In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
Praise be to Allah, the Sustainer of the Worlds and peace be on the leader of the two dominions, the noblest of the apostles, the Leader of Mujahideen, our prophet, Mohammad, the Chosen one (peace be upon him) and on his offspring and all his companions. Having said that, I would like to further say: I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected one.
“Those who disbelieve, spend their wealth to debar others from the path of Allah. They will continue to spend it till it will become a cause of regret for them and in the end, they will be overcome. And those who disbelieve shall be gathered in Hell. Holy Quran (8:36)
When Jesus son of Mary said: “Children of Israel! Verily, I am the Messenger of Allah to you, confirming that (which came) before me and giving good news of an apostle that will come after me whose name shall be Ahmad.” Holy Quran 61:6
I extend my felicitation to all Muslim people of Afghanistan, to the gallant Mujahideen who are now arrayed against the invasion, to the families of the martyrs, to the disabled and the esteemed pilgrims in every part of the world, on this occasion of Eid-ul-Odha, a great day of selflessness, sacrifice and joy.
I pray to the Almighty Allah to bless the Islamic Ummah to spend these days of the Eid of Sacrifice, in joy, serenity and a feeling of euphoria. Similarly, I congratulate, the honor-loving and high-spirited Mujahideen brothers on the unprecedented military victories of the current year. May Allah, the Almighty give us and you (further) steadfastness and persistence and salvage our oppressed people from this unlawful invasion. Surely, the moments (of victory) are close at hand now rather than any other time else.
Mujahideen brothers!
You are in the scene witnessing that the ranks of Jihad do strengthen, experiencing expansion in every part of the country because of the close support of ( our) brave people with the Mujahideen and their sacrifices . Massive aggressive and Jihadic tactical attacks are carried out against the grand bases of the invaders. The (enemy) evacuate military bases and barracks in awe of Mujahideen. Some conscious daring Muslims from among the ranks of the regime installed by the invaders, launch decisive attacks against the cunning invading enemy. Those Afghans who have been deceived are now turning to the peaceful lap of the Islamic Emirate in groups as a result of the efforts underway by the Call and Guidance Commission. Other self-same developments and transformations are some of the achievements that we and you should, as an obligation, have to thank Allah (swt) for having them bestowed on us.
We ask the Almighty Allah with deep humbleness to grace us with further ability to achieve our goals, to remain committed to the aspirations of our Jihad, neither become arrogant ( to gloat) nor become heedless about the goals and sacred path of Jihad. We should seek the pleasure of Allah in the conduct of all affairs and make it our resolution to obey our superiors, to implement the bye-law of Jihad, and to work for the establishment of the Islamic system, the comfort and prosperity of our people, our nation of which you and we are a part and parcel, has gone through hardships, sufferings and oppression in the past over thirty years They deserve it as an obligation on us to behave with them with tolerance and good manners. It is because of the sacrifices, selflessness and daring feats of this very nation that you and we become able in keeping up the battle against such an arrogant power for eleven years triumphantly and face the enemy with defeat at all fronts.
You and we should feel the pain of the nation and share its grief. We should realize that complete victory and quashing of the enemy become possible only through the help of the Almighty Allah and the bilateral cooperation of our people. The superiors and subordinates of the Islamic Emirate should try to cement their unity, coherence and intimacy, avoid internal differences, conduct the affairs of Jihad with mutual sympathy and consultation, work out good plans for the quashing of the enemy and implement them; provide facilities for the common people, save them from the atrocities and brutalities of the invaders and the Arbakis, pay full attention to the prevention of civilian casualties.
The enemy has tried and is trying to blame the Mujahideen for the civilian casualties. Increase your efforts to expand the area of infiltration in the ranks of the enemy and to bring about better order and array in the work. This tactic will achieve more fruitful results, if God willing. Focus on honing behavior and raising level of knowledge of the Mujahideen. Explain to them all essential injunctions and ethics of Jihad, and pay attention to their education, vastness of insight and moral upbringing. Give a hand of help to the orphans, the disabled and the prisoners. This should remain inculcated in your mind that every action contrary to the religious requirements, and being based on sheer emotions bring in only wicked consequences.
