Two new statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

Regarding the Release of Four Turkish Prisoners: 
Sometime ago, on 26.12.2010, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate detained four Turkish nationals who were working for a Turkish company in Pathan district of Paktya province during series of operations. In view of the blessed and auspicious month of Eid-ul-fitre and on the basis of human sympathy, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan released the prisoners at a locality of Organ district of Paktika province today evening at 7.45 o’clock. Meanwhile , on this occasion, the Islamic emirate wants to urge all foreign and local  employees who work for companies and NGOs, serving the interests of the invaders, to desist from cooperating with the invaders because such work on their part contributes to prolongation of occupation of Afghanistan and oppression of the miserable ( Afghan) people at the hands of the invading forces under the leadership of America.

In Response to the Propaganda about Recruitment of Children in Martyrdom-seeking Attacks:

Recently, some propaganda media outlets have published pictorial reports about the use of young children in martyrdom seeking attacks by Mujahideen. Before touching on the malevolent aspect of the said propaganda, we want to throw light on the Book of Code of Conduct (of Mujahideen) which has been issued by the Islamic Emirate regarding the ban on recruitment of children in the ranks of Mujahideen. Article 69 of the Code of Conduct says:
“ There is a ban on accommodation of adolescents in places where Mujahideen stay and in military centers.”
The ban on the recruitment of children in the ranks of Mujahideen as a rule of Sharia which is subject to (strict) implementation, had already been imposed by the Islamic Emirate prior to the propaganda campaigns of the enemy. The Mujahideen have strictly implemented the instructions at their Jihadic strongholds and fronts, considering it as an administrative bye-law and a Sharia-based obligation intimated to them by their leadership.
It should be said that the Islamic Emirate has not been facing any shortage of manpower of Mujahideen but, contrarily, the Mujahideen have to wait for months in order to carry out their Jihadic task, particularly, the task of martyrdom-seeking operations due to the great number of the recruitment-seekers for the task. Then why there should arise a need for the recruitment of children of young age? This is but a baseless and irrational accusation leveled against Mujahideen by the enemy regarding the recruitment of children. The moribund enemy uses this propaganda as a ploy against the Mujahideen in order to obtain the under given objectives which are:
–The invading troops and their internal puppets are facing a grave danger from the martyrdom-seeking operations of Mujahideen. So they are resorting to means and ways to malign this effective tactical enterprise. Therefore, they bogusly produce children of the employees of their spy agencies before the public of the world, claiming they are martyrdom-seekers and rely on these fake dramas ( as evidence) in their assertions and arguments.
1.On the basis of the claims of the enemy, if we take it for granted that the Mujahideen have recruited children for martyrdom-seeking operations. It would harm the Mujahideen themselves before harming any one else. This is because children are not able to perform such huge and amazing missions, nor they are able to bring to conclusion the martyrdom-seeking operations as an effective military tactic against the given military targets.
2-      Martyrdom-seeking operations need a strong resolutions, military training and deep Islamic knowledge and motive. Children do not have these physical and mental capacities to carry out the task.
3. As it is noticed, our martyrdom-seeking operations involve mass armed clashes ( with the enemy) which continue for several hours or they are car-bomb martyrdom-seeking attacks. They are both beyond the physical and mental capability of children. For example,  ten-hours long mass attacks against military centers and barracks of the enemy in Kabul, Bagram, and other big cities which are guarded by invading troops and other security personnel, are certainly beyond the capacity of a young child and even of an ordinary man. Would any one endued with wisdom and rationality accept the premise that a mere child with minuscule capability, would be able to put up such amazing resistance?
1-      From an angle of Sharia, there are some pre-conditions for any one who wants to carry out martyrdom-seeking operations as:
–His intention should be for the sake of Allah(SwT).
— Should have capability to inflict heavy losses on the enemy.
–should be armed with full military training and capacity.
A child is not able either physically or mentally to meet the above conditions.
Considering the above rational and Sharia-based justification, we can categorically say, that the said baseless accusation of the enemy against the Mujahideen is part of the enemy’s unjustified propaganda. As such, it is a failed and moribund effort of the enemy which will not benefit them . In fact, it was due to these effective tactical operations, that some of the very prominent military rulers from the ranks of the enemy were successfully wiped out and faced the enemy with a crucial threat in combat with the Mujahideen at the field of the battle   both from angles of military and security capabilities. With the passage of each day, this trend has been gaining momentum.

