UPDATE 6/16/12 3:10 PM: Here is an English translation of the below Arabic statement:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
The Almighty says: (And had there not been Allah’s repelling some people by others, certainly there would have been pulled down cloisters and churches and synagogues and mosques in which Allah’s name is much remembered; and surely Allah will help him who helps His cause; most surely Allah is Strong, Mighty) 40 Surah Al-Hajj.
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… أما بعد:
In a response to the confiscations of mosques and properties owned by the Muslims Ahli Sunnah throughout the country, which is execution of the Satanic Rafidi scheme and the Safavid Iranian project to expand, spread and impose a new reality in this country, where everything that is linked to Ahli Sunnah is seized.
Under the guidance from War ministry of the Islamic State of Iraq may Allah glorify it and give it empowerment on earth, to repel the aggression of the Rafida and deter them and repulse their evil and to break the back of who supported them and became a mount for them from the Sunni traitors, a new series of the organized military and security action was launched which its heralds was with the blessed Ghazwa by demolition of the stronghold of polytheism and cunning against Ahli Sunnah the Department of Shiite Waqf, which turned to rubble with the grace of Allah and with the deeds of his Auliyâ’.
Then came the new wave on Wednesday simultaneously and with high coordinated between the Wilayahs and the known discipline as is known of the soldiers of the State of Islam, after He guided them to keep their trust on them and gave them success to take what he facilitated from Sharia and material reasons, despite the size of the operations, its variety and the many mujahidin who know about it, despite the mobilization of the Safavid government to the herds of its security services to prepare for their polytheist visit and their pilgrimage to the graves of whom they worship, since the was surprised by it and its body swayed and it floundered in its words and actions, so it was another crushing strike to what it blusterers about of failed security plans every now and then and it being promoted by the mouthpieces of the crusader media.
The blessed operations were distributed after selecting the targets accurately and it were security headquarters, military patrols, gatherings for the Dajal army filth, elimination of heads of Kufr from the security, military and administrative leadership of the Green Zone government and all who became a mount for them from the traitors who are affiliated to Ahli Sunnah, and the details of these operations will be published after they are documented in the periodical statements of the information ministry.
Alhamdulillah for his favors, and we ask Allah to accept the work of everyone who contributed and participated in this Ghazwah, and increase for them the reward which he promised His slaves, He is the sponsor of that and capable of that.

يقول تعالى: { وَلَوْلا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لَّهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ} [الحج: من الآية40]
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… أما بعد:
فردّاً على عمليات مُصادرة المساجد والأراضي والأملاك العائدة للمسلمين أهل السنّة في طول البلاد وعرضها، تنفيذاً للمخطّط الشيطانيّ الرافضي والمشروع الإيرانيّ الصفوي في التمدّد والانتشار وفرض واقعٍ جديدٍ في هذه البلاد، يُستباحُ فيه كلّ ما يمتّ لأهل السنّة بصلة..
وبتوجيه من وزارة الحرب بدولة العراق الإسلاميّة أعزّها الله ومكّن لها في الأرض، ردّاً لعادية الرافضة وردعاً لهم ودفعاً لشرّهم وكسراً لظهر من ناصرهم وصار مطيّة لهم من خونة السنّة، انطلقت سلسلة جديدة من العمل العسكري والأمني المنظّم بدأت تباشيره بالغزوة المباركة في دكّ معقل الشّرك والمكر بأهل السنة في دائرة الوقف الشّيعي، والتي صار مقرّها أثراً بعد عينٍ بفضل الله وبأفعال أوليائه.
ثمّ جاءت الموجة الجديدة في يومِ الأربعاء بصورة متزامنة وتنسيقٍ عالٍ بين الولايات وانضباط مشهودٍ كما هو العهد بجنود الدّولة الإسلاميّة، بعد أن هداهم الله للتوكّل عليه ووفّقهم للأخذ بما يسّره من الأسباب المادّية والشرعية، فرغم حجم العمليّات وانتشارها وتنوعها وكثرة العارفين بها من المجاهدين، ورغم استنفار الحكومة الصفوية لقطعان أجهزتها الأمنية استعداداً لزيارتهم الشركية وحجّهم لقبور معبوديهم، فقد تفاجأ بها العدو وترنّح جسده وتخبطت أقواله وأفعاله، فكانت ضربةً قاصمة أخرى لما يتبجّح به من خطط أمنيّة خائبة يُعلن عنها بين حين وآخر وتروّج لها أبواق الإعلام الصّليبي.
وتوزّعت العمليات المباركة بعد انتخاب الأهداف بدقّة بين مقارّ أمنيّة ودوريات عسكرية وتجمّعات لأقذار جيش الدجّال وتصفية لرؤوس الكفر من القيادات الأمنيّة والعسكريّة والإدارية لحكومة المنطقة الخضراء وكلّ من صار مطيّة لها من الخونة المحسوبين على أهل السنة، وسيتمّ نشر تفاصيل هذه العمليات بعد توثيقها في البيانات الدّورية لوزارة الإعلام..
فالحمد لله على نعمائه، ونسأل الله لكلّ من ساهم وشارك في هذه الغزوة قبول العمل، وأن يجزل لهم الثواب الذي وعد به عباده، إنّه وليّ ذلك والقادر عليه.