We call on the Afghans who still stand with the stooge regime to turn to full-fledged cooperation with their Mujahid people like courageous persons in order to protect national interests and to complete independence of the country. Jihadic activities inside the circle of the State militias are the most effective stratagem. Its dimension will see further expansion, organization and efficiency if God willing.
I urge every brave Afghan in the ranks of the foreign forces and their Afghan hirelings who may find an opportunity to utilize this opportunity effectively and quash the enemies of Islam and country in their centers and use all possible means, opportunities and tactics to strike them. This is because Jihad is an obligation enjoined on every one. It is the duty of every individual of the nation from religious perspective and on the basis of his conscious to strive for the liberation and independence of his country.
The (local) chiefs of Mujahideen are instructed to submit (the names of) those heroes who have performed such exploits to the leadership for further recognition and acknowledgement of their daring actions.
As to the future political destiny of the country, I would like to repeat that we are neither thinking of monopolizing power nor intend to spark off domestic war but only try that the future political fate of the country must be determined by the Afghans themselves without any interference from big countries and neighbors, and it must be Islamic and Afghan in form.
After the independence of the country, we should have a Sharia-based national regime with the help of Allah, the Almighty, which will bring about a sole central authority and be free from every kind of discrimination and biases. Jobs will be given on merits; territorial integrity of the country will be protected. Security will be maintained, Sharia laws will be implemented, we will guarantee rights of both male and female of the country, build economic structures and strengthen social foundations and facilities of education for all people of the country in the light of the Islamic rules and national interests, conduct all academic and cultural affairs efficiently and will, with the help of the brave nation, foil the effort of those who harbor the notion of disintegrating Afghanistan and intend to flare up domestic war to achieve their goals. They should not think that the Afghan people are so simple-mined that they would break off their deep ideological, cultural, social and historical bonds among the fraternal ethnicities. The former Soviet Union pursued the same recipe of disintegration but the result was contrary to their efforts and they themselves became entrapped in their ploy.
We want to have good relations with all those who respect Afghanistan as an independent Islamic country and their relations and approaches are not domineering and colonialist. This is what every independent and Muslim Afghan wants.
About (efforts) to reach understanding with the foreigners, I would like to say that we would continue political endeavors along with military struggle in order to obtain our Islamic and national goals and aspirations. For this purpose, we have an entity in the shape of political office to conduct the political struggle. They interact with the foreigners in view of our Islamic, Jihadic and national interests. I should say that we have no other conduit to reach an understanding with the other side except through the Political Office, because we do not play politics on this issue covertly nor we can tolerate (others) to play this. We have framed our policy to reach the understanding on the bases of religious and national values and then we have publicly announced it. If the intelligence agencies and diplomatic circles of the invading countries want to create spurious channels of negotiation and fake faces (imposters) and then make them larger-than-life figures and channels through the media, it will be nothing more than a waste of time and duping their own people.
