The intelligence networks of the Kabul administration have recently circulated forged letters in multiple provinces and regions of the country with the aim of spurring confusion among the general masses.
A few days earlier a letter full of fallacy was disseminated under the name of Sheikhul Hadith Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Sahib, the Chief of Islamic Emirate’s Judiciary and member of the Leadership Council. Then another letter surfaced in some parts of Paktia, Khost, Paktika and Logar provinces which was also the work of enemy intelligence circles containing propaganda against the leadership of the Islamic Emirate. Moreover the intelligence apparatus of the Kabul administration has printed out threats, night letters, warning and various other letters in multiple provinces and tasked their agents to circulate these letters and propaganda among the masses in the guise of Mujahideen.
Similarly several university lecturers and other influential individuals were threatened the other day via telephone in Kabul with the caller identifying himself as member of the Islamic Emirate.
The Islamic Emirate rejects all such spurious attempts. We neither warn nor threaten anyone in secrecy. If the need for such a step arises, we perform it through our spokesmen, official website and other official publication channels. Aside from these methods, all circulation of threatening night letters, dissemination of written messages and sowing confusion among the masses is the work of Kabul administration intelligence. They want to recompense their failure on the battlefield with such pathetic and spineless actions.
We ask the entire nation, influential personalities and threatened individuals to not pay any heed to these falsehoods. And we specifically call upon media outlets to not become instruments for intelligence objectives and strongly desist from publishing propaganda taken from the mouth of enemy.

The key to solving the Afghan conundrum lies in recognizing the ground realities of Afghanistan and removing obstacles that exist in the path of a resolution. It is joyous to see that the regional countries have also understood that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is a political and military force. The proposal forwarded in the Moscow tripartite of delisting members of the Islamic Emirate is a positive step forward in bringing peace and security to Afghanistan. We welcome this announcement but to achieve true peace, the basic rights of the oppressed Afghan people must be restored so they too can have an independent country and travel freely as the rest of the nations.
Our agenda is the independence of our country and establishment of an Islamic government. The Islamic Emirate is a reality and has deep roots in society. Our goal is unification of all ethnicities and territorial integrity of our country.
Even today the Islamic Emirate is the reason for peace and security in areas under its control. We are effectively witnessing zero crime and abduction rates in the liberated areas out of the control of the crumbling Kabul administration. We have setup corruption free and transparent judiciary systems for our nation which has resulted in peaceful solution to many disputes of the people.

A western newspaper ‘The New York Times’ published a report citing a Norwegian diplomat – Alf Arne Ramslien – who claimed initially talking twice on the phone??? with the late Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) and even meeting him at a later stage in Pakistan during the year 2009. This report has then gone on to write many fabrications under this title.
We categorically reject this report from start to end. The late Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Muhammad Omar (may Allah have mercy on him) had not visited Pakistan over the past 25 years nor did he talk with anyone via telephone following the American invasion. And neither did he have the habit of meeting with diplomats especially with foreign diplomats during the time of occupation when he had millions of dollars of bounty on his head.
It is plausible that this diplomat has made such assertions for his own fame or that he was duped by some individual.
The said report has no truth to it whatsoever. News outlets should abstain from publishing such unfounded, fictitious and fabricated reports because such reports based on rumors will achieve nothing else except damage their own reputations.
