New statement from Qārī' Yusef Aḥmadī of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks on the Baseless Claim of Presence of Children in the Ranks of Mujāhidīn"

As in the past, the propaganda outfits of the enemy claim now  time and again that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan use children and adolescents in their Jihadic operations. They also claim that there are a great number of children in the ranks of the Mujahideen. We would like to make it clear for all that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has strictly banned participation of adolescents in Jihadic operations as per its policy. The 12th article of the Book of Conduct of Mujahideen, gives Mujahideen the following guidance in this regard:
“Article 29: The teenagers (boys with no beards) are legally banned to stay in hostels and military centers with Mujahideen.”
Abiding by the instructions of the Books of Conduct in their dispensation of Jihadic activities, the Mujahideen have strictly seen to the implementation of the articles of the Book of Conduct of Mujahideen, by not allowing youngsters to join their ranks. Despite these realities, if the enemy is still bent on circulating futile claims or some propaganda outfits continue harping on the same issue, then it can be said, it is only their propaganda stunt. It is a matter of irony that nothing is said about the Kabul Puppet Regime regarding this issue while almost half of their security personnel comprise of adolescents. According to an estimate, 45% of police, public security units and private security companies personnel consist of either children or adolescents. These children have joined the ranks of the enemy on the enemy’s luring, taking advantage of their ignorance and lack of knowledge. They have never joined the ranks out of any rationale motive.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on human rights organizations to pay attention to this issue and prevent the enemy from using the adolescents of the Afghan nation for furthering their unlawful goals.

New statement from Qārī' Muḥammad Yusūf Aḥmadī of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Remarks About the Baseless Claims of 'Abd al-Khaliq Malekzai"

A person who calls himself Abdul Khaliq Malekzai has had audio interview with some media outlets, claiming that he was envoy of Taliban and wanted to reach reconciliation with the so-called Kabul Administration. He said that he was already engaged in talks (with
the stooge Administration). He also claimed that there are 12,000 Taliban who agree with his program and talks are continuing with 6, 000 more Taliban to persuade them to join the reconciliation process with the State.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, like before, strongly refutes these baseless and fatuous claims and considers them as failed endeavors on the part of the enemy in a series of its psychological warfare. No member of the Islamic Emirate, whether a high-ranking or low-ranking Mujahid, has ever contacted any side for talks directly or indirectly.
It is no more than mere propaganda and lies  that some faceless persons appear in media time and again  and claim,  they are envoys of the Islamic Emirate appointed for  ( participation) in  the talks. In fact, they are hirelings of the enemy and their stooges.
As the  enemy is facing defeats in every part of the country and has lost its warfare   capability in face of the Mujahideen, so  it is trying to confuse the public opinion and distract their attention—an effort  by invaders  to cover up their defeat and weakness.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has a clear stance as regards the negotiation. The Islamic Emirate is not ready to have talks in condition of presence of the invaders.  This should be made clear that talks in condition of the occupation gives legitimacy to the present Puppet Administration and to the occupation itself. This is a disloyalty to and betrayal with the cause and  aspirations of the Mujahid people of Afghanistan.

New statement from Qārī' Yūsef Aḥmadī, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: "Regarding the Rumors of Ceasefire in Sangin District"

For the past two days,  reports have been appearing in some local and international media outlets,  originating from the rumors spread by the enemy that in Sarwan Kalla of Sangin district, Helmand province,  local people along with the Mujahideen have reached a ceasefire with the enemy. They say,  that they have  agreed to avoid attacking the enemy in the area.   The rumors are being  disseminated by Gulab Mangal –  Helmand province  governor who has  been nominated by the Americans—in a time that the jihad activities of the Mujahideen in Sangin district  like operations  of  Mujahideen in other parts of the Helmand province, are in full swing and are continuing unremittingly. Then what would be the motive of the enemy behind such fatuous claims of ceasefire?   In our view, the enemy is weary of  the war  now and facing defeat at the battle field. Therefore, they want to erect an illusive pillar to support its stance and give empty hopes of victory to soldiers who are  now sagging from exhaustion and fatigues.
Time and again, the enemy spread rumors about areas which are inaccessible to media. Previously, the enemy had claimed that Mujahideen had executed a ten years old boy in the same locality of the Sangin district. But subsequent investigation proved the claim to be a mere baseless allegation.  The local leaders of the Islamic Emirate made investigation about this event. They did not come across any incident in Helmand or in the said area to indicate  the Mujahideen or the local people have reached a deal with the enemy. Therefore, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan refutes these baseless claims of the enemy. Those media outlets which have published the report or are publishing it now, commit violation of journalistic code.
The common Afghans and mainstream media outlets should take their precaution  as regards  the enemy’s  propaganda. The enemy now only relies on hypes. It resorts to disseminating some fatuous and unbelievable reports every day and week, so our astute people and the Mujahideen should not allow the enemy to succeed in these schemes.
