In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
The CIA is making secret payments to top-level officials of Karzai administration despite the fact that the agency knew in  advance that its backing will amplify corruption, but it still paid corrupt officials, so that it can maintain source of information within Karzai government, because Karzai is not aware of the moves made by members of his own government, according a report issued in Washington post last Friday.
Among those on CIA payroll, Muhammad Zia Salehi’s involvement is much prominent, who had been captured on corruption charges, but was released by Karzai. Although Karzai denied the allegations that the top-level officials of his administration are on CIA payroll.
New York Times, quoted the dismissed deputy attorney general Fazel Ahmed Faqiryar as saying, I was forced into early retirement after aggressively promoting corruption investigation against the top-level officials. New York Times and Washington post cited another prominent official who has knowledge of what is going on in the palace, informed that Karzai operates a 10 to 5 million dollars money fund, which flows from Iran and other foreign intelligence services, to rewards the political allies in his administration.
Broadly speaking, Karzai, under the foreigners control, is heading a puppet multi-dimensional administration, whose members are morally, politically and financially corrupt.
Many comments had been made in the month of August, which have expressed the outrage of the masses as they have witnessed during the holy month of Ramadan the non-Islamic behavior of the corrupt top-level officials, one of those comments was address to the ambassador “Mr. Ambassador (Jawad) you are involved in sybaritism, extravagance, and dancing with wine, while the Afghan masses are dancing in blood and floods.”
On the other hand, Karim Khalili, the second vice president and his deputy are among the corrupts who, apart from other crimes, are involved in religion and national prejudice.
Karzai takes it as an achievement to have embassies and consulates in different countries of the world with the Afghan flag raising above, whereas he shows a total disregard for the suffering of the Afghans and disrespect of the Islamic and Pashtun values and traditions.
The question arise what would happen to the masses of a country whose head, nobles, and top-level officials are indulging in perverted activities, who’s role models are singers and dancers, who pay no attention to the future of the country’s development and improvement.
The imbalance and incompetence among the members of the parliament and judiciary and others such as Fahim, Khalili, Qanoni, Rakiti, Tanai, Rahmani Uloomi and so forth have affected the life and peace of the entire Afghan masses, and their crimes and corruptions are the direct outcome of the US invasion of Afghanistan.
Moreover, the nuclear bombs have been used in Afghanistan, the Afghan people continue to be massacred, while their country’s wealth is being looting, all this is being done in the name of democracy, which is nothing but American hypocrisy, a violation of the rights of the Afghan people and a disgrace to Islamic values.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
Ramadan is a month of Blessings, Mercy and a month of victory for the Muslims over the Kuffar. In this blessed month the battle of Badr, the conquest of Makkah, the famous battle of Qadesiya, the conquest of Andulus (Spain), the battle of Hiteen and Ain Jaloot have taken place and Allah SWT gave the final victory to the Muslims over the Kuffar.
This is a month in which Allah SWT bestowed his book as a mercy for mankind and many hadith reported from our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW talk about the rewards and importance of prayers in this blessed month.
There are many revelations reported about the night of Qadr, which is from one of the nights of this blessed month, in which the prayer performed is better (more in reward) than the prayer performed in the nights of a thousand months.
In many of the narrations reported from Prophet Muhammad SAW it is said that, there are times in this month in which if a Muslims prays (conforming to Shariat) to Allah SWT, he SWT will answer his prayers.
Today, our Muslim Ummah is facing a lot of hardships by the hands of the Kuffar (infidels). We are being killed, our wealth and honor is being plundered in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and many other parts of the world, so we ask our Muslim brothers and sisters to pray, especially in the last 10 nights of this blessed month for our success, for the success of the Mujahideen who fight for the cause of Allah over the Kuffar, and the shameful defeat of the enemies of Islam so that the Muslims are released from the atrocities committed by their hands.
Allah SWT accepts these kinds of prayers as he says himself in his book (Quran):
(وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُواْ لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُواْ بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ (البقرة . 186
When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, listen to My call, and believe in Me: that they may walk in the right way. (Surah Baqarah, verse 189).
It is hoped from the Muslim Ummah that they will pray to Allah SWT in the last 10 blessed nights of this blessed month, (along with their own needs) for the Mujahideen who are fighting for Allah’s cause to become victorious over the enemies of Allah SWT. Ameen.

