Several media outlets have reported that the head of Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulama Islam, respected Maulana Fazl Rahman, visited Qatar to meet with the respected chief and other dignitaries of Islamic Emirate’s Political office so to play the role of an intermediary for talks with the Kabul administration.
We must state that no members of Islamic Emirate’s Political Office nor has its respected chief met with anyone and neither do they plans to meet in the near future. All current and future reports in this regard are the personal views of the publishers which do not have any bases.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله و الصلاة و السلام علی رسول الله و بعد : قال تعالی ( و لاتهنوا و لاتحزنوا و أنتم الأعلون إن کنتم مؤمنين . إنيمسسکم قرح فقد مس القوم قرح مثله و تلک الأيام نداولها بين الناس و ليعلم الله الذين ءامنوا و يتخذ منکم شهداء و الله لا يحب الظالمين . و ليمحص الله الذين ءامنوا و يمحق الکافرين . أم حسبتم أن تدخلوا الجنة ولما يعلم الله الذين جاهدوا منکم و يعلم الصابرين . و لقد کنتم تمنون الموت من قبل أن تلقوه فقد رأيتموه و أنتم تنظرون ). إنطلاقا مما تعانيه أمتنا في مشارق الأرض و مغاربها و في بلدنا العزيز من حرب شرسة
وواضحة تستهدف الشريعة الإسلامية عبر إبعاد المسلمين عن دينهم و
سنة نبيهم و محاولة الکفار لتدارک ما لحق بهم من هزائم متتالية و متلاحقة
تمثلت في طرد عملائهم و جلاديهم الذين اکتوت الأمة المسلمة خلال العقود
السابقة بنار ظلمهم و عمالتهم.
فبعد أن فشل هؤلاء الخونة في کسر إرادة الشعوب التي تمثلت في التحرر و
الخروج من التبعية التقليدية للغرب الکافر و تهاوو الواحد تلو الآخر حتی
أضطر الکفار لأخذ زمام المبادرة و لجأوا إلی أسلوب جديد من الترهيب و
الترويع يهدف بشکل أساسي إلی الدخول المباشر في :” حرب المحافظة علی
مصالحهم “
و لأن الرجوع إلی الدين و التمسک بالکتاب و السنة کمرجع و حيد للحکم بين
الناس هو الفاصل الأخير و مفترق الطرق الذي ينهي تدخلهم في شؤون المسلمين
و يقطع الطريق بشکل نهائي أمام أذنابهم و عملائهم فقد أعلن الغرب الحرب
علی دعاة تحکيم الشريعة و حاولوا الإساءة إلی دعوتهم ومنهجهم بل و
الإساءة إلی الدين الإسلامي کله و إلی الرسول صلی الله عليه و سلم و ما
حادثة الرسوم و غيرها إلا دليل واضح علی استهداف المسلمين .
و انطلاقا من معرفتنا بهذه الحقائق و رفضا لتخلينا عن مطلب تحکيم شرع
الله حتی و لو کلفنا ذلک أرواحنا .
و إدراکا منا بأن حرب الکفار القائمة منذ سقوط الخلافة إلی يومنا هذا هي
حرب صليبية جديدة علی الإسلام تتعدد فصولها و أنها وصلت أطوارا خطيرة و
متقدمة اشتدت بعد إفلاس من کانوا قائمين عليها ابتداءا و أن شظاياها آذت
و أهلکت بلدنا تماما مثل ما فعلت في بلدان المسلمين الأخری فإننا نعلن عن
حملة مضادة تحت عنوان أنصار الشريعة ببلاد شنقيط بدءا من تاريخ صدور هذا
البيان إلی أن يشهد التاريخ علی تحکيم شرع الله بين المسلمين من جديد أو
نهلک دون ذلک .
ولأنه من أهم أهداف الکفار إبعاد المسلمين عن علمائهم ليکون في ذلک إبعاد
لهم عن دينهم فإننا ندعوا المسلمين في موريتانيا إلی الإلتفاف حول
العلماء و التحسيس بأهمية العلم و أهله و أن يساهم في ذلک الجميع کل بحسب
طاقته ووسعه و سوف نساهم نحن بدورنا في التحسيس بذلک .
وستکون البداية قريبا بإذن الله في أول فرصة حول حياة ودعوة العلامة
الإمام بداه و لد البصيري رحمه الله تعالی .
