NOTE: Looks like Ash-Shām News Brigade is taking a page out of Madad News Agency’s (Yemen) and Martyr News Agency’s (Somalia) newsletters. Appears that newsletters are back in for jihādīs, which was a main medium for jihādīs in the 1990s, though, at that time in print form.