Dand district is very closely located to the South of Kandahar city, and some parts of the city come under the administrative control of the Dand district. To the East of Dand lies the district of Pangwai, to the South is the desert, and to the West lays Kandahar Airport.
The proximity of this district to Kandahar city renders this area of vital strategic importance, both in this Jihad and the previous Jihad. The area assumes particular military importance both as an offensive strategic point and a defensive one. Offensively, it serves as a vital “launching point” in any military offensive against Kandahar city, while defensively, it is a natural theatre of operation in defending Kandahar city. It is for these reasons that foreign invaders have always paid particular attention to securing this area, and continue to launch unabated operations to gain control of the area. Despite their immense numbers, the invading forces have failed to seize this area, turning this area into a graveyard for the U.S-NATO invaders forces. Invaders forces and mainstream media outlets admit, that despite their best efforts they continue to suffer heavy casualties, largely due to the placement of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED’s). In investigating what other tactics the Mujahideen are employing to wreak havoc in the enemy ranks, we report a brief interview with Qari Khairullah Muneeb, the Islamic Emirate’s appointed commander for IED units, in the Dand area.

Qari Khairullah Muneeb: Wa ‘alaykum Assalaam wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuhu
Alemara: Dear Mr. Muneeb, could you please introduce yourself?
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: Praise be to God, Lord of all creation. Peace and prayers be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his household, and his companions all together.
“And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for such there is no way (of blame) against them.”(Al-Shura: 41)
My name is Qari Khairullah Muneeb, my colleagues call me Muneeb. I am a resident of the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province, and I am currently serving as a commander of the Islamic Emirate’s for the IED units in the Dand district of Kandahar province.
Alemara: Could you give us some information on your activities and objectives in the Dand district.
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: In my capacity as the head of the IED units in the Dand district, we have formulated a carefully thought out plan to halt any enemy advancement into the district. The various sectors of the district, including Biad, Mia Dost and Ashraaf, have been divided into 37 sections, with 37 Mujahideen Brigades each one responsible for their respective areas. Each of these brigades is required to exercise their utmost vigilance and determination to stop any incursions into our territories.
Alemara: In the past few months that you have been active in the Dand district, what have the Mujahideen achieved? can you please enlighten us on this point?
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: Since our operations in the region began in April, 2010, so far we have recorded at least 91 major IED attacks in the various parts of Dand, which have caused severe distress to the enemy forces. Most of our IED attacks are aimed at the enemy’s armoured vehicles, however we also emplace anti-personnel mines when faced with ground troops. So far these tactics have proved very successful and have caused wide spread dismay in enemy ranks. We have published a brief report of these operations in a calendar format. This calendar, which is easily accessible, provides detailed records of the type attack, the date of attack, and the names of the Mujahideen brigades responsible for the attack.
Alemara: The American invading forces have openly admitted that around two-thirds of their casualties are the result of IED attacks. Similarly, IED attacks play a central role in breaking the enemy’s morale and their will to resist. Have IED’s been an important part of your tactics, and do you plan to expand the use of these improvised weapons?
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: Yes, recent military experiments in various parts of the country have shown that IED’s, when supplementing ground assault troop manoeuvres, play an important role in defeating the enemy troops. Consequently, the Islamic Emirate has begun to expand its use of IED warfare and in all the major theatres of operations, separate chain of command for IED units have been established. In addition, our Mujahideen are being provided with equipment and training, which enables them to emplace IED’s as professionally as possible.
Alemara: Recently, the enemy forces declared a ban on certain chemical material, viewed as important ingredients for IED’s, and are rigorously trying to stop the transport of these materials. The enemy claims they have been very successful in thwarting your plans. Have these restrictions impeded your operations?
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: No, Alhamdulillah, the enemy has tried these measures in the past few years, but has failed to impede our ability to prepare and place these devices. This is because we utilise very simple and easily accessible material for our IED’s.
This is the special favour of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, that in return for the enemy’s sophisticated technology, He has given us the ability and opportunities that all our Mujahideen are able to easily assemble these mines for emplacement. The fact that, both in Dand and other parts of the country, these IED attacks have multiplied over the past few months, is clear proof that the enemy’s measures have not produced any tangible results. Already in the Dand area we have placed remote-controlled mines in all the different routes available to the enemy, and we have prepared a further 300 hundred mines in case of emergency. This is sufficient proof of the abundance of our resources.
