In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
Allah is the Greatest; Allah is the Greatest; Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah. Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. All praise be to Allah.
Praise be to Allah Who favored us with the blessing of faith and Islam as He sent down on us the best of His books and sent us the best of His prophets and legislated for us the best of His religious law. All praises be to Allah. All the good is in His Hand and all affairs return to Him. He creates whatsoever He wills and chooses. We have not the choice. All the glory is to Allah as well as all the praises in this world and the world to come. His is the decision and you all return to Him.
I testify that there is no god but Allah. Alone is He and has no associate. I testify that Mohammed (pbuh) is His Servant and Messenger. He conveyed the Message and fulfilled the obligation and preached the Ummah and fought in the cause of Allah as it is due. May peace and blessing be on him and His descendents, the good and the pure ones and on his companions and followers and all those who duly followed him until the doomsday. After this, I would like to say:
Allah, the Almighty says:
“Therefore pray to your Lord and sacrifice (to Him)”. (Chapter:108, Verse:2)
(My) Believing countrymen, brothers and sisters-in-faith in every corner of the world.
Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh,
While wishing you (good) health, happiness and prosperity, I would like to extend you my felicitation on the occasion of the auspicious Eid-ul-Adha. May Allah (SwT) accept in His Sight all your worships, sacrificial offerings, charities and all deeds that you have done for the pleasure of Allah (SwT). In addition to the felicitation of the auspicious Eid-ul- Adha, I would like to congratulate the Mujahid people, particularly, the Mujahideen of the Way of Truth on the recent victories which the Almighty Allah has bestowed on the formations of Jihad because of His special blessing and the help and the sacrifices of the Mujahideen and the help of the people, notwithstanding the use of heavy force by the enemy; the influx of foreign troops and the bombardment of different bombers. Still many districts and areas have been cleared from the enemy in different provinces of the country. Praise be to Allah, the white flag of the Islamic Emirate is fluttering there.
(My) Mujahid Brothers,
At the first years of the occupation, our obligation was to combat against the enemy but now as we have control over many areas of the country, it is the time that we should reap the fruit of the 15 years-long jihad and implement objectives of jihad which are: implementation of the Divine Sharia on the land of Allah; to establish justice; maintain stability and security; to protect frontiers and defend life, property, honor and all other God-given rights of the countrymen.
The officials of the Military Commission, governors, the personnel of the judicial courts, members of the provincial commissions, the district administrators and commanders of (armed) units and all personnel of civilian commissions should pay exclusive attention to the maintenance of security and justice, implementation of Sharia, efficient governance, promotion of religious and modern education and other works of public utility like roads, bridges, health affairs, drinking water, agriculture and trade and other public works. Stop those who harm these places of public utility so that (our) believing people may lead a bright, happy, sufficient and prosperous life under the shadow of the sovereignty of Sharia and take a breath of relief in an atmosphere of peace.
For Mujahideen in order to succeed in this big trial, they should specifically pay attention to these points:
–Make your intention purely for Allah and for the cause of Allah (SwT);
–All should adorn themselves with the ornaments of piety, both the juniors and the seniors;
–keep on praising Allah (SwT) that He enabled you to perform the sacred obligation of Jihad;
–Do justice and do favor;
–Desist from pride, vanity conceit, wrong-doing and treason and keep away from any bias based on ethnicity, geography, language and clique;
–The criterion for privilege should be only piety and commitment;
–Create an atmosphere of confidence and brotherhood among yourselves and avoid from acts leading to distrust among you;
–The Mujahid brothers should not abandon the obligation of promotion of virtue and prevention of vice. Conduct your prayers in congregation and desist from committing treason in Baitulmal ( public treasury);
–Assume sponsorship of the families and children of martyrs and prisoners in the best manners that can be;
–Never forget the Sharia-based way of conduct of your demised, beloved and kind leaders, Amir-ul-momineen Mullah Mohammed Omar Mujahid (may Allah bless him) and Martyr Amir-ul-monineen Mullah Akhtar Mohammed Mansoor (may Allah bless him) and meticulously adhere to their ways. Deem it as (your) religious service and a high goal to serve people and provide prosperity and comfort to them because removing trouble of people is the most beloved act in the sight of the holy prophet of Allah (peace be upon him).
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to the people. The most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy or to remove one of his troubles, or to forgive his debt, or to feed his hunger. That I walk with a brother regarding a need is more beloved to me than that I seclude myself in this mosque in Medina for a month”.
The Mujahid brothers should exclusively focus on purging their ranks and files. Do not let unscrupulous, notorious, self-indulgent, and money-grubbing and immoral persons remain in your ranks — those who misbehave with people. This is in order the people may not face harassment. Mujahideen should maintain interaction with honorable religious and spiritual leaders, tribal influential and pious men of insight; seek their views and advice and benefit from their experiences. In addition to military training, train Mujahideen how to well behave with people, prevent civilian casualties, maintain justice and win hearts and minds of people; instruct them from time to time about people’s rights and dignity. Mujahideen should behave well with those who leave the (ranks of the) corrupt Kabul Administration or are detained.
I instruct Mujahideen brothers to perform the duty of Call and Guidance, focus on alluring those who are in the ranks of the enemy, in addition to carrying out (your) Jihadic operations. For this purpose, the Mujahideen, the personnel of the Call and Guidance Commission, the personnel of the Cultural and Media Affairs, men of letters and learning should fully pay attention to (the work of) awareness and allurement; and besides the training of Mujahideen and the emerging generation, disseminate messages for those who are in the ranks of the enemy so that they understand the veracity and success of the ranks of jihad and become aware of their Islamic and valorous history and know the ills of subjugation and perceive that further remaining in the ranks of the invaders is but a harmful and destructive act.