Conclusion of the Holy Qur’ān Competition for Ramaḍān in 1432 under the auspices of the Office of Da’wah:

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:

أقام مكتب الدعوة والتعليم لحركة الشباب المجاهدين يوم الجمعة 26 رمضان 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 26/08/2011 ، الحفل الختامي لمسابقة القرآن الكريم على مستوى الولايات الإسلامية، وقد شهد الحفل مسؤولون من مكتب الدعوة وجمع من العلماء والدعاة وقيادات من الحركة على رأسهم الشيخ علي محمود راجي المتحدث الرسمي لحركة الشباب المجاهدين والشيخ مختار روبو أبو منصور، وكانت مسابقة القرآن الكريم قد أقيمت على ثلاثة مستويات إضافة إلى مسابقة في حفظ كتاب الشمائل المحمدية، وتم تسليم الجوائز للطلاب الفازين في كل مستوى من بين عشرات المتسابقين وهم كالتالي:

المستوى الأول الذي تم التنافس فيه على القرآن الكريم كاملا ثلاثون جزءًا:

الفائز الأول: عباس محمد شيخ علي، من ولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية، ويبلغ من العمر 14 سنة، وقد حاز على مبلغ 2000 دولار ومصحف مرتل وساعة وجهاز دي في دي وإم بي ثري وعدد من الكتب القيمة.
الفائز الثاني: محمد عبد الله آدم، من ولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية، وقد حاز مبلغ 1500 دولار، ومصحف مرتل وساعة وجهاز دي في دي وإم بي ثري وعدد من الكتب القيمة.
الفائز الثالث: زكريا محمد عبدي، من ولاية شابيلى السفلى الإسلامية، حاز على مبلغ 1000 دولار ومصحف مرتل وساعة وجهاز دي في دي وإم بي ثري وعدد من الكتب القيمة.
الفائز الثالث: عبد الله معلن، من ولاية بنادر الإسلامية، ولم يكن من بين الفائزين لكنه كرم كأصغر متاسبق في المستوى الأول ويبلغ عمره 9 سنوات، وقد حاز على مبلغ 300 دولار.

المستوى الثاني وقد تم التنافس فيه على 20 جزءًا من كتاب الله:

الفائز الأول: لبان محمد نور، 13 سنة، من ولاية شبيلى الوسطى، وقد حاز على مبلغ 1000 دولار.
الفائز الثاني: عثمان عمر شريف، 14 سنة، من ولاية جوبا الإسلامية وقد حاز على مبلغ 800 دولار.
الفائز الثالث: شرماركي عبد القادر علي، من ولاية قيذو الإسلامية وقد حاز على مبلغ 600 دولار.

المستوى الثالث وقد تم التنافس فيه على 10 أجزاء من كتاب الله: 

الفائز الأول: محمد شيخ علي إيكو، 12 سنة، من ولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية وقد حاز على مبلغ 600 دولار.
الفائز الثاني: عبد النور آدم نور، 13 سنة، من ولاية باي وبكول الإسلامية، وقد حاز على مبلغ 400 دولار.
الفائز الثالث: أحمد يوسف عبدي، من ولاية هيران الإسلامية وقد حاز على مبلغ200 دولار.

أما مسابقة حفظ كتاب الشمائل المحمدية فقد كان الفائزون فيها كالتالي: 

الأول: حسين عثمان علي، من ولاية هيران الإسلامية وقد حاز على مبلغ 500 دولار.
الثاني: سعيد معلن موسى، حاز على 300 دولار.
الثالث: محمد آدم عقال، من ولاية هيران الإسلامية وقد حاز على مبلغ 200 دولار.

وتأتي هذه المسابقة ضمن عدد من النشاطات الثقافية والتربوية التي يقوم بها مكتب الدعوة التابع لحركة الشباب المجاهدين بهدف تربية الأشبال التربية الدينية وإخراج أجيال تحمل المصحف والسيف جنبا إلى جنب، ولله العزة ولرسول وللمؤمنين.

