New video message from The Islamic State: "And If You Punish [An Enemy, Oh Believers], Punish With An Equivalent Of That With Which You Were Harmed – Wilāyat Ḥimṣ"

The title of this video release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 16:126. Here it is in full: “And if you punish [an enemy, Oh believers], punish with an equivalent of that with which you were harmed. But if you are patient – it is better for those who are patient.”
