بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه وبعد
Muslims everywhere, leaderships of the Jihadi movements and leaderships of the armed factions, people of Al-Sham, sons of Jabhat (Front) Al-Nusra, As-salam Alaykum wa Rahmatu l-lāhi wa Barakātuh.
The Truth Almighty: (Alif Lam Mim -1- Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, We believe, and not be tried? -2- And certainly We tried those before them, so Allah will certainly know those who are true and He will certainly know the liars -3-) Surah Al-Ankaboot.
There has been a talk about a speech attributed to sheikh Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi may Allah preserve him and it has been mentioned in the speech attributed to the sheikh that the Front subordination to the Islamic State of Iraq then he declared abolishing the name of the State of Iraq and Jabhat Al-Nusra and replacing them with one name the Islamic State in Iraq and Al-Sham.
We inform you that the leadership of the Front and its Majlis Al-Shura and the humble slave the general commander of Jabhat Al-Nusra have no knowledge of this deceleration except what they heard from the media.
So if the attributed speech was accurate we weren’t consulted or ordered to do so, and I say seeking aid from Allah:
After some of the papers were uncovered that we accompanied the jihad in Iraq since it began until our return after the Syrian revolution with what occurred to us from predestined abruption but we are familiar with the details of most of the momentous events that occurred to the journey of jihad in Iraq and concluded from our experience there what pleases the hearts of the believers on the land of Al-Sham under the banner of Jabhat Al-Nusra.
And Allah Almighty knows that we only saw from our brothers in Iraq the great goodness of generosity and harbor and their virtues cannot be counted and it is a debt that cannot leave our necks as long as we live.
And I never wished to leave Iraq before seeing the banners of Islam raised high on Mesopotamia but the rapidity of the events in Al-Sham prevented us from that.
And I was honored to accompany many of the righteous people in Iraq whom we reckon him to be so, and many of them have left us that no one of them is mentioned before me without me saying “may Allah accept him”, as well as tens and even hundreds of Muhajirin who perished from the people of Al-Sham and others as sacrifice to declare the Word of Allah under the banner of State of Iraq.
Then Allah Almighty honored me of knowing sheikh Al-Baghdadi that honorable sheikh who gave the people of Al-Sham their right and paid the debt doubly and agreed to the project which we proposed to him to support our oppressed people on the land of Al-Sham then he aided us have the money of the State despite of the hard days that they were passing through then he kept all his trust in this poor slave and authorized him to set the policy and plan and aided us with some brothers despite of their scarcity but Allah Almighty blessed them and their gathering and the Front began to engage the hardships step by step until Allah graced us and banner of the Front was raised high and the hearts of the Muslims and oppressed flapped with it and it became the hard number that counterpoise the battle of the Ummah today on this land, and the focus of the hopes of the Muslims of the whole world.
We have from the beginning that we aspire to return the governance of Allah on His land then reviving the Ummah to implement His Sharia and spread His methodology and we didn’t want to be hasten in declaring a matter that we were patient regarding it, since the functions of the state from implementing the Sharia and ending rivalries and conflicts and seeking to establish security among Muslims and securing their requirements is being done in the liberated areas despite of the delinquency.
Since the issue of the declaration wasn’t of concern in the presence of the essence the State of Islam in the land of Al-Sham is built by the arms of all without exclusion of any major party who participated with us in jihad and fighting in Al-Sham from the mujahid factions and the respected sheikhs of Ahli Sunnah and our brothers Muhajirin as well as not excluding the leadership of Jabhat Al-Nusra and its Shrua council.
Also the issue of postponing the declaration of the correlation wasn’t because of a softness in religion or inanition that occurred to the men of the Front rather it is an enlightened wisdom based Sharia principles and a long history and spending an effort in understanding the Sharia policy that is appropriate for Al-Sham reality which the people of Ahl Al-Hal wa Al-Aqad have agreed upon in Bilad Al-Sham from the leadership of the Front and their students of knowledge then who supports us from the honorable sheikhs and people of opinion and consultancy abroad.
And I’m responding the appeal of Al-Baghdadi may Allah preserve him of upgrading from lowest to highest and say that this is a Baya’a from the sons of Jabhat Al-Nusra and its general commander we renew it to the sheikh of jihad sheikh Aymen Al-Zawahiri may Allah preserve him. We give Baya’a to listen and obey in what is liked and in what is disliked, and to Hijrah and jihad, and not to fight against the people of authority except upon the appearance of Kufr upon which I have Burhaan.
And the banner of the Front will remain as it is without any change despite our appreciation for the banner of the State and who carries it and who sacrificed his blood from out brothers under its banner.
And we reassure our people in Al-Sham that what you saw from the Front from defending your religion, honors and blood and its good character with you and the fighting groups will remain as you knew it and the declaration of the Baya’a won’t change anything in its policy.
O’ Allah unite our word and guidance… Amin, Amin, wa Alhamdulillahi Rabbi AlAAalameen.