Decisiveness in the Murder Case in the City of Harardhere in the Islamic State of Mudug:

انتهت يوم الخميس 25 رمضان 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 25/08/2011، وقائع محاكمة رجل قام بقتل أحد المسلمين في إحدى القرى المجاورة لمدينة “حرر ديري” عاصمة ولاية مذق الإسلامية بتسليم الدية إلى أهل المقتول، و كان القتيل قد لقي حتفه يوم 2 من رمضان الجاري و فور وصول الخبر إلى مكتب الحسبة بالمدينة تم القبض على القاتل و وضعه في السجن إلى أن تم الفصل في القضية، وقد أعلن قاضي الولاية ومحافظ المدينة الحكم في أحد ميادين المدينة وتم الإعلان عن انتهاء القضية بقبول أهل القتيل رحمه الله للدية 100 ناقة، جدير بالذكر أن جريمة القتل انخفضت بصورة كبيرة جدا بعد فتح المحاكم الإسلامية وتطبيق الحدود، و لله الحمد و المنة و الفضل.

The Distribution of Aid to the Poor and Needy to Several Islamic States:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 

توزيع مساعدات على الفقراء و المحتاجين في عدة ولاياتإسلامية 1432/09/23 

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
مع اقتراب عيد الفطر المبارك شهدت عدة ولايات إسلامية يوم الثلاثاء 23 رمضان 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 23/08/2011 ، توزيع مساعدات غذائية ومالية على المحتاجين في أماكن مختلفة من الولايات الإسلامية، ففي ولاية هيران الإسلامية تحديدا بمديرية “سلقلي” وَزّعت الولاية مبالغ مالية على أكثر من ألف (1000) شخض من الفقراء والمساكين في المنطقة، و قد حصل كل فرد على مبلغ 100 دولار.
وفي مدينة “كسمايو” عاصمة ولاية جوبا الإسلامية وزّعت الولاية مساعدات على عدد من متضرري الجفاف المقيمين بمعسكر “سمية” الذي أسكنتهم الولاية فيه، وكانت المساعدات مقدمة من الولاية بالتعاون مع تجار المدينة وهي مكونة من 188 شوال من الأرز، و 188 شوال سكر، و 188 جالون زيت، و188 شوال دقيق، و47 علبة من اللبن المجفف، وقد بلغ عدد المستفيدين من المساعدات 831 فردا.
وفي ولاية شابيلى السفلى الإسلامية وزّعت الولاية مساعدات على الفقراء الساكنين على الطريق الموصل بين مدينة “مركا” ومديرية “أفجوي” و الذين بلغ عددهم أكثر من 1280 أسرة ، و تتكون هذه المساعدات من السكر و الأرز و الدقيق و الزيت و أشياء أخرى .
أما ولاية شابيلى الوسطى الإسلامية فقد قامت لجنة إغاثة متضرري الجفاف بمدينة “جوهر” عاصمة الولاية بتوزيع مساعدات على الأسر الفقيرة التي بلغ عددها 800 أسرة، و قد حصلت كل أسرة على 25 كيلوغرام من الأرز، و 15 كيلوغرام من الدقيق، و 3 لتر من الزيت، و2 كيلوغرام من التمر، ولله الحمد والمنة و الفضل.
اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.
اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.

Execution of Three Spies in the Islamic State of Banādir:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 

تنفيذ حكم الإعدام على ثلاثة جواسيس بولاية بنادر الإسلامية1432/09/24 

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
حكمت محكمة ولاية بنادر الإسلامية يوم الأربعاء 24 رمضان 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 24/08/2011 ، بالقتل على 3 جواسيس تم القبض عليهم في الأشهر الماضية، و هم :
1- عبدي بكال معلم الذي تم القبض عليه بتاريخ 1432/07/19
2- حسين محمد عبد الله وقد تم القبض عليه بتاريخ 1432/08/13
3- إبراهيم محمد عبدي وقد تم القبض عليه بتاريخ 1432/05/04 بمدينة ساكو بولاية جوبا الإسلامية.
وقد اعترف الثلاثة بالعمل لصالح حكومة الردة في مجال جمع المعلومات عن المجاهدين وعن من يعاونهم، وبعد أن ثبتت عليهم ممارسة التجسس حكمت عليهم المحكمة بالقتل و قد تم تنفيذ الحكم بأحد ميادين مديرية “دينيلى” بولاية بنادر الإسلامية وبحضور عدد كبير من المسلمين المقيمين بالمديرية.

