New statement from Hay’at Taḥrīr al-Shām’s Ḍīyā’ al-‘Umar: “Regarding the Arrest of Aḥmad Kamāl al-Dīn”

تناقلت وكالات وصفحات إخبارية وإعلامية خبراً مفاده قيام جهاز الأمن العام باعتقال المدعو “أحمد كمال الدين” على خلفية نشره بيانا ينتقد فيه “هيئة تحرير الشام”.

وإننا وتعليقاً على هذا الخبر نوضح مايلي:
1- إن سبب توقيف المدعى عليه كان بناءً على مذكرة توقيف صدرت بحقه من النيابة العامة للتحقيق معه في تورطه بعدّة قضايا ابتزاز لفتيات هدّدهنّ بنشر صورهنّ على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كان قد حصل عليها بطرق ملتوية غير أخلاقية بهدف الحصول على المال أو لإشباع رغباته الجنسية الدنيئة.

2- قام أحد الفصائل في وقت سابق في مناطق درع الفرات بتوقيفه لمدة تقارب الشهرين وذلك لجرم مماثل للجرم المنسوب إليه الآن، وحين عودته إلى إدلب تم توقيفه أيضا لارتكابه الجرم نفسه وحكم بالسجن لمدة ثلاثة أشهر تقريباً وخرج بعد انتهاء الحكم القضائي وتعهده خطياً بعدم العودة لمثل هذه الأفعال.

3- تعدّ حالة التوقيف هذه الثالثة بحقه وذلك بسبب عدم التزامه بالتعهد الخطي الذي أمضاه وعودته إلى فعله من جديد … وقد تم تحويله إلى القضاء المختص لينال جزاء ما اقترفت يداه.

نهيب بأهلنا في المناطق المحررة وبالوكالات والصفحات الإعلامية تحري الدقة والخصوصية في تناقل ونشر الأخبار وتلقي المعلومات من مصادرها الرسمية وعدم أخذها من مصادر مجهولة أو قنوات مشبوهة.