Alemara: In the Jihad against the Soviets, the anti-tank mines employed by the Mujahideen were very powerful. What is the strength of your mines? Are they sufficient to destroy enemy armoured vehicles?
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: Yes, part of our job involves making carefully customised mines able to penetrate the vehicles that we target. In recent times the enemy has increasingly fortified their armoured vehicles but the Mujahideen equalled their challenge by proportionately increasing the strength of their IED’s, thus thwarting yet another of the enemy’s plans.
Alemara: If I may ask you this last question; the enemy is always propagating the claim that the IED’s placed by the Mujahideen actually do more damage to the Afghan civilians than they do to the coalition enemy forces. What is your response regarding this?
Qari Khairullah Muneeb: As the masses have recognised U.S-NATO invaders forces propaganda of committing the crimes themselves and putting the blame on the Mujahideen. One of the reasons why the Mujahideen enjoy the support and trust of the Afghan people is precisely because we pay great attention to preventing any harm to the ordinary Afghan civilians.
Mujahideen remote-controlled mines are placed with a great care of planning and consideration, and always produce the preconceived results. As for the pressure-plated IED’s, the Mujahideen only place them at night, when they have sure intelligence that the enemy is approaching. In those moments, the people are informed well in advance not to venture outside at night until the break of dawn, especially since the enemy might assault their houses.
Alhumdulillah, over the years the civilians have familiarised themselves with Mujahideen tactics and civilian casualties from Mujahideen hands has become non-existent.

After the nomination of General Petraes, mass media reports said that he was America’s last hope in Afghanistan—ostensibly in view of the fact that he is the most experienced, sophisticated and patriotic general among American generals. But the discretion of God has always gone in this land that whoever of generals – though eminent and experienced may be —
when he steps on the sacred soil of Afghanistan, he becomes incompetent and disgraced forthwith. Finally, he ends up mocking and hating his rulers like McCrystal. Some of them like general Petraes loses the equilibrium of his mind and turns to irrational remarks and fallacies. He thinks, telling whopping lies is a successful tactic to win war. It is equally bizarre that even American Pentagon sometimes reveals facts about the pathetic situation of America in Afghanistan, saying American soldiers in Afghanistan are grappling with depression. They have now been addicted with Modafinil tablets which are taken to boost morale and dispel fear. But even the tablets now do not have efficacy. The soldiers frequently complain of having fear of being attacked and killed all of a sudden. But the American snow monument of hope (general Petraes) claims in media that the situation in Afghanistan is going in the right direction. The morale of soldiers is high and they have made some military advancements in the south of the country.
We do not know what advancement the possessed general wants to point to. The Afghan people and media know that only brutal civilian’s casualties have spiraled up unprecedently following general Petraes appointment. The general is not able to produce proof of any one battle under his command which has ended with victory. Contrarily, during his stewardship, Mujahideen succeeded to extend their influence from north to south, from east to west of the country in a manner not seen before. Furthermore, they have made spectacular land gains.
Ironically, the sagging Petraes speaks of military initiatives in Helmand and Kandahar, however, they have faced routs in these provinces despite operations launched by the Americans, the Britons and their coalition’s members. The operations were so vast in terms of preparedness that one could assume they were going to a full-fledged war with sovereign countries. Still more, the operations were being carried out under the direct command of Obama and British prime minister. But that notwithstanding, they do not have the face to announce the results of the operations and even avoid making comments thereabout.
According to daily Telegraph website, a Russian analyst Egore Penaris has told general Petraes and other American rulers that America is no more able to weaken the current resistance movement in Afghanistan and maintain control over any vast area in the country.
Opposition to the war in Afghanistan has reached its climax in American and other parts of the world. The American economic structure has cracked; unemployment is time high. This and the growing reduction in individual income will not only contribute to American defeat in the war in Afghanistan but will result in disintegration of America – at least into six portions.
Observers say, if general Petraes wants to fulfill his duty to the American army and people in a dignified way, if he wishes to remain a monument of American hope and if he intends to save America from disintegration, he should tell the realities like General McCrystal. He should think about ending the Afghanistan war instead of winning it and should realize the realities.
The general should stop looking at his badges and medals on his chest with conceit to persuade him to give empty hopes to the American people and the world that the Afghan war could still be won.
Conceit may puff a man up but never prop him up.

