New statement from Riyāḍ-us-Ṣāliḥīn Battalion of the Caucasus Emirate: "Taking Responsibility for the Blast in Moscow in Front of the FSB Academy"

NOTE: The Riyāḍ-us-Ṣāliḥīn Battalion is considered the martyrs brigade for the Caucasus Emirate. They have been involved with other recent attacks: Domodedovo and Gubden. Below is both an English and Russia version of the statement. For more on the blast see here.

English:
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful!
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and those who followed them in Jihad until the Day of Judgment.
And then:
In response to criminal actions in the territory of the Caucasus Emirate, when the FSB blows up houses of relatives of Mujahideen under the pretext of “demining”, or by some under control “black chickens”, Kadyrovites, etc, as well as  under far-fetched pretexts of detaining relatives of the Mujahideen, including juveniles, – on the orders of Emir of Mujahideen of the Caucasus, a noble Mujahid Dokku Abu Usman, we have carried out an operation against the main base for the preparation of the murderers, torturers, sadists and terrorists – “The academy of the FSB” in Moscow.
We intend to continue to attack sites and places of accumulation of criminals, as well as to conduct a “demining” by undermining the overhead charges.
And if the relatives of the Mujahideen are “guilty” only by their kinship with them, then after all you have also have relatives.
Appealing to the murderers of the FSB, as well as to members of other groups, we say – “While you are performing criminal orders, thereby framing yourselves and your loved ones, another sparring partner of Putin became a billionaire, and you, after using, will be thrown as consumables. But the Caucasians have good memory, we commend the offenders after 10, 20 or 30 years”.
We also remind you – it is not us who come to you first, it is you who come to us. We are defending our religion, our Homeland.
We have a duty of Jihad and the right to respond to the enemy. We abide this obligation and use our legitimate right to react.
And even if you enrich and arm all of your puppets, build golden palaces and skyscrapers, arrange in Chechnya together with the soccer match a Brazil’s carnival, neither you nor your puppets stop the Jihad and avert the punishment which, sooner or later catch up with you, Insha’Allah. We’re working on it.
Times when you are offered a fair and peaceful settlement has passed. The arrogance of your leaders, who wished to solve everything by force, shows that you and your rulers understand only the language of force.
Therefore, we will talk to you in plain language for you.

Именем Аллаха, Милостивого и Милосердного!
Хвала Аллаху, Господу миров, мир и благословение Пророку Мухаммаду, его семье, его сподвижникам и тем, кто последовал за ними в Джихаде до Судного Дня. А затем:
В ответ на преступные действия на территории Имарата Кавказ, когда ФСБ взрывает дома родственников муджахидов под предлогом «разминирования» или посредством каких то подконтрольных «черных куриц», кадыровцев и т.д,, а также под надуманными предлогами задерживает родственников муджахидов, в том числе несовершеннолетних, — по приказу Амира муджахидов Кавказа, благородного муджахида Докку Абу Усмана, нами была проведена операция против главной базы по подготовке убийц, палачей, садистов и террористов — «академия ФСБ» в Москве.
Мы намерены и в дальнейшем наносить удары по объектам и местам скопления преступников, а также проводить «разминирования» путем подрыва накладных зарядов.
И если родственники муджахидов «виноваты» только своим родством с ними, то ведь и у вас ведь есть родственники.
Обращаясь к убийцам из ФСБ, а также к членам других группировок, мы говорим – «Пока вы выполняете преступные приказы, тем самым подставляя себя и своих родных, очередной спарринг-партнер Путина становится миллиардером, а вас, использовав, выбросят как расходный материал. Но у кавказцев память хорошая, мы воздаем обидчикам и через 10, 20, 30 лет».
Мы также напоминаем — Не мы пришли к вам первыми, а вы пришли к нам. Мы же защищаем свою религию, свою Родину.
У нас есть обязанность Джихада и право на ответ врагу. Мы подчиняемся этой обязанности и используем свое законное право на ответные действия.
И даже если вы обогатите и вооружите всех своих марионеток, построите золотые дворцы и небоскребы, устроите в Чечне вместе с футбольным матчем бразильский карнавал, ни вам, ни вашим марионеткам не остановить Джихад и не отвратить наказание, которое рано или поздно настигнет вас, иншааЛлах. Мы над этим работаем.
Времена, когда вам предлагалось мирное урегулирование и справедливый договор прошли. Высокомерие ваших руководителей, которые пожелали все решить силой, показало, что вы и ваши правители понимают только язык силы.
Поэтому мы будем говорить с вами на понятном для вас языке.
