الحمد لله رب العالمين والعاقبة للمتقين ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين، والصلاة والسلام على إمام المجاهدين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد :

يقول الله تعالى: {يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ}.

بحمد الله وتوفيقه تمكن بعض إخوانكم في أسود مأسدة المجاهدين مساء يوم الخميس 28 ذو الحجة 1432هـ من اشعال النار في مصنع ومخازن التيك الإستراتيجي للمواد الكمياوية والغازات السامة التي يستخدموها أعدائنا في حربهم على الإسلام والمسلمين في أرضنا المحتلة.
وقد أوقع هذا الحريق خسائر ضخمة في الموارد المادية والبشرية، وها نحن نسبق عدونا في نشر الخبر حتى لا يتكتم عن العملية كعادته في حجب خسائره وإخفائها أحيناً.

وتأتي هذه الغزوة المباركة ضمن سلسلة الغزوات التي أعلنا عنها وبدأناها في السابق والتي ستهدم بإذن الله صروح الإحتلال اليهودي البغيض، حتى يعود اليهود من حيث أتو فلا مكان لهم بيننا.

فبارك الله في جنود الرحمن وأسود التوحيد، سدد الله رميهم وثبت أقدامهم وتقبل منهم جهادهم وأعمالهم الصالحة، فقد أفرحوا الصديق وأغاظوا العدا.

ونقول لليهود وعملائهم إن هذا لكم خزي في الحياة الدنيا، ولكم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم، فأبشروا بما يسوؤكم فإن لكم عندنا مزيد المزيد، فاصنعوا ما شئتم فلن ينفعكم مكركم ولن تنفعكم خططكم فالله مولانا ولا مولى لكم، فإما أن نحيى تحت حكم الله وإما أن نستظل في ظل الله.

والله أكبر الله أكبر .. ولله العزة ولرسوله وللمجاهدين.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful!
Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you!
I want to appeal to the people of Turkey, to my brothers, to the Muslims of Turkey, to security services of Turkey, to officials, to President Gul and Prime Minister Recep Erdogan.
I am appealing to you about recent sad events took place on your territory. We must not forget that we are members of one Ummah, that we are the brothers in faith and have always supported each other, because we all worship one God – Allah.
I repeat that I am appealing to you today about the events that occurred in your country. As you know, some of our brothers, because of injuries or health issues, or because of family circumstances stayed on your territory. We know that you gave them shelter and hospitality.
Those brothers of us were not on your territory because of “good life”. The wicked (disbelievers), and the servants of the wicked (Kadyrov’s apostates – KC) of our people kill them today on your soil already.
We know that they are being killed because of the connivance of your current bosses, your intelligence. Why? Because these killers calmly cross the border into Turkey under the cover of tourists (and tourist business for you is a must). So fear Allah, as we must all appear before Allah!
Allah will not give you pardon if you justify your connivance in killings of your Muslim brothers in your land with an argument that tourism business presumably increases your cash.
These killers also penetrate to your own land under the cover of your construction companies, which are now erecting skyscrapers and built stadiums for those slaves.
You close your eyes on it because these construction companies increase your budget. So fear Allah, it’s not an excuse for you, and not an argument before Allah.
Weapons to kill your Muslim brothers are brought to Turkey under the guise of diplomatic baggage (from Russia).
You would say that diplomacy, it is politics, but Allah will not accept this argument from you too, because today they (Kadyrov’s apostates – KC) are killing Muslims.
These slaves, who sold themselves to the infidels, they know neither hospitality nor honor. Honor is not given to the slave! You are to fight for honor against the enemies who encroach on it, and the slaves are not capable to do that, because they have no honor and know no hospitality. And you open the gates of your state, you let them roam freely in your country and kill those Muslims whom you are obliged to protect, according to Islam.
So fear Allah! Do not forget that. I appeal to the whole people of Turkey, the Turkish government and remind you that no one has yet managed to escape death. Every man will appear before Allah and everybody will taste death, which completely closes the diary of our life.
What we are going to present before Allah is to be done sincerely and for Allah’s sake, but on you lays today the responsibility to protect your brothers.
If you allow those wicked and their killer slaves to roam freely in your country, and allow them to kill your brothers, then you are responsible before the Almighty in this life and the life to come, the eternal life.
We must not forget that the ideological politics of Russia has been always based on the plans to capture Istanbul, since they consider Istanbul the cradle of their religion.
I think that the Russians have actually captured Istanbul from you, because these killers feel so freely today on its territory. Their impunity means that they have achieved their goals.
So I once again appeal to you and encourage you that you take measures that these wicked are no longer capable to encroach on the lives of your fellow Muslims from the Caucasus.
If you are unable to take such measures, then, Insha’Allah, with Allah’s help we will take necessary measures ourselves, there can be no doubt about it! If we take a retaliatory action, then Russia will never think to kill even a single Caucasian on your territory.
We ask you, for the sake of Allah, do not allow this lawlessness happen on you territory. For Allah’s sake, because we are all to appear before Allah and only what we have done for the sake of Allah will be accepted from us on the Day of Judgment.
We love you for Allah’s sake and for the sake of Allah we urge you that you also love us for the sake of Allah, and protect your brethren on your territory. You must do that in accordance with Islam, because your territory is free for Islam, and the people who need your protection should be taken under protection on your territory.
Beside me stays my deputy Khamzat, the infidels are spreading rumors that he was the one killed in Turkey. The Muslims killed in Turkey were there for health reasons, and if the health of the Mujahideen health allowed it, none of them would have been there today, because every believer in Allah who obeys to His command, feels healthy in his body and has healthy spirit, is in the Jihad here, Insha’Allah.
This is the true grace of Allah, which the Almighty has given us!

الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:

أقيم اليوم بمديرية لفولي التابعة لولاية شبيلى السفلى الإسلامية إحتفالا بمناسبة إعلان قبيلة “العير” إحدى القبائل الصومالية المسلمة البيعة لحركة الشباب المجاهدين، وقد حضر الحفل زعماء وسلاطين وتجار من قبيلة العير وقيادات من حركة الشباب المجاهدين منهم الشيخ علي محمود راجي والشيخ أبو عبد الرحمن والي ولاية بنادر الإسلامية، والشيخ حسن طاهر أويس القيادي في حركة الشباب المجاهدين، والشيخ حسين علي فيدو مسؤول مكتب السياسة والولايات بحركة الشباب المجاهدين، وقد قرأ أحد سلاطين القبيلة بيانا يحتوي على البنود التي توافقت حركة الشباب المجاهدين وقبيلة العير عليها أهمها تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية والدفاع عن الدين والأرض ضد أي إعتداء صليبي خارجي.
وقد وقع عن القبيلة 19 من زعماء القبيلة ووقع عن حركة الشباب المجاهدين الشيخ حسين علي فيدو مسؤول مكتب السياسة والولايات، وفي حديثه أكد الشيخ حسين علي فيدو على أن كل الخلافات يمكن حلها إذا رُدت إلى كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأن هذه البيعة حطمت كل مخططات الأعداء في التفريق بين المجاهدين وبين قبيلة العير، وحث القبائل الصومالية على التنافس في الدفاع عن دين الله عز وجل، وشكر القبيلة على مواقفها الطيبة في نصرة الدين، جدير بالذكر أن هذه البيعة ماهي إلا تأكيد من القبيلة على مواقفها السابقة في نصرة المجاهدين والدفاع الدين والأرض والعرض.

Destroying Three of the Military Vehicles of the Kenyan Forces in an Ambush Near Dhobley:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم تدمير ثلاثة سيارات عسكرية للقوات الكينية في كمين قرب دوبلي 5/12/1432  الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
بلغت أنباء لكتائب المجاهدين بولاية جوبا الإسلامية عن تحركات للقوات العسكرية بين “تابتو” و “قوقاني” قام المجاهدون بنصب كمين لتلك القوات التي تتكون من 20 آليه عسكرية متنوعة، وبعد وصول القوات الكينية في العصر إلى قرية “قنديس” على بعد حوالي 35 كيلو مترا من مدينة دوبلي وقعوا في الكمين، وتم إحراق 3 سيارات عسكرية استهدفت بقذائف الآر بي جي، ولم تتأخر الكينية في الفرار وتبعهم المجاهدون لعدة كيلو مترات ومن ثم غادر المجاهدون المكان سالمين غانمين والحمد لله رب العالمين. اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.

