I’m not sure, but I think “Abu Salman” is a nickname for Shaykh Hasan Husayn Adam, a Salafi shaykh in Central Somalia connected to Harakat al-Shabab. I believe he’s in the Middle Shabelle (Shabeellaha) administrative district.