Early Tuesday morning, Sheikh Abu Bakr al-Husseini al-Qurashi al-Baghdadi — the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq, an al-Qaeda branch — released an audio message announcing the extension of its “Islamic State” into al-Sham (the Levant), effectively bringing Syrian jihadist rebel group Jabhat al-Nusra (JN) into the fold. This comes on the heels of “al-Qaeda Central” leader Ayman al-Zawahiri releasing a video message two days ago calling for unification of the jihad in Syria. This is no coincidence — rather, it highlights the continued relevance of al-Qaeda’s central command. Although Baghdadi’s announcement confirms what many already surmised and what the United States noted in its December designation of JN as a terrorist group, his words offer several important takeaways.
Baghdadi’s audio message explains that al-Qaeda did not announce the connection to JN previously for two reasons: security concerns, and a desire for Syrians to get to know JN on their own terms and not be clouded by media “misrepresentations” ahead of time due to the stigma of association with al-Qaeda. This is in line with an overarching tactic al-Qaeda has used in various locales in the post-Arab uprising environment. In Yemen, for example, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula’s late sharia official Abu Zubayr Adil bin Abdullah al-Abab explained in April 2011 why the group was rebranding itself as “Ansar al-Sharia in Yemen”: “[It] is what we use to introduce ourselves in areas where we work to tell people about our work and goals.” Similarly, Tunisia and Libya have witnessed the establishment of Ansar al-Sharia groups that act locally but, at least at the leadership level, believe in al-Qaeda’s global ideology.
More important, Baghdadi’s message illustrates that al-Qaeda Central in Pakistan is still relevant to the global jihad that it originally called for in 1998. Although JN was not officially announced until late January 2012, evidence suggests that it was originally established in summer 2011. Abu Lokman, a senior JN commander in Aleppo, explained to the BBC in January 2013 that he originally joined the group in its infancy six months prior to its first public video release. This would place JN’s founding at the end of July 2011 — a timeframe corroborated in interviews with other JN fighters who have spoken with Western and Arab media outlets.
Abu Lokman’s date also coincides with Zawahiri’s first video related to the Syrian uprising, released on July 27, 2011. In it, he supported the “Muslims in Bilad al-Sham, the land of ribat, jihad, glory, Arabism, and nobility.” In the context of his latest announcement on Syria, this suggests that al-Qaeda Central had knowledge of — and perhaps even ordered — JN’s establishment two years ago.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… أما بعد:
The minister of justice of the Safavid government came out with his gloomy face threatening on the TV screens, when his false mask and he appeared in his ugly reality lost nerves and tense, after the painful blow that he received when the Muwahidin entered his ministry and destroyed the den of evil which he administered on top of his criminal gang, he didn’t appear this time – as he used to do – to defend his ministry against the accusations and the crimes that it is committing in the prisons that were leaked to the media and its smell became so rotten, but rather he appeared to confirm that he sought and is seeking by every mean to speed up the executions and conduct massacres for the Ahli Sunnah detainees.
So we say to this Safavid criminal and those who are behind him: The mujahidin are the best people to know the methods of Allah regarding you and the effective cure for your tyranny you impure, and you have strained yourself by challenging them, and this is the first dose from the response have reached you quickly after the mobilization in Baghdad and other, and let your followers and donkeys the Rafidah that they will pay the cost of your actions and statements in seas from their filthy blood, and what reached you on Tuesday is the beginning of the rain, and it is the first stage that Allah willing there will be what follows it to revenge the Muwahidin whom you executed, so cease and refrain or await shortly for what you hate, and what will make forget the calamities of the past days (So wait; we too will wait with you) 52 Surah At-Taubah.

أطلّ علينا وزير عدل الحكومة الصفوية بوجهه الكالح مهدداً على شاشات التلفزة، وقد سقط قناعه الزائف وظهر فاقداً أعصابه موتوراً على حقيقته القبيحة، بعد الضربة الموجعة التي تلقّاها حينما جاس الموحدون وزارته ودمّروا وكر الشرّ الذي كان يديره على رؤوس عصبته المجرمة، ولم يظهر هذه المرة – كما هي عادته – ليدفع التهم عن وزارته وما تقترفه من الجرائم في السجون التي تسربت أخبارها لوسائل الإعلام وأزكمت رائحتها الأنوف، وإنما ظهر ليؤكّد أنه هو الذي سعى وسيسعى بكلّ السبّل لتسريع الإعدامات وإقامة المذابح لمعتقلي أهل السنّة..

