The current deputy of the Islamic Emirate’s Cultural Commission, the former administrative head of the Emirate and an ambassador to Pakistan, an eminent scholar and an untiring Mujahid Al-Haj Mawlawi Sayyed Muhammad Haqqani Sahib has closed his eyes to this world for the very last time due to a sudden illness, surely to Allah we belong and to Him is the return.
His funeral will take place tomorrow.
The leader of Islamic Emirate as well as the Leadership Council extend their heart felt condolences to the late Haqqani Sahib’s family and the Mujahideen in general and show their deep appreciation for his outstanding services.
May Allah Almighty grant him a high rank in Jannah and bless his family and relatives with patience and immense rewards.

The eminent, respected and sincere steward of the Islamic Emirate, the former deputy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Executive of Administration Bureau and the current deputy head of Commission for Cultural Affairs Mawlawi Sayyed Muhammad Haqqani surrendered his soul to its true Owner on Saturday the 22^nd of Rabbi ul Awwal 1437 Hijri Lunar while actively working on his Jihadi assignment, surely to Allah we belong and to Him is the return.
The Islamic Emirate’s Leader, Leadership Council and Cultural Commission as the representatives of all the associates of Islamic Emirate extend their condolences to his family on the occasion of his passing away.
May the Lord Almighty accept the late Haqqani Sahib’s services, may He fully reward him for his worldly worship and enduring hardships in the way of an Islamic system and may Allah Almighty bestow patience and a blessed substitute for his family, Ameen.
Leadership Council of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan
Note: The late Sayyed Muhammad Haqqani Sahib joined the Islamic Emirate from its very beginning. In the initial years he served as the deputy of Kandahar’s Ministry of Information and Culture and was later appointed as its Head. Following the conquest of Kabul he was appointed as the deputy Minister for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then briefly tenured as the executive of Administration Bureau and Afghanistan’s ambassador to the country of Pakistan and again followed by being assigned as the executive of Administration Bureau which lasted till the American invasion.
In the years of Jihad against America, Mawlawi Sayyed Muhammad Haqqani was appointed as the deputy of Commission for Cultural Affairs and sincerely served at this position till his passing away.
He served admirably and achieved unforgettable feats in the Jihadi field of media, publication and culture during the Jihad against America and we pray to Allah Almighty to accept all his services.
He was currently away from his home and busy with an assignment related to his Jihadi duties when he was unexpectedly struck with chest pains and finally said Labbayk to the caller of death after one week treatment.
Surely to Allah we belong and to Him is the return
