This week, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, released a rare public message in which he declared the creation of several new “provinces” in various Arab countries. It was the first time that he and his organization have acknowledged groups that have pledged baya (religiously binding oath of allegiance) to the so-called “Islamic State” since the announcement of its “Caliphate” six months ago. The audio message offers insight into the group’s expansion model and its plans for exacerbating religious tensions between Sunnis and Shiites beyond Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon. Whether Western governments want to admit it or not, the reality is that the Islamic State has expanded in a non-contiguous manner outside its base and now has authority over satellite groups and small amounts of territory outside Iraq and the Levant.

As the Islamic State/ISIS continues its offensives in Iraq and Syria, it is steadily gaining support from individuals and groups around the world. Most significantly, a relatively new global jihadist group in Libya — Majlis Shura Shabab al-Islam (the Islamic Youth Shura Council), or MSSI — announced last weekend that its claimed territory in the city of Darnah was now part of the ISIS “caliphate.” Although ISIS leaders have not commented on this proclamation or formally “annexed” this land into the Islamic State, MSSI’s move suggests a potential future approach to expansion that differs from al-Qaeda’s franchising model. It could also illustrate how national borders and contiguous landmass may be irrelevant to how ISIS will grow its caliphate beyond the Levant and Mesopotamia.

::بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ::

الحمد لله معزِ الإسلام بنصره، ومُذلّ الشركِ بقهره، ومصرِّف الأمور بأمره، و مستدرجِ الكافرين بمكره، الذي قدّر الأيام دولاً بعدله ، وجعل العاقبة للمتقين بفضله
والصلاة والسلام على من أعلى اللهُ منار الإسلام بسيفِه
:أمَّا بعد

{قال الله-عز و جل- في محكم آياته :  {وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ

وفي الصحيحين عن النعمان بن بشير -رضي الله عنه
قال : قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه و سلم- : {مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتراحمهم وتعاطفهم مثل الجسد إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى سائر الجسد بالسهر والحمى}
و في صحيح مسلم عن أبي هريرة –رضي الله عنه- أن النبي-صلى الله عليه و سلم- قال : { المسلم أخو المسلم : لا يظلمه ولا يحقره ولا يخذله }
والأدلة في وجوب نصرة المسلمين، والنهي عن خذلانهم،كثيرة في كتاب الله، وسنة رسوله-صلى الله عليه و سلم-
ولهذا كان لزاماً علينا نحن في مجلس شورى شباب الإسلام، نصرة هذه الدولة الإسلامية المظلومة، التي عاداها القريب و البعيد
سواءً من الكفار، أو المنافقين، أو مرضى النفوس ،و نقول لكم، هذه هي طريق الأنبياء و المرسلين –
قل لي متى سلم الرسولُ وصحبُه *** والتابعونَ لهم على الإحسانِ
من جاهلٍ ومعاندٍ ومنافقٍ *** ومحاربٍ بالبغي والطغيانِ
وتظن أنك وارثٌ لهمُ وما *** ذقت الأذى في نصرة الرحمنِ

و نقول لشيخنا الكرار أبي بكر القرشي البغدادي -حفظه الله-
امض على بركة الله، و لا تلتفت إلى الوراء

و اجعل همك رضا الله وحده ، فوالله لن يخزيك الله أبداً  -مادمت في طاعة الله
فلقد نصرت دينه، و حكمت شرعه، و جاهدت أعداءه،  و فككت الآسارى، أنت و جندك الأوفياء الغيارى ، فلله دركم ، وعلى الله أجركم .

و نقول لجنود دولة الإسلام, الله الله في طاعة الله ، ورسوله-صلى الله عليه و سلم-  و طاعة أمرائكم في المعروف
فإنكم لا تنصرون بعدد ولا عدة, وإنما تنصرون بطاعة الله-عز و جل-
فلا تغتروا بكثرتكم، قال الله-عز و جل- : { إِن يَنصُرْكُمُ اللّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِن يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَن ذَا الَّذِي يَنصُرُكُم مِّن بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكِّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ }ونقول لأعداء الدولة الإسلامية في العراق و الشام ، موتوا بغيظكم فدولة الإسلام باقية -بإذن الله- لأنه ما كان لله دام واتصل، وما كان لغيره انقطع وانفصل-نحسبهم والله حسيبهم ولا نزكي على الله أحداً – . اللهم كن لدولة الإسلام في العراق و الشام ،اللهم اهدهم و سددهم ،وافتح لهم البلاد و قلوب العباد .
{ وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ }
و صلى الله و سلم على نبينا محمد و على آله و صحبه أجمعين