Gen. Petraeus, the US and NATO invaders commander’s propaganda machine is going about its deceitful business in Afghanistan. His new organized propaganda, a war zone within media is to spread disinformation, negative spin propaganda against the Mujahideen and the current situation of the country, in the hopes of clouding the truth and keeping the public especially Afghan masses disillusioned about the ground realities.
Gen. Petraeus, in his interviews with the mainstream media outlets has reiterated over and over again that the invading forces have made considerable progress in the central and southern parts of the country over the past few months and that they have pushed the Mujahideen back, limiting the areas in which they were operating and reducing the number of Mujahideen operations.
The Islamic Emirate, in an attempt to provide the world with the awareness of the facts and figures and what the reality is, invites reporters to Afghanistan to survey the overall situation, particularly in those areas in which Gen. Petaeus has claimed to have made progress.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan guarantees the safety of the media personals and offers any help in this regard providing that the invaders may do the same. We believe it is a good opportunity to surface the facts, so the propaganda of Gen. Patraeus can be exposed, who is bent on tricking the world.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
With the Gen. Petraes taking charge as a new commander of invading forces in Afghanistan, the media and analysts have began to call him as the last and best hope of the America in Afghanistan and he has been considered as a far more experienced than any other US general with extraordinary war tactics, plans and strategies, a gifted leader without equal.
But come to think of if, who knows the wisdom of Allah (swt) in bringing disgrace and humiliation to such intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians as previous Gen. Mc Chrystal, who was fired by his own government and was subject to hatred and has been made fool of or his replacement, Gen Petraeus who seems to have lost his sanity and preposterously does and says what makes no sense, an utter nuisance.
It may really come as a surprise that Pentagon is now trying to reveal the fact that “Modafinil” a performance enhancing and sleep removing drug, very effective while suffering from anxiety and depression are no longer working on the US forces in Afghanistan as the soldiers are living under constant fear of being attacked and killed by Afghan Mujahideen.
In spite of all this, the US generals, in talks with media and press correspondents, claim they are in command of Afghan war and that they have been making headway for the past few months on the ground in Afghanistan.
True to his words, Gen. Peraeus is to come up with the documented facts regarding their combat achievements and headways which are, indeed, drawbacks and their failure is a well established fact known to Afghan masses and mainstream media, what really accounts for his success is only the increased civilian casualties and massacre of the innocent Afghan civilians which hit a record high and that is what he has achieved during his mission in Afghanistan so far.
The strangest thing yet to come is the defeated Gen. Peraeus’ claims and good account of the success the forces in Southern Helmand and Kandahar provinces where the most fatal losses and severest damages have been inflicted on the part of the US-UK invaders forces and their allies.
Once, a Russian professor, Igor Panarin, in interview said that the US forces are no longer in the position to fight the Afghan war, not to mention wining it. Thus, the US would, at least, break into six parts due to the financial crisis which bring the US Empire to the collapse.
The way things are, Gen. Petraeus should not make hallow promises to the US nation and raise false hopes of the fact that the Afghan war is like to be won, if he really wants to carry out his mission in Afghanistan, he is to consider putting an end to the war rather wining it. It is crystal clear that the US and its allies are unable to win Afghan war.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
The commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan David Patraeus, in an interview with BBC radio said that the momentum of the Taliban has been reversed in the south of the country and capital Kabul and that if his strategy were be implemented more forcefully, they would see a much bigger chance of success in Afghanistan.
We believe due to pressure from Washington, the heavy workload that he inherited from previous generals and his strategy’s complete failure have forced him to turn to the media to try and portray his defeat into a success story.
It is absolutely baffling to believe that a general could ridicule the intellect of the masses by making such preposterous claims about his forces complete and utter failure to reverse the Mujahideen’s gains in Kabul and especially in the south of the country.
But in reality if we look at Afghanistan’s security situation, Mujahideen operations have intensified more than ever especially in the provinces surrounding Kabul. A day doesn’t pass by but that the invaders and their stooges face immense losses in Logar, Kapisa, Maidan Wardag and Laghman. Examples of these successful operations are the capture of American soldiers in Logar, the NATO operation that went terribly wrong in Laghman, the scorched NATO logistical vehicles lying on side of the roads in Maidan Wardag and the humiliating defeat of French invaders in Kapisa which even the biased western media had to acknowledge.
As for the southern provinces especially Kandahar and Helmand, Mujahideen operations have not only increased but they are at the brink of taking over the provinces as a whole. Patraeus’s strategy has failed miserably there, like in Kandahar, their planned operation was halted to a stop by constant attacks of Mujahideen, who not only control the surrounding districts but now are on the verge of taking over the city center.
