The stooge Kabul regime forces have been carrying out an operation against Mujahideen for the past 9 days in Pul-e-Khumri district’s Dand-e-Ghori and Shahabuddin areas, Baghlan province, in which they have failed at making any progress and have been forced to retreat on a daily basis due to heavy losses.
The stooge regime forces are continually shelling civilian homes which has caused the destruction of tens of compounds and has displaced the locals.
On top of this the enemy has launched a propaganda campaign against Mujahideen by targeting electricity towers with heavy weaponry, either completely destroying or putting out of service 3 pylons.
The Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate have not destroyed electricity towers in any area and neither do they consider it beneficial for Jihad and our people. If we had plans of destroying electricity towers, there are many pylons in Mujahideen controlled areas running all the way up to Kabul which have never been touched.
The Islamic Emirate announces that if any technical team seeks to restore electricity pylons destroyed by the enemy in Dand-e-Ghori and Shahabuddin areas of Pul-e-Khumri then the Mujahideen invite them to dispatch technicians and all the needed equipment to the area; Mujahideen will not only not create problems but will even do their utmost to provide security.
Our ongoing Jihadi process stresses upon protection of general utility structures and no Mujahid believes nor has any intention of causing them damage.
