In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The repeated betrayal of the criminal gang that governs the Muslim Nation in Algeria is still continuing.

After betraying Islam, insulting Muslims sanctities, and stealing Muslims resources to please their masters from East and West; the criminal ruling gang is turning now against (the misled) from (the Municipal Guards) who sacrificed their lives to protect the thrones of the criminals, which were about to fall under the Mujahidin strikes.
Instead of appreciating those men!!! The betrayal gang had treated the (misled) from the Municipal Guards in the same way that the Algerian people had experienced before; they have been beaten with (Batons), murdered, and arrested. It’s a betrayal to add to the list of betrayals of this criminal gang which dominates Algeria. As if this case, of the (misled) guards with the (betrayal gang), is the same that Allah Almighty had described in the Quran. “Like Satan when he says to man: Disbelieve, but when he disbelieves! Satan says: I am free of you, I fear Allah, the Lord of all that exists!”, (translation of the meaning of Quran). 
Thus, it’s clear now that this betrayal gang is looking for its personal interest only, and following the foreign (Agendas) only, with its only rule: (the end justifies the means).
Everyone who is cooperating with this criminal gang in any kind of cooperation might receive the same end-of-service reward like those (misled) agents from the municipal guard. And who will learn from the mistakes of others is the happy one!.

And to complete the (call to repentance) that has been issued by al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, which states that we are not going to pursue anyone who gave up his weapon, and detached himself from the fight against the Mujahidin.
We are now informing the (misled) in the Municipal Guard officers who were dismissed from their sinful jobs that we are not pursuing them only if they cut their connections with the military and security bodies, and if they do not help them in any way against the Mujahidin. If not! And if we found a legitimate evidence against anyone of them! Then he should blame no one but himself!

Allah knows the intention behind our deeds, Allah is the One who guide to the right path, and praise is to Allah.
Glory belongs to Allah, His Prophet, and the believers.
