The administrators of Al-Qaida’s preeminent Faloja online discussion forum have left users in shock by announcing the forum will soon close.
One Faloja forum user begged administrators for clarification: “please do not let the American dogs boast that we are losing the media war.
Indeed, this is a big deal if the administrators of the forum follows through and closes it down, but, at the same time, there are still tens of other forums online. Therefore, I do not think it will make that much of a difference.
NOTE: As reported last week (here and here) there was controversy over whether Dokku Umarov the Emir of the Caucasus Emirate was resigning as leader. It seems like there has been more fall out from this since below are two statements, which clarify matters. In the first statement, the Qāḍī (Legal Judge) of Wilāyah Dagestan, Sayfullah Gubdensk, declares that Dokku Umarov is the only legitimate Emir of the Caucasus Emirate. While in the second statement, Aslambek Vadalov resigned from his post of deputy Emir of the Caucasus Emirate after supposedly taking over last week. No doubt this was a way for Dokku Umarov to shore up his ranks and not to sow doubt within the organization.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Peace and blessings to the Emir of all Mujahideen Messenger of Allah, his family, companions, and all those who followed his path until the Day of Judgment. And then:

I, the Qadi (Supreme Judge) of the Caucasus Emirate, Seyfullah of Gubden, appeal to the Muslims of the Caucasus, and particularly, to the chosen among Muslims, the Mujahideen of the Caucasus Emirate.
I’m making this statement in connection with the situation regarding our Emir Abu Usman. Since early days, there were numerous questions sent to me, but I did not take any hasty decisions, because any Sharia decision is based on specific facts and reliable information. Just yesterday, I received information about the event, sufficient to make a decision and for publication in the media.
I declare the following: The sole legitimate ruler of the Muslims of the Caucasus today is and remains the Emir Abu Usman.
The Mujahideen of the Caucasus swear allegiance to him, and nobody has the right to violate his Bayat, change his mind or not obey to him as long as he does not make a clear kufr (kufrunbavah).
And if Emir orders or acts against the Koran and the Sunnah, then scholars tell him about it and correct him.
Umar bin al-Khattab (r.a) asked his companions: “What will you do if I act against Sharia? They replied: “We will correct you by our swords”. On what Umar thanked Allah that there are such Muslims.
And I do not know any act or order given to Muslims by Emir Dokku Abu Usman, which contradicts the Koran and the Sunnah. And I urge all scholars of the world, if they know anything, then let them it present it to us and explain, based on the Koran and the Sunnah, what actions of Emir Dokku Abu Usman actually contradict the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh), as the companions of Prophet (pbuh) did, (AsSalyaf AsSalih).
We know our Emir as a humble servant of Allah, and he always asks scholars to correct him if he mistakenly violates the Sharia. And if Emir does not listen to scholars, and remains in his delusion, then there is a need to convene a shura, or council, of people of Ahlul Halli wal Akdi (i.e., people having knowledge in Sharia and military affairs – Military Emirs, or rulers, and scholars) from all the representatives of the provinces of the Caucasus and not just from one single province.
Praise be to Allah, the Shura of the Caucasus Emirate exists today, and it has not been convened on this issue. Each province of the Caucasus Emirate also should also have such a shura of the people of Ahlul Halli wal Akdi, to solve the problems of this province. And any single province of the Caucasus Emirate has no right, according to Sharia, to appoint or remove the Emir of the Caucasus Emirate, and if they try to do so, they become bugats and sinners.
We also ask our beloved brother Emir Abu Usman to remain at his post for the following reasons:
With all respect to our brothers Emirs, we do not know any more reputable and experienced Emir than our brother Abu Usman, who was the cause for the proclamation of the Islamic State of Caucasus Emirate, long-awaited by the unitarians of the whole Caucasus.
I personally wrote to Emir Abu Usman in 2007, before the proclamation of the Caucasus Emirate, a few months before that. I sent him a request to abolish the presidency of Ichkeria and the flag, because we, thousands and thousands soldiers of Allah from different peoples of the Caucasus, did not fight for Ichkeria, for the president, for democracy and parliaments, and especially under the flag of the wolf.
