ﻟﺴﻤﺎﺡ ﺑﻘﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺭﺓ
ﻫﺬﺍ ﺟﺰﺀ ﻣﻌﺪَّﻝٌ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻛﺘﺒﺘﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ 4 ﺳﻨﻮﺍﺕ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﺃﺛﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ :
1. ﻋﻠﻤﺎﺀ ﺍﻷﻣﺔ ﻭﺩﻋﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﻭﺍﺟﺐ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ : ﻭﺍﺟﺐ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻴﻮﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻲ ﻭﺃﺫﻧﺎﺑﻪ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺮﺩﺍﺩ ﻛﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻭﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺸﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﻛﻠﻬﺎ .
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻹﺛﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﻟﻘﻀﺎﻳﺎ – ﻛﻘﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺭﺓ – ﺻﺮﻑٌ ﻣﻮﺟﻬﺎ ﻟﺪﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺓ ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻈﻴﻤﺔ ﻭﺗﻬﺰﻳﻞٌ ﻟﺼﻮﺭﺗﻬﻢ ﻟﻴﺒﺪﻭﺍ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻬﻢ ﺧﺼﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﻣﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺸﻨﺠﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺠﺮﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﺮﻳﺪﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻤﻨﻌﻮﻫﺎ ” ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻬﺎ ” ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻌﻴﺪﻭﻥ ﻋﻦ ﻫﻤﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺮﻭﻋﺔ ﻭﻋﻦ ﻗﻀﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﻷﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻴﺮﻳﺔ .
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﺑﻞ، ﺗَﺼَﺪُّﺭ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺓ ﻟﻤﻬﻤﺘﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻈﻴﻤﺔ ﻣﺪﻋﺎﺓ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺼﺒﺢ ﺑﻌﺾ ﻫﺆﻻﺀ ” ﺍﻟﺨﺼﻮﻡ ” ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺘﺮَﺿﻴﻦ ﺷﺮﻛﺎﺀ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺸﻐﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺑﻤﻌﺎﺭﻙ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻴﺔ .
2. ﻻ ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺃﺑﺪﺍ ﺭﺳﻢ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﻗﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﺮﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻬﻮﻳﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ! ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻣﻨﻌﺘﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻤﻴﺔ ﻓﺈﻧﻬﺎ ﺣﻤﺖ ﺑﻴﻀﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺣﺮﺳﺖ ﺑﻼﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻔﺴﺪﻳﻦ !! ﻓﻔﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺫﺭٌّ ﻟﻠﺮﻣﺎﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻮﻥ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻀﻴﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻠﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻔﺎﺻﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ !
3. ﻻ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸﺔ ﻗﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺭﺓ ﺑﻤﻌﺰﻝ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ ﻣﺘﻜﺎﻣﻠﺔ، ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺇﻓﺴﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺘﻴﺎﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﻠﺴﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺟﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗُﺒﺚ ﺑﻘﻨﻮﺍﺕ ﻳﻤﻠﻜﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻨﻔﺬﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻤﻴﺔ، ﺛﻢ ﺇﺳﻜﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺻﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻜِﺮﺓ ﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻹﻓﺴﺎﺩ ﻭﺗﻐﻴﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﺔ، ﺛﻢ ﻳﺮﺍﺩ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻟﻠﻔﺘﺎﺓ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﻨﻘﻞ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﺳﻂ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺭُﻓﻌﺖ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺤﺼﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻧﺘﺸﺮﺕ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻌﻮﺭﺓ ﻟﺘﻄﺒﻖ ﻫﻲ ﻭﻳﻄﺒﻖ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺮﻭﻧﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺷﺎﺷﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻨﻔﺬﻳﻦ !!
ﻓﺒﻐﺾ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺣﻜﻢ ﻗﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺭﺓ ﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻭﻟﺔ ﺇﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ، ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻹﺷﻜﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻮﻇﻴﻒ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﺿﻤﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ ﺍﻹﻓﺴﺎﺩ .
ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺴﺘﺜﻴﺮ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻼﺀ ﻭﻳﺪﻓﻌﻬﻢ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ . ﻭﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺮﻳﻖ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﺆﻻﺀ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻼﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺔ، ﻭﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺔ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ” ﻣﺸﺎﻳﺦ ﻭﻻﺓ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ” ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﺤﺮﻣﻮﻥ ﻗﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﻟﻠﺴﻴﺎﺭﺓ ﻭﻳﺼﺪﺭﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﺎﻭﻯ ﻟﺘﺒﺮﻳﺮ ﻗﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺃﻣﺮﻳﻜﺎ ﻟﺤﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ !
ﻟﻜﻦ ﻧﻨﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻀﻼﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺫﻛﺮﻧﺎﻩ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺗﺸﺘﻴﺖ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻮﻳﺔ ﻧﺴﺒﻴﺎ، ﻭﺍﺩﺧﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺪ ﻟﺠﺬﻭﺭ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ ﺍﻹﻓﺴﺎﺩ .
4. ﻳﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺘﺒﺎﻛﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ : ﺃﻭﻟﻰ ﺑﻜﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﺒﺎﻛﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﻴﺒﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺠﻮﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﺫﺍﺗﻬﺎ !
ﺃﻭﻟﻰ ﺑﻜﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﺒﺎﻛﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻣﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺯﻭﺟﺎﺕ ﻭﺃﺧﻮﺍﺕ ﻋﺸﺮﺍﺕ ﺁﻻﻑ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻘﻠﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳُﻌﺘﻘﻠﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﻤﻠﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺗﻲ ﻳﻌﺸﻦ ﻛﺎﺑﻮﺳﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮﺍ ﻭﻳﺘﺠﺮﻋﻦ ﺍﻷﺳﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻳﻮﻡ ﻭﻫﻦ ﻳﻌﻠﻤﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﺮﺽ ﻟﻪ ﺫﻭﻳﻬﻦ !
ﺃﻭﻟﻰ ﺑﻜﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﺒﺎﻛﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﻔﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺗﻲ ﻳﺘﻤﻨﻴﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺠﻠﺴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺣﻀﺎﻥ ﺁﺑﺎﺋﻬﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻘﻠﻴﻦ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﻌﻠﻤﻦ ﻛﻢ ﺳﺘﻤﺘﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻧﺎﺓ !

After medicines and medical personnel were deliberately obstructed to clinics and health centers in Uruzgan province by the Kabul regime’s officials the building have been closed, too.
The Islamic Emirate has permitted clinks and health centers to operate under its controlled areas without any problem.
However recently relevant officials of stooge Kabul administration created difficulties for health centers in Uruzgan province and the centers faced serious obstacles.
There are no medical personnel and medicines in all health centers of the province, especially in areas under the control of Islamic Emirate obstacles were made and medicine and other accessories were closed. Which are privately sold by the Kabul administration officials and the salary of the public health personnel goes to private pockets.
As these health centers were without any doctors and medicines the Islamic Emirate closed these health centers to not hurt people to bring their patients from remote areas to health centers expecting to be operational but are not so and to seek a principle solution to the problem.
If the Kabul administration’s authorities and its affiliate organizations provide health personnel, medicines and relevant accessories and stop corruption in health centers of central and suburbs of the province without creating any difficulties for them we have no any issue with the functions of health centers.
We have not closed any health center yet rather regime authorities have intentionally suspended its functions.