فنقول لهذا الصفويّ المجرم ومن خلفه: إنّ المجاهدين أعرف النّاس بسنن الله فيكم والعلاج الناجع لطغيانكم أيها الأنجاس، وقد ارتقيت مرتقاً صعباً بتحدّيك لهم، وها هي الجرعة الأولى من الردّ تصلكم سريعاً بعد استنفارهم في بغداد وغيرها، وليعلم أتباعكم وحميركم الرافضة أنّهم سيدفعون ثمن أفعالكم وتصريحاتكم بحوراً من دمائهم النجسة، وأنّ ما وصلكم يوم الثلاثاء هو أول الغيث، ومرحلة أولى لها بإذن الله ما بعدها ثأراً لمن أعدمتموهم من الموحّدين، فكفّوا وارتدعوا وإلا فترقبوا قريباً ما يسوؤكم، ويُنسيكم مصائب الأيام الماضية {فَتَرَبَّصُواْ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّتَرَبِّصُونَ}.

New statement from the Islamic State of Iraq: "On the Operation Against the Ministry of 'Justice' of the Safavids in Revenge for the People of the Sunnah"

يقول تعالى: {فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا وَكَانَ حَقّاً عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ}[الروم: من الآية47].
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.. وبعد:

ففي غزوة مباركةٍ ضمن سلسلة العمليات النوعيّة ثأراً لحرائر أهل السنّة في سجون المرتدّين، وبعد التّوكّل على الله والأخذ بالأسباب المتيسّرة، مكّن الله فوارسَ بغداد من دكِّ معقلٍ خبيثٍ آخر من معاقل الشرّ التي لطالما كانت أداةً في حرب أهل السنّة وإرهابهم وتعذيبهم وسجنهم وإعدامهم، والتمكين للمشروع الصفوي من رقاب أهل السنّة وأعراضهم وأموالهم باسم القانون الوضعيّ العفن.
حيث انطلقت مفرزة استشهادية لفتية مؤمنين نذروا أنفسهم لنُصرة دينهم والثأر للمستضعفين، مستهدفين المقرّ الجديد لوزارة عدل الحكومة الصفويّة، في مدخل المنطقة الخضراء من جهة (الصالحيّة)، وهو المقّر الجديد الذي لجأت إليه الحكومة الفاشلة بعد أن دُمِّر المقر الأول في موجةٍ سابقة من غزوات الأسير المباركة، وظنّ سفهاء المنطقة الخضراء أنها صارت في مأمنٍ من ضربات المجاهدين، فجاءهم أولياء الله نهاراً من حيث لم يحتسبوا.

وبدأت العمليّة باقتحام المدخل الرئيسي للوزارة بسيارة مفخخة يقودها بطلٌ من أبطال أهل السنّة مكّن الله له اختراق الحواجز الأمنيّة الكثيفة، من نقاط التفتيش وأجهزة المراقبة والجدران الإسمنتية التي أحاطوا بها المقرّ، وتمكن بفضل الله من الوصول للهدف حيث أدّت قوة التفجير لتدمير المدخل بالكامل وهلاك كلّ عناصر الحماية المسؤولة عن البوابة الرئيسية، ووسط الذّهول الذي أصاب المرتدّين والذّعر الذي قطّع قلوبهم، اقتحم ثلاثةٌ من الاستشهاديّين ملتحفين أحزمتهم النّاسفة مجمّع الوزارة من البوابة الثانية بعد أن ركنوا سيارتهم المفخخة فيها حاملين البنادق الآلية والرمّانات اليدويّة والمسدسات الكاتمة، فقاموا بتصفية من صادفهم من القوات الأمنيّة، وفجّر أحدهم حزامه في تجمّعهم الرئيسي ليفتح الطّريق لأخويه الذين اقتحما مركز الوزارة، بالتزامن مع انفجار السيارة الثانية التي أهلكت من تبقّى حياً من الأنجاس.

