New release from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “Remarks Regarding Declaration Of War By Ashraf Ghani”

The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns attacks by Daesh militias that targeted civilians in Dashti Barchi area of Kabul city and Khewa district of Nangarhar province.

But we must remember that it is due to the decisive operations of the Islamic Emirate that there remains no known Daesh strongholds in any part of Afghanistan. Such attacks are jointly planned and executed from guesthouses in Kabul and other cities by Daesh members and the Kabul administration intelligence in order to batter the nation, provide a space for the implementation of failed policies and to take anti-Islam and anti-peace steps.

From the day the agreement was signed between the Islamic Emirate and the United States and endorsed by national and international parties, the Ashraf Ghani administration has been trying to create hurdles for the peace process.

From deliberately delaying the prisoner release process which was both an important step for agreement implementation and launch of intra-Afghan negotiations and could have safeguarded the lives of thousands of prisoners from the current threat of coronavirus, to the current declaration of offensive operations against the Islamic Emirate — all clearly show that Ashraf Ghani is seeking to extend his rule in the shadow of war.

The military formations of the Islamic Emirate are fully prepared to counter all enemy movements and offensives and to robustly defend its people and battlefronts.

The reason for even the current clashes which have taken place in some areas is due to the Kabul administration troops trying to take new areas or constructing new check posts and outposts.

From now onwards the responsibility of further escalation of violence and its ramifications shall fall squarely on the shoulders of the Kabul administration as the Islamic Emirate, all praise belong to Allah, possesses both the capacity and preparedness for all situations.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Historic Days of 7th and 8th Sawr”

On the 7th Sawr 1357 Hijri Solar, a few foreign agents and indoctrinated communists tried to hand over Afghanistan to the former Soviet Union and turn our compatriots away from their upright beliefs.

Our unarmed nation valiantly confronted them, suffered wounds, braved prisons and torture, endured displacement and adversity but finally drowned the malicious goals and ambitions of the Soviet Union and their supporters and even managed to rescued the entire planet from their corruption.

Today’s American occupation is the exact copy of the coup and subsequent Soviet invasion as the valiant and Mujahid Afghan nation under the leadership of the Islamic Emirate has waged Jihad for nineteen years, suffered wounds, martyrdom and imprisonment yet they have not abandon their homeland to the invaders by enduring great hardships in defense of their pure Islamic ideology and homeland and finally forcing America to relinquish its pursuit of malicious objectives in Afghanistan just like the Soviets.

Similarly, the 8th of Sawr 1371 is also a historical day for Afghanistan as Jihad against communism succeeded and victory was achieved due to the sacrifices presented by the Muslim Afghan nation.

The myriad of hardships and unparalleled sacrifices shouldered by the gallant Afghan nation in defense of their religion and homeland against the Soviet Union should not have been squandered as happened nor should their lofty aspirations have been sacrificed for tragic factional feuds and lust for power.

Today the Afghan Mujahid nation is again on the threshold of reclaiming their sovereignty and freedom due to the blessing of unprecedented sacrifices hence the consolidation of these aspirations needs great care, thought and resolute determination.

The agreement signed with America for the resolution of the Afghan issue is a great opportunity that must be implemented. The American side and the Kabul administration must refrain from creating hurdles for the implementation of this agreement and all involved sides must remain alert so that the noble aspirations of the Afghan nation are not squandered has happened after the 8th of Sawr.

The Islamic Emirate – just as it feels pride and congratulates its believing nation on attaining freedom from the Soviet Union and the success of Jihad in the path of establishing an Islamic system – also considers today’s Jihad that is on the threshold of success a proud moment for the noble Afghan nation and remains committed to securing the great and pure aspirations of all the disabled, widows, orphans and martyrs for all previous struggles in the path of sovereignty and Islamic governance.

The Islamic Emirate will not allow anyone to endanger or threaten the fruits of our current Jihad as happened following the victory of 8th Sawr.

New release from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “Remarks Concerning the Negotiation Team Announced in Kabul”

All our compatriots and the world is aware that the Islamic Emirate has repeatedly shown its willingness to hold intra-Afghan negotiations with all influential Afghan sides in line with the agreement however the other sides have so far failed in putting together an effective, pro-peace and inclusive team.

Now as the Kabul administration has announced a team, we would like to make the following points:

1 – The policy of the Islamic Emirate from the very beginning has been that the Kabul administration may participate in intra-Afghan negotiations as a part of other Afghan sides.

But as the team is announced by the Kabul administration it thus violates our principled policy and the agreement concluded with America.

2 – In order to reach true and lasting peace, the aforementioned team must be agreed upon by all effective Afghan sides so that it can represent all sides however majority of other sides have rejected the current announced team.

Considering the mentioned points, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan would once again like to clarify its stance that impediments must not be created for intra-Afghan negotiations nor must a single group try to monopolize the issue of an entire country.

We shall only sit for talks with a negotiation team that conforms with our agreements and is constituted in accordance with the laid out principles, Allah willing.
