New release from al-Qā’idah’s General Command: “Gains of 9/11: ‘The Day of Criterion – the Day When the Two armies Met’: Between the First Criterion on the Day of ‘Badr’ and the Criterion of the Age on the Day of September”

Part of the title of this release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 8:41. Here it is in full: “And know that anything you obtain of war booty – then indeed, for God is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in God and in that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of criterion – the day when the two armies met. And God, over all things, is competent.”