Banādar Distributes Aid to Those Affected in the Directorate of Daynile:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  ولاية بنادر توزع مساعدات على المتضررين في مديرية دينيلى 3/12/1432 
الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد: أدت الاعتداءات الأخيرة على مديرية دينيلى من قبل قوات الصليبيين الأفارقة إلى نزوح الآلاف من سكان المنطقة إلى المناطق المجاورة، وقد قامت ولاية بنادر الإسلامية اليوم بتوزيع مساعدات على 2000 من المتضررين، والمساعدات عبارة عن 300 خيمة، وكمية من المواد الغذائية حصل منها كل فرد على 25 كيلو أرز، و25 كيلو من البُر ، و10 كيلو سكر، و 6 لتر زيت، و12 كيلو تمر.

The Islamic State of Jūbā Inspected the Wounded of the Kenyan Bombing in the City of Jilib:

والي ولاية جوبا الإسلامية يتفقد جرحى القصف الكيني على مدينة جلب 4/12/1432 
الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين والصّلاة والسّلام على نبيّنا محمّد و على آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد: قام الشيخ أبو بكر على آدم والي ولاية جوبا الإسلامية بزيارة تفقدية إلى مستشفى ” مريري ” الذي يعالج فيه جرحى القصف الكيني على مدينة جلب، وكانت طائرات تابعة للجيش الكيني قد شنت هجوماً جباناً على مخيم خيبر للنازحين الذي أقامته الولاية للمتضررين من الجفاف، وأدى القصف إلى مقتل خمسة من أهالي المعسكر وجرح 53 جراح بعضهم خطيرة، وقد قدم الشيخ أبو بكر مبالغ مالية لأهالي الجرحى وواساهم على المصيبة التي ألمت بهم.

Two new statments from Zabīhullah Mujāhid of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

Remarks Regarding The Upcoming Supposed Loya Jirga:

Under the orders of its masters, the Kabul administration wants to abuse a much respected custom of our country (Loe Jirga) and try to give a legal face to the establishment of permanent bases for the American occupying forces on the Islamic soil of Afghanistan and in this way prolong the ten year catastrophe befallen on our country, deceive the nation and further expose their own crimes. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan would like to make the following statements to the respected nation regarding this issue. Loe Jirga has been our custom ever since the foundation of our country. The governments have always turned to it in times of crucial and significant issues. Have always made decisions for our autonomy and independence and this much respected custom has remained a freedom giving principle for our nation. This tradition has also been abused by some hireling authoritarian figures tied to others to give credence to their illegal rule but such overtures have always mounted to nothing and were rejected by our intelligent and sensible nation. The last communist leader of the Kabul Regime (Najib) also abused this principle many times against the Muslim Afghan people however it did not benefit him or the country. With the onset of the American occupation, the current stooge Kabul regime has also repeatedly utilized the name of Loe Jirga, its high-status and aim to play games and has held such councils under the command of its American master, has gathered faces of its liking and passed resolutions to the likings of the invaders. For its long term goal of permanently staying in Afghanistan, the Americans want to once again abuse this tradition through its stooge regime to call a supposed Loe Jirga in which faces of its preference will be gathered, food will be eaten and once again, games will be played with the fate and future of its nation. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to call on its countrymen that in the past ten years, such conventions have always complied with the invaders and has rubbed salt on your wounds instead of healing them. While paying serious attention to these impairments, no countryman should take part in this partial convention and should wholly side with its country’s freedom. Islamic Emirate wants to warn every person who wants to participate in this so-called Loe Jirga that such traitors will be pursued by Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in every corner of the country and will face severe repercussions. The country’s trustworthy scholars have passed a decree in this regard and every participant of this convention shall be charged with treason if caught. Islamic Emirate also calls on its brave and courageous Mujahideen to target every security guard, person with intention, participant and every caller of this convention in all corners of the country so to not let the invaders accomplish their plot and perpetually occupy our beloved country under the heading of permanent bases but rather should forever turn their plans to dust. Comments Regarding The Martyrdom Of A Detainee In Bagram Prison:
Thousands of our innocent countrymen are languishing all across the country in the prisons of internal and foreign forces under inhumane conditions and are facing torture and abuse, which was also pointed out in a recent report published by the United Nations so now it happens that on Monday, one of our defenseless prisoners’ reached the high status of a martyr in the notorious Bagram prison under extreme torture.
These kinds of incidents have repeatedly taken place in the mentioned prison but then its custodians cite illness as the cause of the martyrdom?! in such a state that the illness was neither reported to the family members nor some aid agency. This event manifests in itself that the prisons under the control of foreigners and those connected to the Kabul administration are all secure from legal action. Serious life threats are faced by detainees here and this heart rendering occurrence is condemned by Islamic Emirate with the harshest of words. We would like to once again show our deepest concern about this matter to the United Nations, Human Rights Watch Organization and other International circles and asks them to pay serious attention to the terrible conditions of the Afghan prisoners and to stop hiding the violators in political curtains. The conditions in the prisons of our country are far worse than that which is sometimes pointed to by in the media and other reports. The beatings, torture and martyrdom of our prisoners cannot lower the moral and weaken the determination of our Muslim nation. Our enemies should realize that this kind and other kinds of incidents will only make us more determined in our struggle and will increase the sense of self-determination, honor and zeal of our nation, God willing.

