بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 
طلبت من الأستاذ نزار غراب المحامي عن طريق شخص أخر بالرد على الحملة الإعلامية التي تستهدفني وتستهدف تشويه الحركة الإسلامية عامة .
و أرسلت له أفكارا للبيان و نظرا لكبر حجم البيان فقد قام الشخص الوسيط بتفويض الأستاذ نزار غراب بإعادة صياغة البيان ؛ وقام بذلك بالفعل
و لكن وجدت بعض الكلمات الغير مناسبة و التى ما كان ينبغي أن توجد ـ و نحن لا نظن به إلا إرادة الخير ـ ولكنه جانبه الصواب فيها مثل إحترام سبادة القانون أو الدستور
و لا يظن بأي شخص مسلم يطالب بتطبيق شرع الله أن يحترم القانون أو الدستور أو يجعل له سيادة وإلا لما طالب بتغييره
و أنا لا أقبل التحاكم لغير ما أنزل الله بيان من المهندس محمد الظواهري عن مانشره موقع العربية أتصل بي مندوب موقع العربية لعمل حديث معه فرفضت ثم استرسل معي بصفة شخصية ثم عكس بعض ما قلته تماما و نشره كعناوين للمقال رغم أنه يخالف مخالفة تامة ما ذكرته له بصفة شخصية و شوه البعض فلذا لزم التنويه و معلوم أن موقفي هو رفض الدخول في العملية الديمقراطية أو المساهمة فيها بأي وجه كما هو ثابت في جميع كلامي و ما هو مدون في كتيب سؤال و جواب في حكم دخول الأحزاب و الترشح لرئاسة الجمهورية و كما هو ثابت من مواقفنا العملية كتيار إسلامي يطلق عليه البعض السلفية الجهادية فلزم التنبيه للحذر من هذه الحملة المنظمة للتشويه
