The The Didoy (or Tsuntin) sector is located on the border between the South-West of Dagestan and Georgia. It’s a part of the ‘Mountainous’ sector previously led by Amir Adam aka Ahmed Abdulkerimov. The Didoy people is one of the ethnic minority of Dagestan. The Amir of the Didoy Jamaat – whose status remains unclear – is identified as Amr.

IslāmDīn presents a new video message from Astemir Mamishev of Wilāyah of Kabardino-Balkar-Karachai of The Caucasus Emirate

I, Astemir Mamishev, Mujahid of the central sector of the combined Wilayah KBK, under the leadership of Amir Ubaydullah (ha) – the Amir of this sector – address to the ‘Black Hawks’ gang. I want to remind them of my Protector, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, about Allah (swt), against whom you are aiming your efforts. And truely, you lost at the very moment you started, and your acts will not bring you any success in this world. And you will only find the fire of hell in the Hereafter, Insha’Allah I testify before Allah that those ‘measures’ – that you have taken to intimidate me and to make me renounce to the Jihad in the way of Allah – are useless and futile. By Allah, I am determined to raise the word of Allah on this earth. Like any other Mujahid who came out in this path. Insha’Allah, we kill, and will [continue to] kill you, as much as Allah allows us. Yes, I do not care about what happens to my family, but be that as it may be, even if you kill my whole family, I will not stop, Insha’Allah. But this doesn’t mean that I do not like them, that I do not love my family. I simply know that this is a test from Allah, both for me and for them. What I do, I do it for the sake of Allah (swt), not for the sake of my family. In any case, I am convinced that you will not harm them more than what Allah has prescribed [for them]. By going on the path of Jihad, we left our families in the care of Allah, and verily Allah is the best protector. I do not know what you’ve talked about when you said that you were ‘on my trail’ and the trail of [Ratmir] Shameyev (may Allah preserve him), and that we will ‘not see you coming’. As for you, it’s up to our intelligence services-Mukhabarat to identify you. I will not bluff you, as you did. Insha’Allah it’s only a matter of time. And when we shall meet you, Insha’Allah, we shall see under whose feet the ground will burn, Insha’Allah. You are just pathetic minions of Satan, AudhuBillah. Verily, Allah (swt) said in the Quran: “Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah , and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak” (Surat An-Nisā’ : 76). I also want to say to this dog (1), who sits masked and tries to threaten the Mujahideen : if you’re a man, then show your face. Subhan’Allah, you don’t looks like a defender of the fatherland – of our fatherland. Be a man, show your face. Subhan’Allah, I am sitting here [and] you can see my face. Insha’Allah, may Allah allows us to meet you, identify and – Insha’Allahu Rahman – destroy you.

And as to me personally, yes, on the basis of what I said, I think that my position on your so-called threat is already clear. Insha’Allah it’s not only my position but the position of each Mujahid directly. Each to whom you try to threaten their family or anything else. Insha’Allah, it will all be in vain, we are determined. Insha’Allah, we killed and we will kill [you], as Allah (swt) said it in the Quran. And as long as we are alive, Insha’Allah as we long as we can hold guns in our hands, yes, as long as our hearts beat, we will kill you, Insha’Allah. May Allah humiliates the infidels by our hands, the hands of the Mujahideen and those who try to help them.
To all brothers and sisters who are worry for us, who make Du’aa for us all, may the peace and blessing of Allah be upon you. JazakAllahu Khayran for your support, Insha’Allah. All is said, I have finished.

ImāmTV presents: "Twelve years on guard of the Sharī'ah' – The biography of Amīr Ilman [of the Caucasus Emirate]"