We are grateful to all those beneficent people in every corner of the world who have helped the Islamic Emirate or trust this Jihadic formation, all those honorable religious scholars and writers who have affirmed and supported our cause or shared with us their best views or showed their sympathy with us or expressed their condolence during the demise of Amir-ul-momineen Mullah Mohammed Omer Mujahid (may Allah bless him) and Amir-ul-momineen Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor (may Allah bless him). I ask the Almighty Allah to fully reward them for their honesty.
Availing myself of this opportunity of the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, I call on all Afghans who work in the military and civilian sectors of the foreign invaders to ponder over their stance for a moment and figure out for themselves that the invasion of Afghanistan by America and her Allies is part and parcel of the global war of non-believers against the Islamic Ummah. Its aim is to dismantle real Islamic systems and help its trained surrogates to reach the corridors of power; to spread anti-Islamic laws, thoughts, and dogmas and cus toms in this Islamic land. Therefore, they should deeply think over their jeopardizing position of their being in the ranks of the invaders. Their support to the invading non-believers is undoubtedly in contradiction with the command of the Almighty Allah and His prophet (peace be upon him). The Almighty Allah says:
“Let those who disobey His orders, beware, lest some grief or painful punishment befall them”.(Chapter: 24, Verse:63)
Our message to Islamic countries and all freedom-loving people of the world is that our struggle is not an illegitimate struggle, nor it is a rebellion for unlawful objectives nor a mere expression of emotions without any pillar of Islamic ruling. Contrarily, our country has been invaded and an anti-Islamic, subservient and surrogate regime has been imposed on us by dent of tanks, artilleries bomber aircrafts against the wishes of our religion and independence-loving and independent thought-loving people. The Islamic system and independence of our country is our human and religious rights. The Islamic countries and the freedom-loving people of the world should support our just cause as per their obligation and perform their due responsibility by supporting our oppressed people.

The other night, several martyrdom seekers of Islamic Emirate targeted an important secret intelligence center of Kabul administration and foreign invaders in Shahr-e-Naw area of Kabul city inflicting heavy losses on the enemy.
Following the attack, Amnesty International labelled this attack a war crime and published a statement suiting the fancy of the US embassy.
We strongly condemn the unjust verdict and misuse of the impartial status of Amnesty International by its Asia Branch.
Out attack was against a military-intelligence center handled by the former head of intelligence of the Kabul administration and containing a branch of Intel sharing by foreign invaders.
That there was a NGO – CARE International – located on a street across this military zone then this has nothing to do with the plan of operation. The target of this operation was not CARE International and this has also been affirmed by CARE International in its statement describing the target as a compound close to their office.
It is astonishing that CARE International does not consider this attack as an attack on its office however the Asia Branch of Amnesty International is forcing it upon them.
We have always declared at launch of our spring operations that civilians and civilian compounds must keep their distance from the military and intelligence centers of foreign invaders and their stooges so that they are not harmed during attacks. Therefore it is not our responsibility that such NGOs brush aside our warnings.
This is not the first time Amnesty International has unjustly ruled against us rather they also accused us of wrongdoings during the conquest of Kunduz last year in accordance with the guidelines of invaders and intelligence circles.
Yesterday the Asia Branch of this supposed impartial third party organization (Amnesty International) also advised the American intelligence (CIA) to make use of new technology in preventing further Mujahideen attacks, and thus prevent the attacks of independence seeking Afghans.
Such remarks and unfounded reports by Amnesty International show that this society is not a Human Right organization but is greatly influenced by the intelligence agencies of western invading countries. That is why it carries out suspicious activities to attain malicious goals which will further bring her impartial status under the spotlight and raise doubts in the minds of common people.

Historically the people of Afghanistan have not proved detrimental to nor interfered in the internal affairs of others and they seek a reciprocal treatment towards the Afghans from other countries.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan – as a representative of its people – is waging a war against the American occupation. Those waging war against us are either foreign invading countries – who toppled our established government, are killing our people, destroying our homes and have snatched freedom from our nation – or the warlords and incompetent and corrupt individuals of the Kabul administration who have been forced upon our people by America. They do not have the popular support and backing of our people and only work for their own interests by spending their short political lives under the wings of American aircraft.
Reports circulating in the media state that India will be providing military aid to the Kabul administration in form of aircrafts and other equipment. This is the severalth time that India is giving the stooge Kabul administration military aid and it is an obvious fact that such weapons will be used to kill our people, oppress our nation and destroy our homes and public welfare structures, a good example of which is Puli Alchin bridge in Kunduz recently destroyed by regime helicopters that were provided by the Indian government.
Providing the Kabul administration with such deadly weapons cannot be interpreted as friendship with the people of our country but as support for a criminal foreign backed group and clear hostility towards our people. The Islamic Emirate condemns this action with the strongest of terms. Such acts will create distrust between the people of both countries and become a reason for further deterioration of relationship.
We call on India to stop exporting items of killing and destruction to Afghanistan and to stop efforts of prolonging the lifespan of this corrupt regime with its military aid.
If anyone wishes to strengthen the Kabul stooge administration with military aid during occupation, this cannot be interpreted as anything other than enmity with the Afghans and shall arouse hatred of the people of Afghanistan.