Surrender and Repentance from a Soldier in the Islamic State of Hīrān:

استسلام وتوبة جندي بولاية هيران الإسلامية1432/09/24

أقامت إدارة مديرية “بلدوين” بولاية هيران الإسلامية يوم الأربعاء 24 رمضان 1432 هـ الموافق لـ: 24/08/2011، احتفالا بمقر الولاية بمناسبة توبة الجندي (حاشي محمد فارح ) الذي كان يعمل في صفوف مليشيات الردة الموجودة قرب تقاطع” كلبير” القريب من الحدود الإثيوبية، و قد حضر المناسبة عدد من زعماء العشيرة والمسؤولين بالولاية و وَالدي الجندي وعدد من أقاربه، وبعد إعلان الجندي توبته عبر الإذاعات الإسلامية المحلية تحدث مسؤولو الولاية أيضا و رحبوا بتوبته وسُمح له بأن يعيش مواطنا مسلما آمنا كباقي المسلمين.

New statement from Wilāyah Dagestān of the Caucasus Emirate: "Statement of the Mujāhidīn of the Kadar Zone – West Dagestān’s Central Sector"

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, Peace and Blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and his companions, as well as those who followed them till the Day of Judgement!
And then:

We, the Mujahideen of the Kadar zone of W. Dagestan’s central sector, make this statement in connection with the elimination of Magomed Makhdiev on July 10 (in Karamakhi, Buynaksk district). He was an enemy of Allah and an enemy of Muslims, the Imam of the hypocrites and apostates in Karamakhi. For many years he worked closely with the infidels and was proud of his dog’s anti-Islamic activities. He not only prevented the spread of Islamic knowledge, but also distorted the religion of Allah in every way possible, and was defiant to His Laws. When someone asked him to explain the hukm of the one who drink alcohol, according to Sharia, he said: “As long as the entire prosecutor’s office, starting with Yeltsin and Magomedali (1), will not be for the establishment of Sharia law, I too will not.” We warn all the explicit assistants of the infidels from the [power] organs and their puppets, and all those who help them in every way in the fight against Islam and the Mujahideen, and all those who distort the religion of Allah, spreading Shirk (idolatry) and Bida (innovations) among Muslims, and discouraging Muslims from Jihad in Allah’s way: Take a look around yourself! Many of those who opposed the Muslims in 1999 and killed them after 1999, have already found their death and punishment in this world. Many of them are no longer. Do not think you’re safe! Do not think that you will not be punished in this Dunya and in the Akhira. If you keep your anti-Islamic “work” and do not leave your ungodly things, then you face the same fate as your “associates.” We have lists of all those involved in crimes against Islam and Muslims, and we are working and will, Insha’Allah, work on these lists. Below there is a list of names, expecting their lot, among the enemies of Allah and the enemies of the believers:

Ali Alibekov 

In 1999, when a son of Gubden – Ahmad – was killed, he shouted to the Muslims: “Where is your Allah, why He does not help you? As for us, our OMON help us! “

Ali-Kadi Kadiev

Alcoholic. Drunking during the month of Ramadan. Together with his son Amaem, they burned a house where surviving Muslims gathered after the ‘miliatry operation’, and they gave them false informations. His youngest son was in the milita against the Muslims.

Zaynudin Zaynutov 
FSB collaborator. Outspoken opponent of Islam. Back in 1994, he said: “The 6th division proposed us: you go against the Jamaat (2), and we will finish [the job]“
Shapi Gadisov, Khussein, son of Sagidula
According to the former vice deputy head of the 6th Division Gamzat Gamzatov, they [Shapi and Khuseyn] are also agents of the same department.
Nabi, son of Paykhomat
Paykhomat himself sold the mosque for 3000 rubles to drug addicts, they transformed it into a brothel (A’udhu Billah).

Known to have exhumed Mujahideen’s bodies and shouted: “Are these martyrs?” He abused, in every way possible the corpses, cut off limbs, etc.

In this black list, there are the names of other people who are also helping the disbelivers against the Muslims, they are not mentioned here, but they are known to the Mujahideen. And if they do not stop their dirty work, then Insha’Allah, their punishment is near. We once again warn innocent civilians to stay away from the concentrations of employees of the infidels’ ‘security forces’ and their collaborators from among your relatives and fellow villagers. All those who are now cooperating with them against the Muslims, are our legitimate military targets. By staying next to them, you are putting your life at risk.