One of the Caucasus Mujahideen who was martyred, Insha’Allah, during the large-scale operation carried out by the infidels and the apostates – using aircraft and artillery – in the river Fortanga gorge, at approximately 20 kilometers from Upper Alkun (TsIecha Akhka) in the Sunzha district of Wilayah Ghalghaycho (Ingushetia), is Amir Ilman (Ilman Estamirov). Ilman Estamirov was born on August 24, 1977 in the village of Kirov-Yurt, in the Vedeno district of the Chechen-Ingush Republic ASSR USSR (now the village of Tevzana – Vedeno district of the Wilayah Nokhchicho – Caucasus Emirate). There, he graduated from high school. Amir Ilman Tevzaninsky (from Tevzana) was one of the most experienced and talented Chechen commanders of middle rank, who left to Jihad in the summer of 1999 when fighting broke out in the territory of Dagestan and was proclaimed the Islamic call, throughout the Caucasus. Since then, he had to his credit dozens of fierce battles and daring operations in various regions of the north Caucasus (now the Caucasus Emirate). Ilman fought under the leadership of renowned Amirs – Adam Umalatov (1), Supyan Abdullayev and Hussein Gakayev. In Autumn 2006, he was appointed Amir of the Tevzana Jamaat, in the Vedeno district, within the structure of the Shali Sector of the Eastern Front of the ChRI Armed Forces. After the proclamation – in the fall of 2007 – of the Caucasus Emirate, he became the deputy commander of the mountainous Shali sector of the Eastern Front of the W. Nokhchicho, CE.
Amir Ilman Estamirov (ra)
The Mujahid and Amir Ilman was fierce and implacable with the enemies of Islam, gentle and kind whith his brothers in arms. In his frequent speeches and appeals from the front, some of which were displayed on the Internet (see here for example – .WMV – 75 MB), he always spoke frankly and openly, without hiding his face behind a mask. Therefore Ilman was feared by the infidels and the apostates and loved and respected  by the Mujahideen. He was a fearless soldier of Allah, who had a strong Iman and a high reputation among the Mujahideen. The confirmation of the above, is a post-mortem photo of Amir Ilman took by the infidels, in which he’s immortalized with a raised forefinger, testifying the Monotheism (see here). And in another post-mortem photo of the Mujahideen from the Alkun base, [you can see] a smile fixed on the face of Amir Supyan Khattuninsky (1). Is this not a proof that our brothers have succeeded in this life? And is this not a sign of Allah? A distinctive feature of the current stage of the Jihad in the Caucasus is that young Muslims join the ranks of the Mujahideen with their families. And this, in particular, brothers and sisters such as the Avdorhanov, Akhmadov, Barayev, Basayev, Vagabov, Dzhappuev, Yevloyev, Zakaryaev, Gakayev, Muskiev, Tsagaraev, Shakhbievy and others, many of whom were martyred in the way of Allah and became shining examples to follow for the younger generation of the Ummah, in the Caucasus.

In this regard, the Estamirov family – from the foothill Chechen village of Tevzana (whose glory increased in the last two wars, because of its glorious and courageous sons and daughters, who joined the ranks of the Army of Allah), on the right bank of the river Bass, in the Vedeno district – was no exception. So, during the two days of fierce fighting which took place on July 14-15, 2009, between the villages of Tevzana and Makhkety, the younger brother of Ilman Estamirov – Rizvan, 21-year-old aka ‘Mu’min’, who joined the Jihad in Spring 2006, when he was 18 years old – became Shaheed, Insha’Allah … At the basis of the Chechen name ‘Ilman’, there is the Arabic word “Ilm”, which translated into english means “the science and knowledge.” In the worldly life, Ilman was not destined to study in prestigious universities and other educational establishments, in the walls of which are acquired expertise on various specialties. He simply did not have time for this, because he spent more than a third of his life (12 years!) in the harsh conditions of Jihad. However, during these 12 years, Ilman diligently studied at an university of another profile – the University of the Islamic Jihad, where he learned the science of defeating the enemies of Allah and establishing the Sharia law in the land, and the reward for the acquisition of this knowledge and for putting it in practice, is paradise, Insha’Allah. In this field, Amir Ilman was recognized as an expert, so to speak, “a professor of Jihad.” We ask Allah that He accept the Shahada of our brothers – the Amirs Supyan,  Ilman and the other Mujahideen of the Alkun base – and grant them the highest degree of Jannah – al-Firdaws. Kavkaz Center presents a new video message: "Amīr Supyan: A Life in the Jihād!"

NOTE: The below video is a tribute to the recently killed Amīr Supyan during a Russian raid on one of the Caucasus Emirates camps. It was originally believed that the Amīr of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Umrov was also killed, but he was not and later called into RFE/RL’s North Caucasus Service to announce that he was okay. Amīr Supyan was a deputy leader in the Caucasus Emirate and was usually by the side of Umarov in many previous propaganda videos. Movladi Udugov, the head of the Caucasus Emiarte’s Informational-Analytical Service, already wrote a tribute to Amīr Supyan, which you can read here.

RFE/RL's North Caucasus Service presents a new audio message from the Amīr of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Umarov: "Safe and Sound"

NOTE: Dokku Umarov called into RFE/RL’s North Caucasus Service to announce that he was okay and not in the location where there was a Russian raid against a Caucasus Emirate camp last week. During the raid, though, Amīr Supyan, one of Umarov’s deputies was killed. In the below audio message Umarov remarks that he is “absolutely healthy. He continued:

There was an operation in which several Mujāhidīn died. My death was announced too. They won’t receive any respite from me. I’m preparing my answer to them. They should expect news from me soon.