Questions of the Brothers for Shaykh Ḥussayn bin Maḥmūd About the Revolutions #14

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم أسئلة الإخوة للشيخ حسين بن محمود حول الثورات (14) س: قُتل القذافي ج: الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات. س: هل تعتقد أنه قُتل في الإشتباك أم أُعدم من قبل الثوار؟ ج: الظاهر أنه أُعدم. س: هل كان القبض عليه أفضل أم إعدامه ج: كنا نريد أن يقبضوا عليه لفترة يذيقوه العذاب في الدنيا قبل الآخرة، ولكن قدّر الله وما شاء فعل. ربما إذا قبضوا عليه حياً وسلّموه للسلطات يقومون بمسرحية يسمونها محاكمات كما يحدث في مصر الآن ويشغلون الليبيين عن الأولويات كما يفعلون في مصر. في قتله راحة لليبيين وتطلّع للمستقبل بأسرع وقت، وفي إبقائه إشغال لهم عن التخطيط للمرحلة القادمة. س: سيف القذافي استطاع الهروب. ج: لعله يسقط في يد الثوار قريباً أو يُقتل. كل من شارك في قتل الليبيين وهتك أعراضهم يجب أن يُقتل. س: البعض ينادي بالعفو والصفح. ج: العفو والصفح مع الرجال، أما أهل الدياثة والخيانة والعمالة فلا عفو عنهم لأنه ليست لديهم مبادئ ولا مواقف ثابتة، ولذلك الغرب يحاول أن يُبقي على أكبر قدر ممكن من هؤلاء ليستخدمهم في المرحلة القادمة. هؤلاء عناصر فاسدة نتنة في المجتمع يجب التخلص منهم بالقتل. س: هل من دليل على هذا! ج: قول الله تعالى {مَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ أَسْرَى حَتَّى يُثْخِنَ فِي الأَرْضِ} (الأنفال : 67)، فالإثخان في الأرض لتطهيرها من رؤوس المشركين ولكسر شوكتهم أمر ضروري في بداية المرحلة الجهادية وفي بداية مرحلة تكوين الدولة الإسلامية، لا بد من التظيف والتمهيد قبل وضع قواعد للبناء. س: البعض قال بأنه ما كان للمجاهدين أن يعاملوا القذافي بتلك المعاملة الغليظة! ج: الذي يده في الماء ليس كالذي يده في النار. القذافي أتى بأقذر عبدة الأصنام من أدغال أفريقيا وأعطاهم السلاح والمال ثم وزّع عليهم حبوب “الفياجرا” ليهتكوا ستر المسلمات الطاهرات في ليبيا، وقد فعلوا. كيف كان المفروض أن يتعاملوا معه! نحن نلوم الثوار على هذا التعامل اللّيّن معه، كان المفروض أن يناله التعذيب والتنكيل قبل قتله. لكن الذي يسلّينا أن الله – جل وعلا- شديد العقاب. س: الدليل! ج: قال تعالى {وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُمْ بِهِ} (النحل : 126)، وقصة العرنيين: النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قطع أيديهم وأرجلهم وسمل أعينهم وتركهم بالحرة حتى ماتوا لأنهم فعلوا ذلك بالرعاة، فالذي فعله القذافي بالليبيين لا يقارن بما فعله العرنيين، فهو يستحق أكثر مما فُعل بالعرنيين. القذافي كان حرباً على دين الله وهو من أكبر المفسدين في الأرض، والله تعالى يقول {إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلاَفٍ أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ} (المائدة : 33)، فميتة القذافي بهذه الطريقة كانت مخرجاً له سهل. الغرب يريد أن يُظهر أن عنده إنسانية ورحمة، ويتناسى هؤلاء الكفار ما تفعل طائراتهم بأطفال الباكستانيين والأفغان واليمنيين والصوماليين وغيرهم، ونسي هؤلاء