It appears unlike the first installment, the second and third installments were recorded at similar times; their background graphics are the same too. This message was record between the fall of Ben ‘Alī and the fall of Ḥusnī Mubārak. Ẓawāhirī argues that the Americans are installing new regimes in both places, but they should be resisted along with the French. Appears that three audio/videos in, Ẓawāhirī is still trolling out the same old platitudes and really is out of touch of what is going on at the ground level. One wonders when AQ leadership realizes there really has been an intellectual paradigm shift in the Arab world.