2.1. Дару-ль-ислям и дару-ль-куфр
С точки зрения общих хукмов стран и территорий все они делятся на дару-ль-ислям (страны Ислама) и дару-ль-куфр (страны неверия).
Дару-ль-ислям – это территория, на которой преобладают законы Ислама, и мусульмане могут свободно исповедовать свою религию, даже если они составляют меньшинство населения.
Сказал имам Ибн аль-Каййим аль-Джаузийа: Большинство ученых сказало: Дару-ль-ислям – это страна, в которой живут мусульмане и над которой осуществляются законы Ислама, и та территория, над которой не осуществляются законы Ислама, не является дару-ль-ислям… (Ахкаму ахли-з-зимма).
Сказал шейх шахид Абдулла Аззам: Дару-ль-ислам это страна, где функционирует исламский шариат… страна,  которая заботится о защите мусульман, объявляет джихад, воюет для спасения мусульман, страна, в которой имам или амир, получивший законную присягу, исполняет наказания согласно Шариату, ведет джихад, делит трофеи, защищает мусульман… (Аль-хиджра ва-ль-и’дад).

Дару-ль-куфр – это территория, на которой не преобладают законы Ислама, даже если большинство населения мусульмане, и имеет место открытое проявление некоторых признаков Ислама.
Сказал имам Мухаммад ибн Абду-ль-Ваххаб о шиитской династии Фатимидов: Они появились в начале третьего века, и заявил Убайдулла, что он потомок Али и Фатимы. Он облачился в одежды богобоязненности и джихада на пути Аллаха.  За ним последовали народы Магриба, и он и его потомки создали в Магрибе большое государство, затем они овладели Египтом и Шамом. Они проявляли законы Ислама, исполняли пятничные и совместные молитвы, назначали судей и муфтиев. Однако они также проявили и нечто из ширка и противоречия Шариату, и проявилось от них то, что указывало на их нифак, и сошлись ученые на том, что они кафиры,  и что их страна – это земля войны (дару-ль-харб), не смотря на проявлении ими признаков и внешнее исполнение законов Ислама.
Сказал шейх Мухаммад ибн Ибрахим Аль аш-Шайх: Страна, в которой правят по выдуманным людьми законам, не является страной Ислама,  и хиджра из неё обязательна. И если открыто проявляется и не преследуется и не запрещается идолопоклонство, хиджра из этой страны также обязательна. (Фатава ва расаиль шейх Мухаммад ибн Ибрахим, т. 6, ф. 1451).
2.2. Хукм установления правителя и подчинения ему
Установление исламской власти и правителя ваджиб мусульманской Уммы.
Сказал Ибн Таймиййа: Надлежит знать, что управление делами людей – одна из важнейших обязанностей религии, более того, без него невозможно существование ни религии, ни мирской жизни. Поистине, дела  сынов Адама могут осуществляться только с их объединением для помощи друг другу,  и для этого им настолько  необходимо единое руководство, что  Пророк, да благословит его Аллах и приветствует, сказал: «Если трое вышли в дорогу, то им следует выбрать себе одного амиром» (Абу Дауд, 2242, Аль-Альбани назвал хорошим достоверным)…  Пророк, да благословит его Аллах и приветствует, сделал обязательным выбор амиром одного человека в маленькой непостоянной группе путников, чтобы указать на необходимость этого в остальных формах объединения людей. (Маджмуу-ль-фатава, т. 28, стр. 390).
Были спрошены сыновья шейха Мухаммада ибн Абду-ль-Ваххаба и Хамд ибн Насыр: Является ли установление имама фардом для людей? И они ответили: Ахлю-сунна ва-ль-джамаа считают, что люди обязаны установить имама, потому, что не могут быть выполнены без этого такие дела Ислама, как джихад, повеление одобряемого и запрет порицаемого, исполнение наказаний, восстановление справедливости между  слабым и сильным и т.п. И для этого Аллах вменил в обязанность подчинение правителю, сказав:  «О те, которые уверовали! Повинуйтесь Аллаху, повинуйтесь Посланнику и обладающим властью среди вас. Если же вы станете препираться о чем-нибудь, то обратитесь с этим к Аллаху и Посланнику, если вы веруете в Аллаха и Последний день» (Ан-Ниса, 4/59), и «Крепко держитесь за вервь Аллаха все вместе и не разделяйтесь» (Аль Имран, 3/103)… (Ад-дурар ас-саниййа, т.9, стр. 7).
На протяжении истории Ислама, не смотря на прекращение праведного халифата, а затем разделение Уммы по географическим и политическим причинам, мусульмане продолжали подчиняться правителям-мусульманам своих стран, и не было у ученых ахлю-сунна разногласия в вопросе подчинения этим правителям, курайшитами они были или нет, праведными или грешными. И подчинение правителю-мусульманину эти ученые отнесли к вопросам вероубеждения.
Сказал имам Ахмад ибн Ханбал: Послушание и покорность правителям и повелителю правоверных, благочестивому и грешному, и тому, кто получил власть халифа и на ком сошлись люди и кем они довольны, и тому, кто принудил их мечем, и стал халифом и назвался повелителем правоверных. (Усулю-с-сунна).
Сказал имам Ат-Тахави: Хадж и джихад под руководством правителей мусульман, праведные они или грешные, — обязанности, сохраняющиеся до наступления Судного Дня. Ничто не может аннулировать их или отрицать их. (Аль-акида ат-тахавиййа).