1. Magomedali Magomedov, ‘president’ of Dagestan from 1994 to 2006. Succeded by Mukhu Aliyev. 2. It is not clear if they talked about an actual Jamaat or if it’s a generalization. They often called all Salafi of the region, ‘Jamaat members’ and ‘Mujahideen’ while they lived peacefully. In this case it could mean that the FSB asked the milita to provoke Muslims in order to have a reason for retaliation. Note: Some of the events reffered here took place during the summer 1999, when the Kadar zone was bombed and invaded because its inhabitants started to enforce Sharia and expelled police (in fact the propagation of Sharia started earlier in the region). Although local population was in majority pro-Sharia, some joined the Russians and formed ‘Anti-Wahabi militias’. Russian: БисмиЛляхи-р-Рахмани-р-Рахим! Хвала Аллаху – Господу миров, мир и благословение Посланнику Аллаха, его семье и его сподвижникам, а также всем, кто последовал за ними до Судного Дня! Это был враг Аллаха и враг мусульман, имам карамахинских мунафиков и муртадов. Многие годы он активно сотрудничал с куффарами и гордился своей собачьей антиисламской деятельностью. Он не только препятствовал распространению исламских знаний, но и всячески искажал религию Аллаха и ни во что не ставил Его Законы. Когда однажды к нему обратились, чтобы он объяснил, каков по шариату хукм того, кто выпил спиртное, он ответил: «Пока вся прокуратура, начиная с Ельцина и Магомед-Али, не будет за установление шариата, я тоже не буду». Мы предупреждаем всех явных помощников куффар из органов и мунафиков, всех, кто помогают им всеми способами в борьбе против Ислама и муджахидов, всех, кто искажает религию Аллаха, насаждая среди мусульман ширк и  бидъа, и отвращает мусульман от Джихада на пути Аллаха: Оглянитесь вокруг себя! Многие из тех, кто противостоял мусульманам в 99 году и уничтожал их после 99-го, уже нашли свою смерть и наказание еще в этом мире. Многих из них уже нет. Не думайте, что вы находитесь в безопасности! Не думайте, что вы останетесь безнаказанными как в этой дунья, так и в ахира. Если вы будете продолжать свою антиисламскую «работу» и не оставите свои богопротивные дела, то вас ждет та же участь, что и ваших «подельников». У нас есть списки всех, кто замешан в преступлениях против Ислама и мусульман, и мы работаем и будем, иншаАллах, работать по этим спискам. Ниже приведен список имен, ожидающих своей участи  из числа врагов Аллаха и врагов верующих: Алибеков Али Когда в 1999 году убивали Ахмада, сына Губдена, кричал мусульманам: «Где ваш Аллах, почему Он вам не помогает? А нам наш ОМОН помогает!» Кадиев Али-Кади Алкаш. Пил и в месяц Рамазан. Вместе с сыном Амаем поджигал уцелевшие после боевых действий дома мусульман, а также они давали на них ложные показания. А его младший сын был в ополчении против мусульман. Зайнутов Зайнудин Сотрудник ФСБ. Ярый противник ислама. Еще в 1994 году говорил: «6 отдел предлагает нам: вы начните против джамаата, а мы закончим». Гадисов Шапи, Гусейн, сын Сагидула По словам бывшего тогда в должности зам.начальника 6-го  отдела Гамзатова Гамзата также являются агентами этого же отдела. Наби, сын Пайхомата Сам Пайхомат продал наркоману мечеть за 3000 р., а тот сделал из нее бордель. Хамит – Чабанмахи Вагаб – ЧабанМахи Известен тем, что выкапывал трупы муджахидов и кричал: «Это что ли шахиды?» Всячески издевался над трупами, отрубал им конечности и т.д. Жигули Юсуп Галимов Абакар Гадисов Магомед Гадисов Юсуп В этом черном списке есть имена и других людей, которые также пособничают куффарам против мусульман, они не упоминаются здесь, но они известны муджахидам. И если они не прекратят свои грязные дела, то их наказание уже близко, иншаАллах. Мы вновь предупреждаем мирное население, чтобы держались подальше от мест скопления сотрудников куффарских силовых структур и их приспешников из числа ваших родственников и односельчан. Все, кто сегодня сотрудничают с куффарами против мусульман, являются нашими законными военными целями. Находясь рядом с ними, вы подвергаете свои жизни опасности. Победа или Рай!