Allah said in his Koran:
“Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah (tumult) and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah”.
(The Holy Quran, Surah 2. “The Cow”, verse 193)
If the reason for Emir’s leaving is his health, then this leaving is not necessary, we need his head, experience, wisdom and his authority. Regarding those two video clips, where, in the first one, our Emir Abu Usman resigns from the post of the Emir, and in the second, where he cancels the first statement, I would say the following:
Even if both video clips are authentic, then I would say this: Even if there are two hadiths which contradict each other, and they are both authentic – we look at tarih (sequence), and the later cancels the previous (nasih wal mansuh) – the cancelled one, even if it was authentic, has no force .
I, Emir of the Mujahideen of Dagestan Province, on behalf of all Mujahideen of Dagestan, say that we are still faithful to oath given to Emir Abu Usman, Emir all the Mujahideen of the Caucasus Emirate, as long as he remains Muslim and follows the Koran and the Sunnah.
And the claims of infidels and hypocrites in the person of Zakayev, Kafyrov (AKA Kadyrov), Yevkurov and other devils that Abu Usman supposedly lost credibility and trust among the Mujahideen – it’s just a dog’s barking.
Dogs bark, but the caravan goes. Praise be to Allah, the Jihad continues!
I say more, our respect to Emir of the Caucasus Emirate multiplied and his credibility rose even higher among believing Muslims.
May Allah make it easy for our Emir of the Caucasus Emirate, strengthen his iman and health, give forces and patience.
I urge all of my brothers in Islam in the Caucasus to obey the Caucasus Emirate Emir Dokku Abu Usman. Be faithful to him in your oath to the end and do not to succumb to seditions of hypocrites. And may Allah help us, strengthen our foot against the unfaithful people.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
The UNAMA, in its 2010 mid-year report on civilian casualties, released the civilian casualties’ statistics over the first six months of 2010 in Kabul city on Monday, August 10.
Observing the statistics issued by UNAMA, it appears crystal clear that the report is based on political expedience, exaggeration and propaganda instead of the actual facts.
The essence of the report is similar to that of Pentagon decision, saying “A deceitful propaganda campaign, pining the civilian casualties on Taliban, has to be held and beefed up in order to create and exacerbate rifts within Afghan masses ending up in a clash between civilian and Taliban.”
Yet another flaw in the report is that it denies all the prior surveys, statistics and analysis, issued by several different human rights organizations of the world, which are more truthful with realties.
The report holds Taliban responsible of 76 per cent of all civilian casualties, and attributes 12 percent of all civilian casualties to Pro-Government forces, adding that ISAF has caused the deaths of only 69 civilians during the first six months of 2010.
To put every thing else a side, the surveys, analysis and statistics, in order to throw light on the issue, merely the death toll of the victims of the US aerial attacks in only few districts of the country’s such as Arghandab, Zhari, Shiraz, Sorkh Rowd, and the massacre of Sangin is likely to hit more than 300 during the first six months of 2010.
Every observer would easily determine the truth of such reports as this and assess how authentic and spurious such reports may be.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan expresses its utter disbelief and regret over the UNAMA report and over the fact that the UN with all the neutrally slogans, plays a major role as a propaganda organization for the American imperialism and keeps covering up the blatant crimes of the Pentagon which is similar to betrayal by UN against the bloodshed and the massacre of the Afghan nation.
Wonder why it can be so hard for the UN to find out the ground realties, that any attempt to deviate the minds of the common people may be in vain, for it is the masses that know the facts and about the civilian casualties far better than any one else does.
If, Georgette Gagnon, director of Human Rights for UNAMA and Staffan de Mistura, special representative of Secretary-General, really intend to carry out their duties well as delegates of the United Nations in Afghanistan, they should admit the facts and prefer their conscientious responsibilities to US-imposed directives.

