بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
The Almighty says: (And there is life for you in retaliation, O men of understanding, that ye may ward off evil) 179 Surah Al-Baqara, in compliance with the order of the Lord Almighty and implement its Sharia on His land, when He said: (But no! by your Lord! they do not believe (in reality) until they make you a judge of that which has become a matter of disagreement among them, and then do not find any straitness in their hearts as to what you have decided and submit with entire submission) 65 Surah An-Nisa, and because Muslims are guardians of each other, and they in their love, mutual kindness, and close ties, are like one body; the mujahidin consider themselves demanded by the Sharia to retaliate for their brothers the Da’is from Jamaat Al-Dawah wa Al-Tablig, who were heading to Bamako to a attend one of their meetings, and they weren’t accused or suspected of anything, but rather were unarmed Muslims, the soldiers of the Malian army executed and killed them in cold blood, and without any legitimate justification, and therefore the mujahidin demand the Malian government to handover these murderers immediately to the Islamic Sharia court, to have the Haad implemented on them as Allah have ordered, and we consider this a warning that we send to the Malian state and its army, and in case the murderers didn’t appear before the Islamic Sharia court the mujahidin will take the procedure that they see appropriate. Forewarned is forearmed, and decision of the matter, before and after (these events) is only with Allah.

قال تعالي “ولكم في القصاص حياة يا أولي الألباب”، امتثالا لأمر المولى عز وجل وتطبيقا لشرعه على أرضه، حيث قال “فلا وربك لا يؤمنون حتى يحكموك فيما شجر بينهم ثم لا يجدوا في أنفسهم حرجا مما قضيت ويسلموا تسليما”، ولأن المسلمين بعضهم أولياء بعض، ومثلهم في توادهم وتراحمهم كمثل الجسد الواحد، فإن المجاهدين يعتبرون أنفسهم مطالبين شرعا بالقصاص لإخوانهم الدعاة في جماعة الدعوة والتبليغ، الذين كانوا متوجهين إلى باماكو لحضور اجتماع لهم، ولم يكن لهم أي تهمة أو شبهة، بل كانوا عزلا مسالمين، فقام جنود الجيش المالي بإعدامهم وقتلهم بدم بارد، وبدون أي تبرير شرعي، وعليه فإن المجاهدين يطالبون الحكومة المالية بتسليم هؤلاء القتلة فورا إلى القضاء الإسلامي الشرعي، وإقامة الحد عليهم كما أمر الله تعالي، ونعتبر هذا تحذيرا نوجهه إلى الدولة المالية وجيشها، وفي حالة عدم مثول القتلة أمام القضاء الإسلامي الشرعي فسيتخذ المجاهدون الإجراء الذي يرونه مناسبا. وقد أعذر من أنذر، ولله الأمر من قبل ومن بعد”.
