New statement from al-Qā’idah in the Islamic Maghrib: “And That Day The Believers Will Rejoice”

The title of this release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 30:4. Here it is in full: “Within three to nine years. To God belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice.”