Under the order of Doku Abu Usman, Emir of Caucasus Muslims, the Mujahideen of the Martyrs’ Brigades Riyad-us-Saliheen carried out an operation in Moscow against the central office of Gazprom, within the framework of the general spring-and-summer actions on the territory of Russia.
The aim of this operation was to show Kremlin businessmen of Russia, and the leaders among them, represented by the leadership of the largest Russian company that, despite assurances of Russian leadership of a victory in a so-called “anti-terrorist operation” that the war is not over, but on the contrary, it has come to your homes and your comfortable offices.
Despite attempts by your authorities to attribute it to banal hooliganism, you know perfectly well that hundreds of bolts in a directed blast came exactly to your office.
Your Kremlin bosses blatantly lie, trying to attribute this explosion to gangster feuds, as they lie about fires that, which covered the entire central Rusnya, occur by themselves.
We remind you that until Russia and your bosses leave the Muslims of the Caucasus alone, sabotages (explosions, fires, etc.) in Russia will continue, Insha’Allah.
Our aim in this operation was not to kill people. We just showed that we can carry out sabotage operations against well-protected areas, and that we can strike almost anywhere in Russia.
The whole central Russia is now declared a zone of our counter-terrorist operation, and if checkpoints in Moscow are now placed only on the outskirts of the city and around it, then we intend to force you to place checkpoints and declare curfews inside your most important city.
So that Muscovites feel in their own skins how Muslims in the Caucasus live for many years. We suspect that it would exert a “good” influence on attractiveness of investments in Russia.
We would also like to warn again all Muslims and all sympathizers of the struggle of Caucasian peoples, living in Moscow and other cities Rusnya, to leave them because it will be only get worse in the future, Insha’Allah. Fires and strikes on all economy targets helping the Kremlin murderers in remain in power will increase.
Everybody who owns even a most miserable apartment in Moscow could sell it and buy a property in almost every country in the world. Moreover, anyone who rents an apartment in Moscow could comfortably live for that money almost anywhere in the earth:

“I have nothing to do with a Muslim living among the polytheists”.

Moscow and St. Petersburg are the nerve centers of Russian economy, and we intend, this way or another, to continue to attack these centers until Russia ends its occupation of the Caucasus.
Following this warning, we do not want to hear any more accusations that innocent people and especially Muslims suffer from sabotages, because we have repeatedly warned you about the need to leave this cursed place.
Ordinary Russian people should know that all these misfortunes fell upon them because of ambitions of one person – Putin, who has been offered in due time an honorable peace and security for the southern borders of Russia, but he chose to make ordinary people pay in blood for his ambitions, hiding himself behind a whole army of body-guards and tons of armor.
It is obvious for any fair-minded person that the Mujahideen of the Caucasus are a force that is fighting not only for the liberation of the Caucasus, but actually brings freedom to Russian people from the slavery to the KGB yoke.
While Russians die out by 1.5 million people per a year, bank accounts of the ruling regime and controlled oligarchs are only growing, despite the crisis. KGB agents and their business proteges grow fat, while the masses get poorer, and even crumbs from master’s table are destroyed by inflation.
In fact, any sane Russian should strongly support the Mujahedeen of the Caucasus and oppose the KGB junta with arms, as guerrillas in Maritime Territory (in Russian Far East – KC) do, and other guerrilla groups repeat in other parts of Russia.
Any sane Russian must also understand that the attempt to keep the Caucasus under the occupation is an Utopian and totally hopeless task, and that these attempts are only destroying their country from within.
Your leaders are spending billions of your money for the preserving puppet regimes, like that of Kadyrov, etc., rather than to increase salaries and pensions. However, sabotages and fires across Russia are only increasing.
Your rulers can not intelligibly explain why the Caucasus should be a part of Russia, despite the fact that Caucasians, religiously and ethnically, fundamentally differ from Russians, and also have a long history of a fierce fighting against Russian invaders?
After all, even your brothers in faith and blood, the Slavs, Ukrainians and Belarusians, do not want to have anything to do with you, except oil and gas, which you also actually steal from the peoples of Siberia and the Caucasus.
And do not be deceived by the number of so-called Kadyrovites and other traitors and puppets, who sold their faith and their homeland for cars and money. They betrayed their own people and their religion, and they will betray you, as soon as conditions are ripe for betrayal, and you know it.
In conclusion, we gave praise to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, the Creator of all things, by Whose Will everything happens on earth and in heaven, and for Whom we took the path of Jihad, to extol His Word.
We also congratulate all Muslims with the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, we wish all the strengthening of their Iman and acceptance of their worship. O Muslims, we took the path of Jihad! Make Dua for your Mujahideen brothers and ask Allah for help and early victory over the infidels.