ملايين المسلمين الذين قتلوهم في كل بقعة من الأرض، ونسوا ما فعلوه بالدول الإسلامية قبل أقل من قرن واحد من سفك للدماء وهتك للأعراض وبقر لبطون الحوامل وإحراق الأحياء وقطع أطرافهم واتخاذها قلائد، فهؤلاء الخبثاء يفعلون الأفاعيل بالمسلمين في فلسطين والعراق وأفغانستان والصومال وغيرها من البلاد ثم يطالبون المسلمين بالرفق واللين بأعداء الإسلام! س: ماذا تعتقد أن يحدث الآن في ليبيا. أنا أتابع القنوات الإعلامية الغربية كالبي بي سي والفرنسية والقنواتة الأوروبية وغيرها هذه الأيام، وهم منذ مدة يضربون على وتر القبليّة والجماعات الإسلامية الليبية والإرهاب والأسلحة وحقوق الإنسان وغيرها من المبررات للتدخّل المستقبلي. ينبشون كل صغيرة يجعلونها كبيرة، ويحاولون أن يجدوا لأي موقف أو عبارة أو كلمة أو شخص أو أي شيء دلالات وعلامات يختلقونها ليفرّقوا بين الشعب الليبي. لن يتركوا ليبيا حتى يزرعوا الشقاق بين أهلها ويضمنوا كفر حكومتها وعمالة حكامها لهم، وعندهم وقت طويل قبل الإنتخابات لفعل كل هذا. طبعاً لا ننسى الإعلام العربي الرسمي. ج: وماذا يفعل أهل ليبيا. س: عليهم معرفة خبث ومكر وغدر هؤلاء وأن يجعلوا قول الله تعالى نصب أعينهم {مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ} (البقرة : 105)، وأهل الكتاب هم اليهود والنصارى. ما دمنا مسلمين فإنهم لا يريدون لنا الخير، ومن قال غير هذا فهو معاند مكابر مخالف لصريح القرآن. فرنسا نصرانية، وكذا أمريكا وإيطاليا وألمانيا والدنمارك والناتو، فكل هؤلاء لا يريدون الخير لأهل ليبيا، لأن أهل ليبيا مسلمون. أكثر الحروب الصليبية على الأمة الإسلامية كانت بقيادة فرنسا. س: سيدفنون القذافي في مصراته. ج: لو دفنوه في الصحراء لكان أفضل. مصراته أرض طهر وجهاد لا ينبغي أن يُدفن فيها هذا النجس. س: نجس! ج: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ}. س: البعض دعا للصلاة عليه! ج: سبحان الله! لا تجوز الصلاة عليه ولا الترحّم عليه ولا دفنه في مقابر المسلمين. القذافي كافر مرتد يُدفن في الصحراء أو في مقابر الكفار لا مقابر المسلمين. لا يجوز دفنه في مقابر المسلمين. من حق أموات المسلمين أن لا يُدفن الكفار معهم. سبحان الله! عذّبَهم في الدنيا ويجاورهم في القبور!  س: ماذا ينبغي للمجاهدين في ليبيا فعله الآن بعد موت القذافي، خاصة وأن الأنظار والتركيز الإعلامي عليهم! ج: عليهم أن يخرجوا للوجود وأن يبرزوا في الإعلام كقوة محررة لليبيا ومخلّصة لشعبها، لا ينبغي لهم أن يتقوقعوا بحجة الضغط الغربي، ولا أن يتركوا الساحة الإعلامية لعملاء الغرب. عليهم أن يكسبوا الشارع الليبي وأن يتغلغلوا في القبائل والمدن وأن يدعوا إلى الله على بصيرة، مع التركيز على وحدة الصف، فهم الآن حماة ليبيا الحقيقيون. يجب أن يعرف الشعب الليبي هذا جيداً: معرفة لا غبش فيها. يجب أن لا يغفلوا عن أسلحتهم: سواء القتالية أو الدعوية أو السياسية، يجب أن ينخرطوا في المجتمع الليبي بكل قوة وبكل ثقة، ويجب أن يُعلنوا إسلامهم ويعتزوا به ويزرعوا العزة في صفوف رجال ليبيا، العزة بالإنتماء للإسلام. كما يبنغي لهم أن يحرصوا على المناصب القيادية في الدولة. س: ربما يُحدث هذا مشاكل مع الغرب.
