Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Blessings and peace be upon His Messenger Muhammad, his family, companions and all who followed his path till the Day of Judgment.
May the peace, the mercy, and the blessings of Allah be upon you!
I would like to say that the Mujahideen of Ghalghaycho (Ingushetia) are remain faithful to oath of allegiance to the Caucasus Emirate Emir Dokku Abu Usman (AKA Dokku Umarov), and we’re not going to refuse this oath as long as Abu Usman is a Muslim and protects the religion of Allah.
We are not panicking that infidels brought us into “the black list of terrorists”, for us it is yet another confirmation that we are on the right path.
We know Emir Dokku Umarov as a sincere and decent Muslim, resistant Mujahid, soft with the believers and stern with the infidels.
We also declare that the tricks of infidels, political games of hypocrites and faint-hearted do not metter to us, since as we came out to the path of Allah to exalt His Word and establish His religion. And just pure intention and adherence to the Koran and Sunnah are lie on us, and the result of our deeds depends entirely on the Mercy of Allah.
We are aware that one of the major goals of our enemies is split our unity and sow seeds of doubt in our rulers. But we also know that unity is our religious duty, because Almighty Allah said:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided!”
And we know that obedience to the Emir as long as he stays within the boundaries of Islam is our duty, as Allah said:
“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you”.
Praise be to Allah, Who gave us the Emir, with whom we are happy, let Allah be pleased with him!
We reaffirm our Bayat (oath) to Abu Usman and call upon all Mujahideen of the Caucasus do the same.
And praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

Хвала Аллаху, Господу миров. Благословение и мир Его посланнику Мухаммаду, его семье, сподвижникам, и всем, кто последовал его пути до Судного Дня.
Ассаламу алейкум ва рахматуллахи ва баракатух
Я хочу заявить, что муджахиды ГIалгIайче по-прежнему верны присяге амиру Имарата Кавказ Абу Усману Докку Умарову, и мы не собираемся отказываться от этой присяги до тех пор, пока Абу Усман остается мусульманином и защищает религию Аллаха.
Мы не паникуем, что кафиры внесли нас в «черный список террористов», для нас это еще одно подтверждение того, что мы на правильном пути.
Мы знаем амира Докку как искреннего и достойного мусульманина, стойкого муджахида, мягкого с верующими и сурового к кафирам. Мы также заявляем, что уловки кафиров, политические игры лицемеров и малодушных не имеют для нас значения, так как мы вышли на путь Аллаха, чтобы возвысить Его Слово и установить Его Религию. И на нас лежит лишь чистота намерения и следование Корану и Сунне, а результат наших дел зависит целиком от Милости Аллаха.
Мы осознаем, что одна из важнейших целей наших врагов – это разбить наше единство и вселить сомнения в наших амирах. Но мы также знаем, что единство – это наша религиозная обязанность, так как сказал Всевышний Аллах: «Держитесь за вервь Аллаха все вместе, и не разделяйтесь!». И мы знаем, что подчинение амиру до тех пор, пока он остается в границах Ислама – наш долг, так как сказал Аллах: «О те, которые уверовали! Повинуйтесь Аллаху, повинуйтесь Посланнику и обладателям власти из вас». Хвала Аллаху, Который дал нам амира, которым мы довольны, да будет доволен им Аллах!
Мы еще раз подтверждаем наш байат Абу Усману и призываем всех муджахидов Кавказа поступить также.
И Хвала Аллаху, Господу миров.