Since independence is the right of every one, so we urge the world, the international community, particularly, the Islamic countries and the Islamic conference to help us on the basis of their (moral) responsibility in ending the occupation of our Islamic country and obtaining its independence. Similarly, they should carry out their responsibility on the basis of human sympathy in releasing our prisoners who have been passing days and nights of miserableness in Guantanamo, Bagram, other prisons and in the prisons of the neighboring countries, particularly, the human rights organizations should feel their responsibility to find out about the human rights violations

الحمد لله رب العالمين رب المستضعفين وناصرهم وقاصم الجبارين وقاهرهم، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، ثم أما بعد=&0=&=&1=&=&2=&=&1=&   وهذه هي طبيعة هذا الدين { ولنبلونكم بشيء من الخوف والجوع ونقص من الأموال والأنفس والثمرات، وبشر الصابرين ، الذين إذا أصابتهم مصيبة قالوا إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، أولئك عليهم صلوات من ربهم ورحمة وأولئك هم المهتدون} [ البقرة].   فما نحن فيه من ابتلاء وتدافع مع أهل الباطل ومطادرة لأهل الحق في الشعاب وأسر للكثير من دعاتهم ومجاهديهم وحتى نسائهم وحصار لشيوخهم وذراريهم وتحريف أو تشويه لعقيدتهم ، كل هذا يُعتبر ظاهرة حسنة ودليل على صحة الطريق الذي نحن فيه، طريق الأنبياء والمرسلين ومن سار على هديهم يبتغون فضلاً من الله ورضواناً ويؤدون ثمناً باهظاً في دنيا الناس من عرقهم وأمنهم وذويهم ودمائهم، ولكنه بخس في أعينهم بسبب ما سينالونه عند ربهم جزاء هذه التضحيات.   نقف اليوم وفي كل عام مع عيد الأضحى المبارك وهو منسك عظيم يوافق يوم النحر ويوم الوقوف بعرفات بالنسبة للحجيج، وفي غير هذا المكان المقدس يقف المسلمون في ديارهم ليحتفلوا بهذا الحدث العظيم عن طريق التضحية في سبيل الله بالأنعام كرمز للتقرب إلى الله عز وجل بإسالة دماء هذه الأنعام بدلاً من إسالة دماء أبنائهم كما كان مقرراً مع أبينا إبراهيم الخليل مع ابنه إسماعيل عليهما الصلاة والسلام.   {فَلَمَّا أَسْلَما وَتَلَّهُ لِلْجَبِينِ (103) وَنادَيْناهُ أَنْ يا إِبْراهِيمُ (104) قَدْ صَدَّقْتَ الرُّؤْيا إِنَّا كَذلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ (105) إِنَّ هذا لَهُوَ الْبَلاءُ الْمُبِينُ (106) وَفَدَيْناهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظِيمٍ} [الصافات].   إن ديننا اليوم أحوج ما يكون إلى دماء طاهرة تسيل في سبيل الله لتعلي كلمة الحق عالية فوق كل الأديان الباطلة، وهو أحوج ما يكون إلى أبناء وهبوا أموالهم وأبناءهم قرباناً لله عز وجل لدفع الظلم الواقع على المستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان من هذه الأمة.   لا ينبغي أن نقف عند إسالة دماء هذه الأنعام والتمتع بلحومها والفرح والسرور وسط أهلينا وذوينا ناسين مآسي المسلمين من حولنا، لأنه {فلن ينال اللهَ لحومها ولا دماؤها ولكن يناله التقوى منكم} [الحج].   إن أمة التضحية والفداء مطالبة بالسير على خطى خليل الله إبراهيم ومن جاء من بعده من الأنبياء والمرسلين، فلا ينبغي أن تنسلخ من أخص خصائصها وهي النفقة في العسر واليسر { وأنفقوا في سبيل الله ولا تلقوا بأيديكم إلى التهلكة}، وليس هناك أعظم ولا أزكى ولا أطهر من دماء زكية تهرق في سبيل الله لإعلاء كلمة الله، لذلك نال الشهيد تلك الدرجة العالية عند الله، وكما قلت من قبل فإن الاستشهاد هو قمة وذروة الشهادة كما أن الجهاد هو ذروة سنام الإسلام.   ما أود التذكير به هو أن مناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك محطة لنا جميعاً لمراجعة أنفسنا وانتمائنا لهذا الدين، وهو بمثابة امتحان لكل واحد منا : هل هو قادر على التضحية بولده ثم بنفسه التي بين جنبيه لنصرة دين الله تعالى ؟ فالتضحية بالأنعام شيء يسير، وما هو إلا رمز لإعدادنا للتضحية بما هو أعظم وأغلى وأكبر، نفسك وولدك لتنال الدرجات العلا عند الله، ولينصر الله بنا دينه ويعلي رايته.   الحمد لله الذي ابتعث في هذه الأمة من يحيي هذه الذكرى ويجسد هذا العيد كل يوم في ساحات الوغى والتدافع مع أهل الباطل، فنرى فتية قد قاموا لربهم ووهبوا أنفسهم قرباناً لربهم لينالوا رضوانه وجنة عرضها السماوات والأرض، وينصروا الحق الذي آمنوا به بدمائهم وأرواحهم وليس فقط عبر القعود في بيوتهم وانتظار التمتع بلحوم وشحوم هذه الأنعام كما يفعل الكثيرون من أبناء هذه الأمة.   إن الله تعالى لابد ناصر دينه بأمثال هؤلاء، فالقلة المؤمنة الصابرة المضحية هي التي تصنع النصر وتقود الأمة من فتح إلى فتح ومن تمكين إلى تمكين، سنة الله ولن تجد لسنة الله تبديلاً.   وأود في ختام هذه الكلمة أن أوجه دعائي وسلامي لقادتنا العظام، هناك في ساحات الوغى حيث يصنعون النصر يوماً بعد يوم، وحيث يعطوننا دروساً في التضحية والفداء في كل لحظة وليس فقط في أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك.   أوجه سلامي ودعائي لهؤلاء العظماء، الأخفياء منهم والظاهرون، لأنهم هم الذين يستحقون الدعاء والعون والمدد والنصرة، لأنهم على ثغرعظيم، ولأنهم فقهوا معنى التضحية والفداء ، رمز هذا الدين وسره العظيم.   أقول لهم ولكل الشعوب المسلمة المرابطة ، تنتظر فرج الله ومدده ونصره، في بلاد الشام وفي بلاد خراسان، وفي بلاد القوقاز، وفي أرض الصومال ومنطقة القرن الإفريقي، وفي بلاد المغرب الإسلامي والساحل الإسلامي، وفي بلاد الرافدين، وفي جزيرة العرب، وفي أرض فلسطين الحبيبة عامة وقطاع غزة خاصة، ولأسرانا في سجون الظالمين من كفار ومرتدين، رجالاً ونساءاً، علماء وطلبة علم ومجاهدين، وفي بلاد تركستان المسلوبة، وفي بلدان جنوب شرقي آسيا، وللموحدين المطاردين والمحاصرين في بلاد الغرب الصليبي، وفي كل مكان من أرض الله الواسعة :   أثبتوا على ما أنتم عليه فإنكم والله على الحق، ونحن من ورائكم ننصركم ونذب عنكم ما استطعنا ونرد عادية المعتدين والمخذلين والمثبطين، ونقاتل إلى جانبكم بكل ما نملك لعل الله يرحمنا ويكتب لنا بعضاً من أجركم وإن أجركم عند الله عظيم.   تقبل الله قربانكم وتضحياتكم ودماءكم يا من رفع الله بكم دينه ونصره وأرهب بكم عدوه وقهره وحمى بكم أولياءه، وكل عام وأنتم مجاهدون صابرون محتسبون، مضحون بما تملكون ونحن بحول الله معكم ومنكم ووراءكم، نسالم من سالمتم ونعادي من عاديتم ونحارب من حاربتم.   ونتضرع إلى الله العلي القدير، الغفور الرحيم، الجواد الكريم، أن يتقبل شهداءنا جميعاً ويجعل دماءهم عربون صدق ووفاء لهم على إخلاصهم لربهم، وسقياً طيباً مباركاً لينتشر به هذا الدين ويتجذر في قلوب العباد قبل البلاد، ويعجل بالفرج والنصر والفتح المبين لمن حمل الراية من بعدهم، والحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات.   أعاد كتابته New statement from Anṣārullah: "Message to the Muslims on the Occasion of ‘Īd al 'Aḍḥā, 1432"

All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon all his family and companions. To proceed:
As Muslims throughout the world reenact the sacrifice of Ibrahim (AS), the blessed servant of Allah, both those who have been blessed with performing Hajj as well as others, images of the life of this great Prophet come to mind, that Prophet who Allah Most High described as being an “Ummah” in himself. The sacrifices of Ibrahim (AS) can be summarized in the saying of Allah, “Indeed my prayers, my rites, my life and my death are for Allah, the Lord of all that exists.”
