New fatwā from Dr. Hānī al-Sibā’ī: “Ruling on the Ṭālibān’s Support for the Iranian Rejectionists”

سأل سائل: ما حكم دعم إمارة أفغانستان لإيران الرافضية؟
أقول بإيجاز وبالله التوفيق:
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وبعد.
يجوز للمسلم أن يدعم كافراً ضد كافر، يجوز لمسلم التحالف مع كافر لقتال كافر حسب مصلحة المسلمين وبالضوابط الشرعية المسطورة في كتب الفقه.

ومن باب “هو الطهور ماؤه” أقول: أما استعانة مسلم بكافر على مسلم فإنه ناقض من نواقض الإيمان ومخرج من الملة. قال تعالى: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ) المائدة آية 51. وقوله تعالى: (وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا) النساء آية 141.

ومن ثم يحرم موالاة الكافر ونصرته ومظاهرته ودعمه والتحالف معه على مسلم؛ ولو كان ضد أهل البدع كالخوراج؛ حيث إن معهم أصل الإسلام ـ حسب رأي جمهور الفقهاء ـ وقد فصلت في ذلك في خطبة جمعة رقم 1224بعنوان حكم استعانة مسلم بمشرك على مسلم بتاريخ 21 نوفمبر 2025.

صفوة القول

إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية دولة سنية، وجمهورية إيران دولة شيعية جعفرية؛ فنظام ملالي قم نظام مشرك خارج عن الإسلام. أما أمريكا والكيان فهما عدوان كافران معلومان؛ ومن ثم فإنه يجوز لإمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية السنية أن تدعم بالمال وغيره إيران الرافضية في حربها ضد أمريكا والكيان أي نصرة مسلم لكافر على كافر.

فإمارة أفغانستان لا تدعم وتنصر إيران الرافضية على مسلمين سنة! حتى يزعم زاعم أن طالبان ارتكبت ناقضاً من نواقض الإيمان.

أقول: معاذ الله أن أزعم أن طالبان معصومة عن الخطأ! معاذ الله أن أزعم أن إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية مغفور لها تفعل ما تشاء!. أما عن رأيي الشخصي فلا أرى دعم إيران الرافضية فحربهم وأمريكا والكيان من باب شركاء اختلفوا فتعارضت مصالحهم حالياً. فخار يكسر بعضه بعضاً!.

مع التنبيه على أنني أدين قتل الأطفال والنساء والعجائز وكل الأبرياء في إيران وكل مكان.

على أية حال أقول: لإمارة أفغانستان أن تختار الرأي القائل بجواز دعم كافر على كافر حسب المصلحة التي يقدرها ولي الأمر طالما لا توجد مخالفة للشريعة.

وختاماً أقول: لمن يقارن بين إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية التي تحكم بالشريعة الإسلامية وحدها، وبين دولة سورية العلمانية برئاسة أحمد الشرع! شتان بين الفحمة والفرقد! شتان بين الثرى والثريا! إن مجرد تشبيه سورية الجولاني بطالبان العز! ظلم وانتقاص من طالبان وإمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية!.

ألم تر أن السيف ينقص قدره ** إذا قيل إن السيف أمضى من العصا

أما آن لأنصار الطاغوت الجولاني أن يكفوا عن شغبهم وتخرصهم على إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامبة؟! كل هذا الافتراء والتنشنيعات على طالبان لكي يبرروا موالاة ومناصرة ودعم أحمد الشرع رئيس سورية الحالي لأمريكا وحلفائها ضد مسلمين! فسورية الدولة رقم 90 المنضمة لحلف مكافحة الإرهاب (الإسلام)!! أين حمرة الخجل!
أما آن لكم تتوبوا عن تعاطيكم المنكر! أما آن لكم أن تكفوا عن الدفاع عن رئيسكم الذي اقترف الكفر البواح!!. نعوذ بالله من الحور بعد الكور.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding Tonight’s Retaliatory Operations”

In response to the Pakistani military regime’s brazen aggression against Afghan territory—which resulted in the martyrdom of innocent women and children, the Islamic Emirate launched decisive retaliatory strikes tonight.

