It appears that the ash-Shamūkh al-Islāmīyyah Arabic Forum after being completely private for the past few months is open again to the public. See my original post about it going private. That said, it does not appear that one can register for the website still. We will see how long this lasts. I’m sure Aaron over at the Internet Haganah will have something interesting to say about this.