I would like to say that the Mujahideen of Ghalghaycho (Ingushetia) are remain faithful to oath of allegiance to the Caucasus Emirate Emir Dokku Abu Usman (AKA Dokku Umarov), and we’re not going to refuse this oath as long as Abu Usman is a Muslim and protects the religion of Allah.
We are not panicking that infidels brought us into “the black list of terrorists”, for us it is yet another confirmation that we are on the right path.
We know Emir Dokku Umarov as a sincere and decent Muslim, resistant Mujahid, soft with the believers and stern with the infidels.
We also declare that the tricks of infidels, political games of hypocrites and faint-hearted do not metter to us, since as we came out to the path of Allah to exalt His Word and establish His religion. And just pure intention and adherence to the Koran and Sunnah are lie on us, and the result of our deeds depends entirely on the Mercy of Allah.
We are aware that one of the major goals of our enemies is split our unity and sow seeds of doubt in our rulers. But we also know that unity is our religious duty, because Almighty Allah said:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided!”
And we know that obedience to the Emir as long as he stays within the boundaries of Islam is our duty, as Allah said:
“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you”.
Praise be to Allah, Who gave us the Emir, with whom we are happy, let Allah be pleased with him!
We reaffirm our Bayat (oath) to Abu Usman and call upon all Mujahideen of the Caucasus do the same.

With the Dutch troops’ pullout, Canada has reopened talks of quick Afghanistan withdrawal ahead of schedule as its nation strongly opposes the Afghan war and prefers a road to peace. To make the matter worse, the US’s closest ally country, Pakistan’s president was quoted in an interview published in France as saying” Coalition forces are losing war against Taliban in Afghanistan.”
As things stand, there is a growing tendency among the mainstream media to unveil the facts and figures of the war and what is going in Afghanistan under the cover of “War on Terror.” In parallel with this, WikiLeaks’ editor-in-chief said he would not withhold the mountains of classified information on Afghan war from disclosure under the pressure from the Pentagon and CIA, adding the massive classified information would blow the US cover and lift the lid on the its covert activities in Afghanistan and the drug-smuggling from Afghanistan into USA.
On the other hand, the associated press has published a confirmed and precise report, denying the NATO claim that its soldiers killed in Afghanistan over the past nine years brings the NATO troops’ fatalities to a total of 1500, according to the associated press count, the deaths and injuries take the NATO soldiers killed in Afghanistan since the US invasion of Afghanistan to 40000 (forty thousand), bringing the US and allies soldiers killed in Afghanistan since the collapse of Taliban to 36413, and the injuries to more than 30000.
According to the associated press release, the overall number of foreign soldiers killed over the 9-year long Afghan war hits 44135, taking the injury toll to some 30000, giving no further details to determine any country with highest death toll.
In view these facts, the western and US-influenced mainstream media confirms the report issued by the associated press.
It is believed that the US is on the verge of failure militarily and morally and every step taken by it arouses intense anger and strong resentment among Afghan nation who can never tolerate the civilian casualties in Afghanistan, and the fact remains that US is to kill friends and allies as a means of subjugation to its will and power, at the same time, the US forces are morally bound by some of their religious circles to increase obscenity among the Afghan masses and make them show total disregard for Islam and deviation against it, and have the Afghan masses commit every wrongdoing and obscenity regardless of their religious and moral value, whereas they are not ready for the betrayal of their own religion and sacrosanct at any cost.
It is high time the US realized the sensitivity and enormity of the situation and the fact that the victory on the ground against Mujahideen in Afghanistan is not above zero, as the Afghan Islam-loving nation have never been subjugated throughout the Afghan history which is why the brave Mujahideen have brought the coalition of 43 countries to its knee and caused the US and its allies soldiers undergo mental-healing diseases who would rather commit suicide than fight against Mujahideen.

