New statement from al-Qā’idah in the Indian Subcontinent: “And That Day The Believers Will Rejoice In The Victory of God”

The title of this release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 30:4-5. Here it is in full: “Within three to nine years. To God belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice. In the victory of God. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.”
