق والباطل.
والحمد لله رب العالمين

Spokesman of the Governor of Kandahar told media on May 22, that he was wounded by firing of American troops when he was trying to enter compound of the Kandahr governor’s office. He admitted, the security situation of Kandahr has been aggravated; the governor’s compound’s security is handed over to American forces, following the recent law and order situation. He further maintained, it was agreed upon with the American forces that all office-bearers of the governor compound must be exempt from body search during their entry to offices. But despite that, they frisked his body, backtracking on their agreement. Not only that. They shot and wounded him.
The ISSAF office also confirmed injury of the spokesman of Kandahar in a press release, maintaining their forces have responsibility for the security of the Kandhar’s governor compound and every one has to go through body search. None deserves an exception.
No doubt. the security situation in Kandahar is graver than what it is being portrayed by the officials of the Kandahar province. The crisis is spiraling up to its climax and the situation running out of control of the Kabul Administration. The State Apparatus is in shambles; government offices and installation are laying abandoned and even low rank employees are not willing to go to their offices for days and, at least, sign their attendance-sheet book, let alone the high-ranking officials who are staying away.
The man in the street can’t imagine having their grievances addressed by this miserable and crumbling Administration. Generally speaking, if a government and an administration is not able to protect himself or itself and has the only option to hand over security of the governor compound and other sensitive offices to American troops, then what credibility that specific governor or administration will have in the eyes of the common Afghans? How is it convenient for a common Afghan to have recourse to that administration for mitigation of his grievances in circumstances that every inch of the governor’s compound is being watched by American brutal and moron troops and every body, whether the government officers or civilians, are not exempt from frisking. In such a situation, the governor will not have the audacity to issue instructions on applications of grievances of the commoners ( for fear they will not be implemented.)
We urge the spokesman of the governor of Kandahar who has been bodily searched by the American troops in the very premises of the compound of the Kahdanar governor and is now smarting from an injury with blood stained( on his body) , that is it not your moral duty, a rationale step and your national responsibility to call a press conference and announce the Kandahar administration has collapsed. There is no law, nor writ of the law and the officials do not show up at their offices. This is because the American deem it their rights to body search the high-ranking officials and even shoot them.
It is clear like a broad day light that in view of the prevailing situation, the power rests with some one else. No Afghan with free conscience will ever find any parameter to call the Kabul and Kandahar Administrations as a national government or a regime.

In the light of the unfolding events in Mogadishu, the sinister motives of the Ugandan and Burundian troops, along with their apostate allies, has become apparent to all. At a time when the people of Mogadishu are recovering for the severe droughts that had crippled much of the country in the recent months, and started rebuilding their shattered lives, the African crusaders embarked on a brutal campaign to demolish everything the innocent civilians have thus far managed to construct.
Although the people of Mogadishu are being fought for their determination to adopt the Islamic Shari’ah as their source of governance, the crusaders, who serve as mercenaries propelling America’s global war on Islam along the East African coast, have this time focused primarily upon the destruction of their economy. Having failed to achieve their desired objectives because of the strong resistance from the Mujahideen and having seen the corpses of their comrades and commanders dragged in the streets of Mogadishu on a regular basis, the objective of the crusaders is now to target innocent civilians and to destroy the fabric that holds the people of Mogadishu together, leaving them fragmented and disoriented.
The African crusaders were not alone in their attempts. Lured by greed and an opportunity to pillage and plunder the wealth of the civilians, the apostate militia, aided by the tanks and artillery of the African crusaders, launched an offensive on Bakara Market, where tens of thousands of civilians gather every day to earn their living. And as the people went about their usual businesses, the militia raided them with mortars, shells and bullets, specifically targeting large companies, hotels, warehouses and stores, and indiscriminately killing dozens of innocent civilians. The shelling was not confined to the Bakara market, but also targeted heavily populated residential areas, hospitals and other markets in Yaaqshiid, Huriwaa and Kaaran districts, killing and injuring hundreds of civilians.
By the grace of Allah, the Mujahideen repelled the attack of the crusaders and their apostate militia, killing their senior commanders including Dooha Koofi, the commander of the militia guarding the Presidential Palace and dozens of their soldiers.
Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahideen has pledged to protect the religion of Allah from the aggressive onslaught of the Christian West and their African mercenaries, and also to safeguard the dignity and wealth of the Muslims. This will be done through the establishment of the Islamic Shari’ah and Somalia will be governed by nothing except the Shari’ah of Allah.