ونؤکد علی تبنينا للسلفية وأننا نمثل فقط جزءا منها نعبر عن أفکارنا لاعن
أفکار غيرنا من السلفيين وغيرهم من المسلمين عموما و نعلن أننا سندافع عن
ديننا و سنة نبينا و عن جميع المسلمين الحاملين لهم الدعوة و المطالبين
بتحکيم شرع الله دون هوادة و تحت أي ظرف و في کل حال .
و من هذا المنطلق فإننا سنرد بالحجة و البيان علی کل أباطيل و ترهات
العلمانيين و اللائکيين و غيرهم ممن تسول له نفسه المساس بعقيدتنا، و لن
نسمح لأحد بالتطاول علی ديننا و سنة نبينا أيا کان .

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمدلله ناصر المستضعفين، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الأمين، أما بعد:
يسعدنا نحن جماعة أنصار المسلمين في بلاد السودان أن نبلغ العامة، خصوصا أولئك الذين في أفريقيا السوداء، أنه في اليوم 19 يناير 2013 عند السادسة صباحا، في ساحة إتاب في مقاطعة إيكهي في ولاية كوغي في نيجريا، بعون وتوفيق من الله، نفذنا بنجاح أول محاولة الهجوم على قوات الجيش النيجيري التي تهدف إلى تدمير الدولة الإسلامية في المالي.
نحن مستعدون وننتظر أقل محاولة للجيش النيجيري، للتحرك نحو دولة مالي الإسلامية.
إننا نحذر الدولة الأفريقية بأن تترك جهودها لمساعدة الدول الغربية في القتال ضد الإسلام والمسلمين، فإذا لم يفعلوا ذلك فنؤكد لهم، وخصوصا الحكومة النيجيرية، بأن يكونوا جاهزين وعلى أتم إستعداد لمواجهة الصعاب من جماعة أنصار المسلمين في بلاد السودان في أي مكان وزمان، ونسأل الله أن ينصرنا ويستجيب لدعواتنا.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمدلله رب العالمين، ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين، وصلى الله على نبينا الكريم، وبعد:
We in Al-Qaeda Organization declare our responsibility for this blessed Fedayan operation which was conducted by 40 mujahidin, from the Muhajirin (foreign) and Ansar (locals) from different Islamic countries and even from the West, under the name of the “Signatories with Blood” who have promised Allah to give support and retrieve the dignity or (receive) martyrdom and Jannah.
This brigade which we established to defend our land and honors which have been under the conspiracy of crusader France with the head of ruling regime in Algeria who offended the dignity and sacrifices of this proud nation and the blood of 1.5 million martyrs by allow the previous colonizer to use our land and skies to kill our people and brothers in Mali.
And we are ready to negotiate with the Western states and the Algerian regime under the condition of stopping the assault and bombardment against the Muslim Malian people, especially in the Azawad region, and respecting their choice of implementing the Islamic Sharia on their land.
As for the Americans we say: we are ready to exchange all your hostages that are held by us in return for releasing the patient sheikh Omar Abdurrahman and returning him to his people and family in Egypt and if we have one thousand from you we would have exchanged them for him for loyalty to his knowledge, Hijrah and Jihad, and our patient sister Aafia Siddiqui, may Allah relieve her from her anguish.
And Allah is the master of His affair, but most people do not know.
And to Allah belongs the might and to His Messenger and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.

As the struggle between the Mujahideen and the government of Mali has intensified more than ever and a foreign military intervention has also taken place therefore the Islamic Emirate, which has seen the results of foreign interventions and has a lot
of experience in this regard, calls on the Malian people and all related and involved sides to utilize such a mechanism and process which restores peace and calm in the country on the basis of Islamic principles and solves the quandary without any foreign intervention.
When France began its withdrawal process from Afghanistan in recent times it seemed as the French government would likely expand its anti-war stance to other regions of the world however it broke off its commitment to peace by transgressing militarily on the soil of northern African nation of Mali. France has launched war against the Muslim nation of Mali without having any legal jurisdiction.
The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns this French attack on a Muslim nation and calls on all the nations of the world, governments and organizations to fulfill their due roles in stopping such transgressions so that the Muslims of Mali can solve their own problems by themselves. Such interventions and attacks are not only disastrous for Mali but also for France.
All the powerful countries of the world should take lessons from the failed American policy of military interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq from which it cannot wrangle free or regain its lost status.