ووسط الفوضى التي عمّت المكان انهارت المنظومة الأمنيّة للوزارة بالكامل، وصار الهروب من البناية أو الحصول على ملجأ من بطش المجاهدين أمنيةً للمرتدّين، وبدأت عملية تمشيط وتنظيف الطابق الأول ثمّ الثاني ثمّ الثالث حيث مركز القضايا الخاصة بمكافحة “الإرهاب”، وتم خلال ذلك تصفية عتاة المجرمين وخاصّة من المحققين العدليّين والقضاة الذين أوغلوا في دماء المسلمين، وتدمير أرشيف الوثائق الحساسة بالكامل، وبفضل الله جرت الأمور على ما خُطط لها، وتمّ حرق الطوابق بعد تنظيفه من الأنجاس تماماً.
وجاءت المرحلة الأخيرة في التصدّي للقوات الأمنيّة القادمة من المنطقة الخضراء، والتي فشلت تماماً في اقتحام المبنى بسبب المقاومة الشرسة للأخوين الذين حصدا مزيداً من الرؤوس العفنة، قبل أن تنفد ذخيرتهما ويكمنا لهذه القوات ويفجرا حزاميهما على طلائع المرتدّين ممن حاول اقتحام البناية بعد أن ظنّوا خلوّها من المجاهدين.

وكانت الحصيلة ثقيلة على المرتدّين حيث قتل ما لا يقل عن ستين شخصاً من عناصر الأمن والمحققين والقضاة وغيرهم من المجرمين، وإصابة العشرات غيرهم بجروح متفاوتة، وقد حاول إعلام الحكومة الصفوية التعتيم على هذه الخسائر ونتحداهم أن يُعلنوا أسماء القتلى ووضائفهم الحقيقية أو يسمحوا لوسائل الإعلام بزيارة المقرّ المدمّر.

فالحمد لله على منّه وتسديده، ونسأله أن يتقبّل المُنفذّين في الشّهداء وأن يغدق عليهم نِعَمه ويحشرهم في زمرة المرضيّ عنهم يوم يقوم الأشهاد.

Earlier this morning, the Islamic State of Iraq, the front name for al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), claimed responsibility for a March 4th attack that killed 48 Syrian soldiers and nine Iraqi guards. This was the first confirmed case of AQI announcing its involvement in what is now the greater Syrian conflict. As Syrian jihadist groups like Jabhat al-Nusra (JN), which according to the US government was originally established by AQI, continue to consolidate their hold onborder posts and regions along the Syrian-Iraqi border, it is likely that more cross-border incidents could occur. This attack also highlights the potential for a more permissive jihadist corridor of open coordination between western Iraq and eastern Syria, the zones where jihadists are strongest in each country.
It is unsurprising that the Syrian-Iraqi border would start to heat up. There is a history going back to the US-led Iraq war last decade that connected eastern Syria to the jihadist front in western Iraq. At the time, the Assad regime turned a blind eye to the staging ground that AQI used in eastern Syria for facilitating training, weapons and fighter trafficking, and document forgery. In other words, eastern Syria was a key hub for the lifeline of AQI’s efforts. Not until 2007 did the Assad regime start cracking down on these networks.
This is also one of the reasons for the rapid rise of JN last year. Unlike other groups, they were not completely starting from scratch. Many of the Syrians that lead JN previously fought with AQI during the height of the jihadist insurgency last decade. Further, according to the US Treasury Department’s designation of JN, in the fall of 2011, AQI sent two senior leaders Maysar Ali Musa Abdallah al-Juburi and Anas Hasan Khattab to help establish and prepare the groundwork for the creation of JN in January 2012. Therefore, while JN is majority Syrian, there are past and present links between it and AQI.