Helmand is another great example of the defeat of the enemy. An example of this is the Marjah operation, in which thousands of ISAF and Afghan soldiers took part and they made sound like a third world war had started but are now ashamed to even mention the name of Marjah due to their disgraceful defeat at the hands of Mujahideen.
It is incredible how Patraeus could claim such a sizeable victory at a stage where his soldiers in Sangin out of fear cannot abandon their bases by road out of fear and are forced to leave by helicopters at night.
We say to David Patraeus, if you really want to full fill your duties to the American people, you should start by withdrawing you soldiers and stop sacrificing your sons and daughters for a war which is unwinnable. We once again say that Afghanistan is the land of Afghans which has been usurped and its brave Mujahid people will carry on their Jihad against you so long as you are here and with the help of Allah the final victory will be ours.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
With 91st anniversary of the British invasion of Afghanistan approaching, the invading forces’ any attempt to stage open and clandestine conspiracy, cause interference or invasion and wage cold war against Afghan nation have been doomed to an inevitable failure over the past century in Afghanistan.
The Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, hereby, would like to offer its heart-felt felicitation to the believing people of Afghanistan and the families of the martyrs and affected Afghans; above all, the heroic Mujahideen who have been striving hard to drive out the US, UK and their allies from Afghanistan.
This is a not an ordinary day in the world’s history, when the heroism shown by our forefathers to regain this scared land from the claws of the British invaders who had engulfed most of the Indian sub-continent for about two centuries.
In the early nineties, the Britons working out their clandestine strategies and using covert activities and interference, took the advantage of the Afghans’ self-differences and rifts and invaded Afghanistan, but the brave believing Afghan Mujahideen, as usual, not influenced by the military might and advanced warfare of the time, without having any sources or means, under difficult and poor circumstances brought the totalitarian Britons to their knees and expelled enemy and got the world rid of the Britons’ evils using the power of their faith and their intrinsic bravery and determination.
Indeed, the invasion by the British was not the only one, Afghanistan has suffered many attacks and invasions prior to the British invasion and afterward, and the Afghan nation has never tolerated the occupation of their country before and will never tolerate in the future it at all.
The experience should teach the world major political players and the invaders that the Afghans’ tested spirit of high morale and determination are recognized facts.
Ironically, some of the deceived countries under US-led invasion have been bent on imposing something on the Afghans that are not only intolerable but also can never be imposed.
In the end, we remind the present aggressors, the US and its allies to follow in the footsteps of their predecessors (Britons) and withdraw as soon as possible and assure our Muslim nation to be united having fait and trust in Allah, His love, mercy and help are everlasting and the day is not far when the invaders will leave our country and end the war in tears as their forefathers did.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
Afghans have, throughout their history, lived in brotherhood and exhibited intense integrity, solidarity and unity as a single nation under the name Afghanistan. The people in Afghanistan, whether Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, Hazarah, Baluch or Nooistani, have always joined common causes in safeguarding their common interests, standing up for their rights and have jointly resisted every invading force to defend their country against the enemy and played a central role in independence, development and rehabilitation of Afghanistan.
In view of the Russians’ withdrawal from Afghanistan, all the ethnic groups collectively lay down their lives for the freedom of our country and played a key role to present a united front in chasing the Russians away from Afghanistan.
The US invasion of Afghanistan threatened the unity and integrity of the Afghans as a single nation, sowing the seeds of disunity among the Afghan masses that ended up turning one Afghan against another. Regrettably, the recent Fitnah (evil) created by the US, among a lot of misfortune, misery and evils, is the chaotic upheaval of (Kochi and Hazarah) between two ethnic groups.
Some of the country’s parts have been affected by this Fitnah (Kochi and Hazarah) or US-created evil, if not stopped now, may rapidly spread across the country. However, the differences between two ethnic groups are not so profound that can not be settled.
It is a commonly recognized fact that Afghanistan is under the clutches the Super Evil’s tyranny, the bottom line is, the Afghans should sow the seeds of integrity, solidarity and brotherhood to heal the rifts with each other in order to get the freedom of our beloved country which is destined to be free from the occupation of invading forces and get our home grown differences and disputes resolved in the light Islamic Sharia and Afghan tradition and values.
One can find the exemplary list of cases settled during the period of the rule of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