The news report released under the headline “Taliban execute women in public” featured the breaking news of Monday, August 09, 2010, published and given a tremendous coverage by a number of mainstream media outlets.
To be frank, such mainstream media outlets have nothing to do with propagating the ground realities in Afghanistan, what they really have to do is to pin anything on Taliban that can defame them and tarnish the Mujahideen movement, no matter how much they have to overstep the bounds of media ethics.
Indeed, when we scrutinize we find that there are some technical flaws and lack of balance in what they have reported in the news about the stated women that we want to pinpoint before we confirm the truth of the news report.
“Taliban execute woman in public” this is to say (Qisas). And Qisas (execution) is an Islamic Sharia term meaning retaliatory punishment of a murderer, whereas the term does not refer to adultery. Take for example Ahmad, who killed Mahmood deliberately or unjustly, in such case, the Islamic jurisprudence carry out Qisas (execution).
Without the media weighing the scientific accuracy and determining the truth of the news report, it has used the term execution, some reports even said she was lashed 100 times and shot in her heart, the others said she was lashed 200 times and shot three times in the head, these reports are nothing more then mere propaganda and are against the professionalism and media ethics.
In the light of Islamic law, the stoning and lashings are carried out under certain cases, when a man and a woman are convicted of adulatory. When an unmarried male commits adultery with an unmarried female, they should be lashed. In case of a married male committing adultery with a married female, they should be stoned.
According to some media reports, saying that a 40-year-old pregnant widow was lashed and later shot dead in public is an unusual and preposterous event of its kind, a novelty in the history of the Islamic law which has never been heard of.
If, according to some news reports, she was a widow, then she was married who should have been stoned not lashed and shot, in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Let say, she was unmarried, according to Islamic law, she should have only been lashed 100 times rather than 200 times and she should not have been shot.
To put it bluntly, such courts as previously ordered to cut off Aisha’s nose and ears in Uruzgan province and this time decided that a 40-yea-old woman should be flogged and shot instead of stoning in Badghis province are rarity and can only be created and operated by the US and the mainstream media which is an intrinsic aspect of American imperialism and is being utilized to defame the Mujahideen.
However, the dignified media outlets are reminded to observe their code of neutrality and should not be bent on tarnishing their good name for American hegemony.

UPDATE: Flashpoint Partners released a transcript of Shaykh Abū Sufyān al-Azdī (Sa’īd al-Shehrī) most recent audio message titled: “United to Overthrow Al-Saud.” Here is a brief abstract of the transcript and below it is the entire transcript:
On August 10, 2010, an audiotape featuring Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) senior commander Sheikh Abu Sufian al-Azdi (a.k.a. Saeed al-Shehri) titled “Together: To Overthrow Al-Saud” was released. Al-Azdi claimed that “the Jews and the apostates from the rulers of the Arabian Peninsula are in an alliance that was formed by America, and Iran and their Arab Shiite supporters in the region are in another alliance…And what is expected is for the war to begin by the Jews against Iran, and the reality of the battle will be in the land of the Peninsula and the ash-Sham [Middle East]: the Jews in the ash-Sham and Iran in the Peninsula.” Calling for the overthrow of the Saudi government, al-Azdi requested support from “those who belong to the military air-force, or officials in weapons storages, or officials in the army or the interior, or centers of operation and media rooms.” Specifically, he asked those who work “in the Ministry of Interior and who can bring important information that may benefit the mujahideen in assigning their targets—like houses and roads and the officer of Ministry of Interior officials—then he must send it to us via the military email that belongs to the [al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula] Organization.” And al-Azdi urged “any of you who is a pilot should search of martyrdom above the skies of Palestine, and any of you who work in the navy should point his weapon against the Jews there and receive the honor of martyrdom…”

NOTE: Sa’īd al-Shehrī is of Saudi background and was one of the first prisoners at Guantánamo Bay, arriving January 21, 2002. He spent six years in Guantánamo prior to being repatriated to Saudi Arabia and enrolled in their rehabilitation program. Afterwards, he went to Yemen and has since been considered the deputy leader of al-Qā’idah in the Arabian Peninsula. It was reported this past December that al-Shehrī was killed in a drone strike and then in January 2010 was captured by the Yemeni government. All these claims were false, though, since al-Shehrī later released an audio message denying allegations that he was dead.
