NOTE: As I was privately discussing with Christopher Anzalone yesterday, this seems like a more effective tactic than the long-winded lectures that Ẓawāhirī has been giving. That said, I’m unsure that this will sway anyone either. An article like this may have more appeal if the Muslim Brothers were to gain power and then did not live up to the expectations of their followers and they became disillusioned. Either way, this is all speculation at this moment so take it with a grain of salt.