The trials which Ibrahim (AS) bore patiently were what led to him receiving the title of “Al-Khaleel” and that of the “Father of the Prophets”; trials too surreal for us Muslims to even imagine. Rebelling and calling against the religion of his people and forefathers, openly declaring his disassociation and hatred of idolatry and its people, being physically tortured for his beliefs, and Hijrah from his land in order to practice and implement Tawheed, in addition to the various personal trials, one after another, through which Allah tested His beloved servant; all these are the core beliefs and sacrifices required by this blessed religion… aspects unthought of by most Muslims today.
As Muslims offer their sacrificial animals to Allah on this magnificent and global event of Eid, they bring to mind the unbelievable trial of Ibrahim (AS), being told to sacrifice his only son who, after many other trials, had become a young lad. It was this moment which was the epitome of servitude to Allah, both father and son submitting to a command which had come in the form of a dream. Indeed words cannot describe the feelings stirred up by these images…
As we Muslims offer these sacrificial animals, we need to reflect upon what sacrifices we are making in our own lives to Allah Most High. Are we fulfilling what is required from us by our religion? Have we rebelled against the status quo and called to truth, or do we still fear chastisement? Have we openly declared our disavowal of disbelief, of both the forces of kufr and apostasy, in our hearts and in our actions, or do we sweet-talk and maybe even show allegiance to it? Have we made Hijrah from those who have shown enmity to Islam and the Muslims, or do we dwell in their lands and enjoy this lowly life which they have made into a Paradise?
Are we exerting proper effort and time for the establishment of Tawheed, or do we take part in the rat race and give what is left over for Islam and its Cause? Are we ready to sacrifice even some worldly comforts, which is yet a far cry from giving one’s life for Allah?
As we sacrifice these animals for Allah in these blessed days, we must never forget those who offer the required sacrifices every day for Allah, placing their souls in the palms of their hands for Allah to take when He pleases. Indeed we salute those soldiers of Allah, the Ibrahims of our time, who have left their lands, the lands of apostasy and kufr, to make the word of Allah supreme, or those who have left such lands in their hearts, waging Jihad within them… those who have left their families, jobs, money, friends, homelands, security and comfort, and have traversed long distances, whether physically or mentally, exposing themselves to death and imprisonment, and have divorced this life thrice, offering their souls to Allah for Paradise. Indeed it is only they who have truly implemented the Millah of Ibraheem of Pure Tawheed, and purified their hearts and deeds from all blemishes of Shirk and Kufr.
We pray that Allah accepts the sacrifices of these pure monotheists, and of their leader and role model, he who has shown us the meaning of sacrifice in these dark times, the leader of martyrs and the Lion of Islam, Sheikh Usamah bin Muhammad bin Laden, may Allah raise him in the highest levels of Jannah. Indeed in his life and times is a lesson for all people, and a proof against the opposers and deserters.
We also ask Allah that He accepts the sacrifices of all Muslims, and that he guides us to offer as sacrifice all what is expected of as Muslims.
And our final prayer, is that all praise be to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.

New statement from Anṣār al-Islām: "Letter Issued By The Leadership To All Muslims On The Occasion Of ‘Īd al 'Aḍḥā"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, the Trustworthy and Truthful, and upon all his family, companions, soldiers and followers. To proceed:

Muslim Ummah!
