OMRA № 25
“On the appointment of Emir of the Dagestani Front of the Armed Forces of the Caucasus Emirate”
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful!
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and all those who followed his path till the Day of Judgment. To proceed:
I decree
1. To appoint the Emir of the Central Sector of the DF, the Naib Emir of the DF, Ibragimkhalil Daudov (Emir Salih) the commander of the Dagestani Front of the Caucasus Emirate’s Armed Forces.
2. The Omra comes into effect from the date of its signing.

I decree
1. To appoint the Commander of the Dagestani Front Emir Salih (Ibragimkhalil Daudov) the Governor of the Caucasus Emirate’s Dagestan Province.
2. The Omra comes into effect from the date of its signing.
