NOTE: The title of this article is in reference to al-Qā’idah’s video from June 2011 with the same name. More importantly, though, it is a verse from the Qur’ān, Sūrat al-Nisā’ 84, which reads in full: “So fight, [O Muhammad], in the cause of Allah; you are held responsible only for yourself. And encourage the believers [to join you] that perhaps Allah will restrain the [military] might of those who disbelieve. And Allah is greater in might and stronger in [exemplary] punishment.”