Indeed the obligation of Jihad is the true Eid of the Ummah which has been lost, its lands fragmented and abandoned by its people. Only a few are left, defending it with their bare chests, selling their blood and souls to Allah for a great price that mentioned in the Quran:

{إِنَّ اللَّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُوا بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُمْ بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ}

Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success. (Al-Tawbah: 111)
Allahu Akbaru Kabeera (I greatly magnify the greatness of Allah), walhamduliallah katheeran (many praises are for Allah), wa subhanallahi buktratan wa aseela (and glory be to Allah all morning and evening).
Labaik Allahuma Labaik. Labaik la shareeka laka labaik. Innal-hamda, wan-nimata laka wal-mulk. Laa shareeka lak.
At your service, O Allah, at Your service. At Your service, You have no partner, at Your service. Indeed all praise, all blessings and all dominion is solely Yours. You have no partner.
We congratulate the Ummah of the Quran, the Ummah of obedience, and the Ummah of the sword on Eid-ul-Adha, the apparent symbol of Allah, the religion of Muhammad, the path of Ibrahim, and the guidance of the Prophets sallallahu alaihim wa sallam.
Muslims!
Indeed the monotheist religion brought by Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wa sallam is the complete structure for the religions and ways of the Prophets. Books of all times have firmly consolidated the Fiqh of Governance for the Muslims, and the milestones of change in the ruling governments. They based it upon established principles, from them the legitimate right of decision and its independence, the legitimacy of the employed methodology and its accordance with the way of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, and the correctness of the goal, the results and the end. It is from these principles which we must create a political vision for the generation of reform in the Muslim Ummah.
Mujahideen all over the Muslim world!
Indeed the Spring Reforms with which all Muslims identified was a reaction to a bitter and miserable reality they were living due to the Taghuti governments. But the global forces of kufr stepped in between them and their goal with the Bernard Lewis plot for a new division of the Muslim world. Our view regarding these events is that various opportunists and agents who seek to prepare the way for newborn governments of the global Zio-Christian Crusader imperialists took advantage of it. People who have failed Jihad and the Sharia from those who identify themselves with moderate Islam from the Ikhwan-ul-Muslimeen also stepped into the game, and the first victim of this conspiracy will be the Muslims, and the first aspect which will be sidelined is that of governance. The only losers are Ahl-us-Sunnah, and specifically the Mujahideen, then Islam as a whole, its methodology, its aspirations and its laws. The cost of Crusader support of newborn governments is the building of their permanent transatlantic interests and military bases in Muslim lands which safeguard the borders of its new division, working to solidify the uni-polarity of the Crusaders across the world.
Indeed these times and events is another page from the pages of the Will of Allah for this nation, and the prophetic guidance in the likes of these events is to place all of one’s trust in Allah, trust as defined by Jihad, which is to take all means possible and then to leave all matters to Allah Almighty.
From the most important religious means is to form military groups which will impose its presence in the arena at this stage. This imposition is an obligation. Indeed Allah has preserved the potential energy of Muslims for the likes of these times. The likes of these times and events bear one of the greatest opportunities to seize and fight for land which is slipping away. Gaining land area is one of the greatest of obligations, and defending it is even greater. However, wisdom must cloak this lofty palace, as working according to the best interest balanced between the religion and its implementation is one of the most apparent favors of Allah granted to the Muslims.
O sword-bearers in the Muslim lands! Do your best and utmost, and indeed Allah is with you. Allah has said:

فَلَا تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ

So be not weak and ask not for peace (from the enemies of Islam), while you are having the upper hand. Allah is with you, and will never decrease the reward of your good deeds. (Muhammad: 35)
O Allah! Send prayers upon Muhammad and his family, as You have sent prayers upon Ibrahim, indeed You are All-Praiseworthy, All-Majestic.
O Allah! Send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, as You have sent blessings upon Ibrahim, indeed You are All-Praiseworthy, All-Majestic.