=&0=& الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… أما بعد: ففي عمليّة نوعيّة يسّر الله لها أسباب التوفيق، تمكّنت المفارز العسكرية في صحراء ولاية الأنبار من تدمير وإبادة رتلٍ كامل للجيش الصفوي مع عجلات النقل المرافقة المكلّفة بتهريب عناصر الجيش النّصيري و”شبيحة” النظام السوري.. وبدأ الإعداد لهذه الغزوة بعد العمليات المباركة التي قام بها إخواننا في الشّام لتطهير الأرض من رجس النّصيريّين الأنجاس، وبعد تحرير منفذ “اليعربيّة” الذي دفع العشرات من جنود وشبّيحة النظام السوري إلى الهروب باتجاه الجيش الصفوي لحكومة بغداد، والذي حاول بكلّ الطرق التعتيم على الأعداد الكبيرة للمجرمين الفارّين في حركة غبيّة للتغطية على حقيقة التعاون الوثيق بين النظامين الصفوي والنّصيري لذبح أهلنا في الشّام، فنقلهم إلى معسكرات داخل ولاية نينوى ثمّ أعلن في الإعلام أنه استقبل عدداً محدوداً من الجرحى وهم يُعالَجون في المستشفيات. ولكن الجهد الأمني لولايتي نينوى والأنبار تمكّن من رصد حركة هؤلاء وتتبّع عمليّة التجميع والنقل السريّة من النقاط الحدودية إلى المعسكرات ومن ثمّ تأكد أنهم يسعون لترحيل الفارّين وإعادتهم إلى سوريا عن طريق ولاية الأنبار عبر منفذ “الوليد” أو إحدى المنافذ غير الرسمية القريبة منه، فقام أسود الصحراء ورجال المهمات الصعبة بنشر الكمائن على الطريق المؤدي لتلك المنافذ، وكان منها كمين في منطقة “مناجم عكاشات” في صحراء منطقة “الرطبة” غربي ولاية الأنبار، والذي صار بفضل الله مقبرةً اختلطت فيها دماء الأنجاس من الرافضة والنصيريّين. وبدأت العملية بتفجير سلسلة عبوات ناسفة على العجلات المكلفة بحماية الحافلات التي تقلّ عناصر جيش وشبيحة النظام السوري في مقدمة ونهاية الرتل، والذي أعقبه الهجوم بالأسلحة الخفيفة والمتوسطة والقذائف الصاروخية من محورين، فأدخل الله الرعب في قلوبهم وخارت قواهم عن أن يقاوموا، ولم تمض أكثر من نصف ساعة حتى أبيد الرتل بكامله عن بكرة أبيه وفيه ما يزيد على المائة عنصر، لم يخرج منهم أحدٌ حياً بفضل الله، إلا من كتب الله له الحياة معذباً فظلّ في أنفاسه الأخيرة ثمّ هلك بعد ذلك في المستشفيات. انسحب بعدها الإخوة سالمين تحفّهم رعاية الرحمن وانتشروا في المناطق المحيطة بالموقع تحسباً لردّ فعل القوات الحكوميّة، وفعلاً تعجّل الأغبياء المواجهة وأرسلوا قواتهم التي تغلغلت في الصحراء وصارت أهدافاً سهلة للمجاهدين، وتبعثرت القوة المهاجمة في مختلف الاتجاهات لا تلوي على شيء قبل أن تنسحب من المنطقة بعد أن تكبدّت خسائر فادحة.. ثمّ جاءت قوة أخرى مدعومة بالطائرات المروحيّة في استعراض للقوة حفظاً لماء الوجه بعد النكسة الكبيرة التي حصلت لهم، فاشتبك المجاهدون مع القوة الجديدة وأجبروا الطائرات على الهروب خارج مرمى النيران بعد إصابة إحداها، وتكررت الصورة من جديد، فتشتّت الرتل المهاجم ووقع في كمائن المجاهدين المتحركة وصار صيداً بارداً وفريسة سهلة لأسود الصحراء، وأضحى الفرار والهروب من أرض المعركة الهدف الرئيسي للقوة المهاجمة ولله الحمد والمنّة والفضل. هذا ولا زالت الحكومة الصفوية تبحث عن أي نصرٍ سريع يغطي هزيمتها والخسائر الفادحة التي تكبدتها نُخبة قواتها، ولا زالت المنطقة تشهد معارك كرّ وفرّ بين الطرفين، فنسأل الله العظيم ربّ العرش الكريم أن يحفظ إخواننا ويمكّن لهم ويثبّت أقدامهم ويُسدّد رميهم وينصر بهم أولياءه ويُهلك بهم أعداءه، إنه وليّ ذلك والقادر عليه. والله أكبر {وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لا يَعْلَمُونَ} وزارة الإعلام / دولة العراق الإسلامية الخميس 25/ ربيع الآخر/ 1434 للهجرة 7/ آذار / 2013 المصدر : ( مركز الفجر للإعلام )

الإعلان عن نشر مؤسسة الإعتصام – التابعة لدولة العراق الإسلامية – إصدارتها عبر الجبهة الإعلامية الإسلامية العالمية

الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… أما بعد:

نبشر الأمة المسلمة أن اصدارات مؤسسة الإعتصام سيتم نشرها عبر الجبهة الإعلامية الإسلامية العالمية، ومؤسسة الإعتصام احدى مؤسسات وزارة الإعلام بدولة العراق الإسلامية، وهي المسؤولة عن إصدارات النشر الداخلي في ولايات الدولة الإسلامية. وقد حصلت الجبهة الإعلامية الإسلامية العالمية على حقوق بث منشورات المؤسسة رقميا على شبكة الإنترنت.

مع التنبيه أنه:

لا توجد أي جهة مسؤولة عن نشر إصدارات الدولة الإسلامية سوى منشورات الفرقان التي تُنشر حصراً من قبل مركز الفجر للإعلام، وما تنشره الجبهة الإعلامية الإسلامية العالمية من إصدارات مؤسسة الإعتصام.
