New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Evacuation of Interpreters For Foreign Forces from Afghanistan”

l_DzlA8Q

As a large number of Afghans were misled during the previous twenty-year occupation period and worked alongside foreign forces as interpreters, guards and under other titles, and now as foreign forces are withdrawing from Afghanistan, these Afghans also seek to flee the country and are fearful.

The Islamic Emirate would like to inform all the above people that they should show remorse for their past actions and must not engage in such activities in the future that amount to treason against Islam and the country.

But none should currently desert the country. The Islamic Emirate will not perturb them, but calls them to return to their normal lives and if they do have expertise in any field, to serve their country. They shall not be in any danger on our part.

We viewed them as our foes when they were directly standing in the ranks of our enemies, but when they abandon enemy ranks and opt to live as ordinary Afghans in their homeland, they will not face any issues hence they should not remain fearful and should continue living a serene life in their own country. However, if they are using “danger” as an excuse to bolster their fake asylum case, then that is their own problem and not that of the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Dispute Between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan”

l_DzlA8Q

Recently tensions have arisen between our neighboring country Tajikistan and Islamic country Kyrgyzstan pushing both countries to the brink of war.

The Islamic Emirate calls on both Islamic and brotherly countries to resolve their disputes through dialogue.

We have the most extensive experience about the destruction of war. Starting a war may perhaps seem easy, but the practical course of war and ensuing catastrophe and damages far outweigh the losses incurred by both sides in the event of an understanding.

Therefore, and on the basis of our own experiences, we call on the leaders of both countries to take into account the long-term interests, peace and security of their respective nations and find a sensible and reasonable solution to the dispute through dialogue and understanding. Such will prove beneficial for both countries and nations, Allah willing.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Dhabīḥ Allah Mujāhid: “Remarks Concerning The Recent UNSC Report”

l_DzlA8Q

The United Nations Security Council released a report asserting that the Islamic Emirate has no interest in peace and that it has links with Al Qaeda organization.

We reject this report. Regrettably, it is compiled from false information provided by enemy circles and has exploited the position of the United Nations Security Council.

The policy of the Islamic Emirate remains that it will not allow anyone to use the soil of Afghanistan to threaten the security of anyone else.

Moreover, the representatives of the Islamic Emirate have made complete preparations for intra-Afghan negotiations so that progress can be made during talks and all clauses of the Doha agreement be implemented. But unfortunately, the other side has still failed to comply with this important accord, for example, not withdrawing all foreign forces from Afghanistan by May, not removing names of leaders of the Islamic Emirate from UN black and reward lists, obstructing progress in intra-Afghan negotiations, and not resolving  the issue of all prisoner release in three month period following the launch of intra-Afghan negotiations – all of which constitute violations of the Doha agreement.

It is evident from the above that the Islamic Emirate has acted in line with the Doha agreement but the opposite side has not fulfilled its commitments and violated them.

Pinning blame on the Islamic Emirate by the UNSC in such circumstances is injustice. They must not cater to the mood of one party, must verify their data, must candidly share their concerns with representatives of the Islamic Emirate and not confound the situation by publishing false information.

Release of such partisan reports calls into question the impartiality of UNSC and damages its international credibility.

The Islamic Emirate is committed to the peace process, but, if anyone wants to impose their agendas on the Afghans from abroad or take a stand against the sovereignty of Afghanistan, then we will stand up to them and consider defending our right as our legal prerogative.