At precisely 8:00 PM, our forces targeted Pakistani military posts along the Durand Line across eastern and southeastern provinces, including Paktika, Paktia, Khost, Nangarhar, Kunar, and Nuristan.

RESULTS OF OPERATION:

🔥 Enemy Losses:

· 55 Pakistani soldiers KILLED

· 2 military bases CAPTURED

· 19 military posts CAPTURED

· 4 additional posts ABANDONED—enemy fled in terror

🏆 Spoils of War:

· Dozens of light and heavy weapons seized

· Large cache of ammunition and military equipment captured

· 1 enemy tank DESTROYED

· 1 large military transport vehicle CAPTURED

⚰️ Enemy Bodies:

A number of Pakistani regime corpses have been recovered by Mujahideen and transferred to Afghanistan. Several enemy soldiers were captured alive. Many fled in humiliation.

🕊️ Our Sacrifice:

· 8 Mujahideen attained martyrdom

· 13 Mujahideen wounded

· 13 Afghan civilians—including women and children—injured in enemy missile attacks on a refugee camp in Nangarhar

All operational objectives were achieved with precision and courage. At midnight, on the direct order of the Chief of Staff of the Islamic Emirate, the operation concluded successfully.

The message is clear:

Any violation of Afghan soil will be met with fire, steel, and vengeance.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “On the 37th Anniversary of the Expulsion of Soviet Union’s Red Army from Afghanistan”

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan extends its heartfelt congratulations to the noble Muslim people of Afghanistan and to the Mujahideen on the occasion of the anniversary of the defeat and withdrawal of the Red Army of the former Soviet Union from Afghanistan. This historic day stands as a moment of pride and gratitude, and as a shining chapter in the contemporary history of our homeland.

By the infinite mercy and assistance of Allah Almighty, the Afghan Mujahideen—through steadfast jihad, immense sacrifices, migration, and enduring hardships—were granted the honor of overcoming a great power and compelling its forces to withdraw from our sacred land. This victory remains a testament to the unyielding faith, resilience, and determination of the Afghan Muslim nation.

The liberation of Afghanistan from occupation for the third time within the past century, by the will and help of Allah Almighty, clearly demonstrates the firm resolve of our Muslim people to safeguard their religion, protect their independence, and defend their territorial integrity. Throughout successive invasions over the last hundred years, history has shown that aggression against Afghanistan is met with steadfast resistance and ultimate failure.

Those who harbor ill intentions toward our freedom and sovereignty should take heed from the lessons of the past and refrain from any actions that threaten the independence and Islamic values of our country.

The Islamic Emirate calls upon its brave and faithful countrymen to remain vigilant against all forms of conspiracy and subversion. By preserving unity, strengthening Islamic brotherhood, and adhering firmly to the path of their righteous predecessors, they shall continue to safeguard their religion, beliefs, and independence.

May peace and the mercy of Allah be upon the Afghan nation.

Here it is in full: “It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from God; but [the decree of] God came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.”

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Reaction to the Pakistani Army Spokesperson’s Remarks”

The recent statements made by the Pakistani Army Spokesperson during a press conference concerning Afghanistan’s governmental and social structure are entirely detached from reality and are inconsistent with the responsibilities of a professional military position.

The Islamic Emirate firmly condemns these irresponsible and provocative remarks and urges the relevant Pakistani institutions to refrain from unfounded propaganda about Afghanistan. Instead, they should focus on addressing their own internal challenges.

Afghanistan is an independent and stable country with a strong security system and decisive leadership that exercises full sovereignty over all its territory. We emphasize that any statements or threatening language interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs are completely unacceptable to the Afghan nation.

The Islamic Emirate calls upon the relevant Pakistani institutions to adopt a responsible approach and issue measured statements, taking into account the sensitivity and importance of relations between the two countries.
